In the era of big data, 3D electronic maps and GIS have important applications in fields such as geographic information analysis and urban computing. However, the construction cost of electronic maps is high, especially the 3D modeling of buildings as an important feature image, which leads to a high economic threshold for the acquisition of high-precision 3D building electronics. At the same time, with the increase of map area, the efficiency of 3D reconstruction of buildings is difficult to meet the demand. In order to solve the problem of high cost and low efficiency of 3D reconstruction of buildings in GIS, this paper proposes a method for fast and low-cost 3D modeling of buildings using building image data provided by online electronic maps, using deep neural network target recognition and instance segmentation techniques to segment building facades and calculate building pixel heights from 3D building image data. Secondly, a mapping model of building pixel height to metric height is built using a simple design warp network to calculate building metric height. Finally, a method is proposed to calculate the height of the blocked buildings. The evaluation of the accuracy of the experimental results compared with the baseline data shows that the 3D building data obtained using the GIS building 3D modeling scheme studied in this paper meets the expected requirements in terms of the location and shape of the bottom edge contour of the building and the height of the building, and can meet the demand for 3D building electronic map data in areas such as urban planning and wireless network optimization. © 2023 The Authors.

In the era of digital transformation, AI, cloud computing, big data, blockchain, and other intelligent technologies have increasingly profound impacts on work, study, life, and especially education. The Publishing of The Age of Artificial Intelligence: Towards a European Strategy for Human-Centric Machines marked the official launch of the EU Artificial Intelligence Strategy. By analyzing policy documents published during 2018 and 2022 for the EU Artificial Intelligence Strategy, it is found that the strategy has set three strategic goals, namely achieving an 'Ecosystem of Excellence', building an 'Ecosystem of Trust', and establishing an 'Ecosystem of Digital Education'. To ensure its implementation, the European Commission has published a series of policy documents successively. As the main driver of the AI strategy, education plays an important role in the development of AI, and the EU has adopted various education tactics in the series of documents. Given the particularity of the EU as a regional cooperation organization, this strategy values philosophy, norms, and cooperation. It also provides a good reference for AI development and digital transformation of society in other countries and brings new opportunities for international cooperation in the field of AI. © 2023 The Authors.

With the growth of age, the body function of the elderly gradually declines, and falling has become the main factor endangering the life safety of the elderly. In order to solve the problem of the lack of data support in the study of the elderly fall injury, the human body is simplified into a two-bar model articulated by two rigid bodies. Based on Kane method, the kinetic equation of the human fall process is derived and analyzed. By setting the inertia parameters and joint torque of the human body, the curve of the dynamic parameters of the human body with time is obtained. The simulation results show that the human joint Angle decreases gradually in the dynamic model, and the human body falls forward, which conforms to the law of human movement, and verifies the correctness of the dynamic model. It also plays an important role in the design of bionic machinery such as walking robots. © 2023 SPIE.

As one of the most important fracturing tools, the ball seat is widely used in the hydraulic fracturing process in the horizontal well. Due to the erosion of sand-carrying fluid on the inner wall of the ball seat, severe wear will occur on the surface of the material. This will lead to leak pressure and cause the fracturing failure. This study aims to investigate the erosion behavior of different ball seat structures and optimize the structure to increase erosion-resistant performance during the fracturing process. In this study, a two-section model of the ball seat combined with curved surface thought is proposed, and four models are designed. Based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with Fluent software, four models are simulated and analyzed in actual working conditions using the dynamic mesh method with erosive wear deformation analysis for the first time. The simulation results show that the convex and concave curve surface structure has the lowest maximum erosion rate and most minor erosive wear deformation. Besides, from the point of view of pressure, research reveals the mechanism of different erosion behavior of ball seat structures and finds the optimal structure. Based on this structure, the curvature parameters are optimized by analyzing a set of models with different curvature. The results show that the optimal structure, convex and concave curve surface structure, with the 49 mm curvature radius of the convex curve and 57 mm curvature radius of the concave curve has the best performance to resist erosion wear. This research can offer a significant reference for structural optimization of the ball seat, simulation methods and prediction of the lifespan study of the ball seat. © 2023 The Authors.

Based on the relevant connotation of rural revitalization strategy and existing research results, this paper comprehensively uses the entropy weight method, comprehensive index measurement model, overall regression model and obstacle model, selects 29 representative indicators from five dimensions of rural industrial modernization, rural ecological modernization, rural cultural modernization, rural governance modernization and rural life modernization, constructs an index system, evaluates and analyzes the development level of agricultural and rural modernization in Guangdong Province from 2011 to 2020, predicts the future development level, and detects the obstacle factors. The results show that from 2011 to 2020, the level of agricultural and rural modernization in Guangdong Province has entered the late stage of upgrading from the development stage of Chinese-style modernization, and has developed rapidly. Through the overall regression model, the level of agricultural and rural modernization in Guangdong Province will enter the sprint stage in 2040, and the modernization of Chinese-style agriculture and rural areas will be basically realized in 2050. According to the degree of obstacles, the impact of rural ecological modernization and peasant life modernization on the development of agricultural and rural modernization in Guangdong Province is more obvious, followed by the impact of rural industrial modernization, rural governance modernization and rural cultural modernization. © 2023 The Authors.

Controlling an object containing a nonlinear element with hysteresis in its mathematical model is an extremely difficult task. In some cases, it is possible to control nonlinear objects using the sliding mode method, but this method is completely unsuitable if there is a pure delay in the object model, since the delay does not allow very fast switching with an extremely small amplitude in the system. Ideally, the oscillations should be negligible due to fast switching, but due to the influence of the delay, these oscillations have a period of at least twice the value of the delay, and therefore the amplitude of such oscillations increases. In addition, the parameters of these oscillations remain uncontrollable when using design methods focused on organizing the sliding mode. It is much more effective to introduce forced oscillations into the control loop by introducing a small deviation into the control signal. It is intuitively clear that the amplitude of the signals of this deviation should be close to the hysteresis value, however, the choice of the amplitude and frequency of this deviation can greatly affect the control result, and there are no analytical algorithms for such a choice. The task is complicated by the fact that an element with hysteresis, as a rule, always itself has some dynamic properties, that is, it has both a non-zero signal propagation time and a dependence of the signal amplitude on frequency, so changing the frequency of the deviation signal will require changing its amplitude. The article proposes a solution to this problem of controlling an object with hysteresis in a circuit having dynamic properties by means of numerical optimization, while not only the coefficients of the controller used are subject to calculation by this method, but also the amplitude of the smoothing deviation signal, and the selection of the deviation frequency is carried out by an iterative procedure. simulation and optimization confirm the effectiveness and robust

This paper overcomes the traditional simulation method which does not consider the coupling effect between tank truck movement and liquid sloshing in the rollover process, simulates the rollover process of tank truck more truly, and calculates the critical value of tank truck rollover more accurately. The data interaction between ADAMS CAR and FLUENT is realized indirectly by using SIMULINK as the intermediate transfer software. Through the secondary development of UDF and S function, data exchange between FLUENT and SIMULINK is realized by means of socket communication. ADAMS CAR transmits the translation velocity and angular velocity of the tank truck to FLUENT, and FLUENT then transmits the resultant force and moment of liquid sloshing to ADSMS CAR, so as to realize the co-simulation of the rollover process of the tank truck by using ADAMS CAR, SIMULINK and FLUENT. The critical acceleration of tank truck rollover was calculated by step steer simulation, and the influence data of liquid sloashing were obtained. The research results can be applied to the safety warning and accident recovery of tank truck. In this paper, the accident recovery of the 'June 13' tank truck explosion accident in Wenling section of Shenyang-Haikou Expressway in 2020 is carried out. The calculated results are consistent with the facts, which proves that the results of the co-simulation method are reliable. © 2023 The Authors.

Brain-computer Interface (BCI) is an interfacing technology used between humans and machines. Initially, research on BCI was confined only to medical applications such as the detection and quantification of brain states like alertness, emotion, and attention. However, in the recent past, it has been extended to incorporate engineering and industrial applications as well. Electroencephalogram (EEG) based Brain-computer Interfaces became an energized research area within the field of neural engineering, rehabilitation, and neuroscience. EEG-based BCIs especially those using motor-imagery (MI) data became very useful within the clinical field and entertainment industry as well. MI data is created when someone imagines the motion of his/her limb. Motor-imagery BCI is a sub-category of BCI that has the technique to control an external device through imagined motor movements. This essentially means that an external device will relocate itself to the left or right based on the corresponding movement that the user imagines. This has been considered a brand new method of communication not just for people who have lost motor control or speech abilities but also for healthy users as well. Various signal processing techniques are done on the MI-based EEG datasets, focusing mainly on artefact rejection, feature extraction and selection of significant features to enhance the functionality of the proposed BCI. In this paper, the work is confined to assisting people to control the motion of external devices. By implementing an MI-based BCI, people who have lost motor control functionalities will be put at ease. They will be able to control the motion of external devices by simply imagining motor movements. © 2023 The Authors.

Dielectrophoresis is the motion produced by non-uniform electric field on a non-electrolytic cell to study intracellular organism. In this work numerical analysis was used to modeling the electric field due to two nickel electrodes and calculating the intracellular transport of various macromolecules from outside to inside in the giant unilamellar vesicle (GUV) using COMSOL simulation. Here we have considered single-cell level technology to reveal transfer rate to make the cell concentration the highest it could be (0.99768432928 mol/m3), The molecular transport is measured for specific direction of fluid flow from outside of the cell membrane to inside for same direction of applied electric field. This simulation results suggests that developing electroporation technologies that simultaneously combine electroporation and dielectrophoresis technique could play a crucial role in the field of intra-cellular delivery also it may allow its wider application in both biomedical research and clinical therapy. © 2023 IEEE.
