The wire bonding process is a significant production bottleneck in the semiconductor chip packaging and testing workshops, which has the characteristics of large-scale multi-type production orders and parallel machine. Production order splitting is critical for improving the scheduling performance of the wire bonding process. This paper proposes a wire bonding process order splitting method using deep reinforcement learning (DQN), aiming to split production orders into optimized sub-batches. Firstly, factors such as order types, quantities, processing times, and machine capacities are adopted to construct the DQN's state space. Then, an innovative sub-batch order temporary storage location is designed to build the action space. Finally, a reward function considering the makespan is built to guide DQN's decision-making. experimental results show that the proposed order splitting method is superior to traditional order splitting methods in terms of the complete time. Therefore, the proposed method is effective. © 2024 SPIE.

Solving the small sample problem can not only save data acquisition costs, but also enhance the model's generalization ability to unknown data, thereby ensuring the accuracy and reliability of fault diagnosis results. Therefore, this paper proposes a small-sample bearing fault diagnosis method that combines the ECA attention mechanism and the DenseNet network (ECA-DenseNet). First, the two-dimensional DenseNet network and ECA attention mechanism are converted into one-dimensional networks to reduce computational complexity and information loss. Secondly, the size and position of the convolutional layer in the network are improved and adjusted, and the 1D-ECA module is introduced into the DenseNet model. Finally, we use the original signal as the input of ECA-DenseNet. After feature recognition, the network classifier completes fault feature classification. We verified the effect of the proposed model under different working conditions on the laboratory PT500 bearing data set, and compared it with other diagnostic models. experimental results show that the proposed method has high fault identification accuracy and generalization ability under small sample conditions. © 2024 SPIE.

experimental studies of wind turbines require a long time and other obstacles such as weather. There is a need for an assessment system on the effect of the aerodynamic system used in wind turbine blades that is more practical and not affected by natural conditions. The purpose of this study is wind tunnel fabrication to facilitate studies of the characteristics of the turbine blade model that will be developed in the future. Wind tunnels are used with an open system type. The NACA 4412 horizontal axis wind turbine prototype with blade lengths of 70, 90, and 110 mm were tested for the number of blades 3, 4, and 5 at wind speeds between 3–8 m/s, the power generated by the rotor experienced a large change starting at wind speed. 6 m/s. By looking at the resulting blade rotation based on wind potential and speed, getting optimal results at a blade length of 110 mm with 5 blades. At a wind speed of 6 m/s, the rotation is 279.2 rpm, the rotor power is 0.39 W. The wind speed is 8 m/s with a rotation of 526.7 rpm, and the rotor power is 0.64 W. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In order to conduct intensive research on the inside stress-strain curve relationship of compressed concrete, a novel relevant testing device was developed and embedded inside concrete specimens and we conducted conventional uniaxial compression loading tests on concrete specimens. Based on experimental data, combined with several typical constitutive equations of concrete, simulation is conducted on the experiment. The results show that the core area inside the concrete has good ductility compared to the other parts, and the measured constitutive curve inside the concrete is reasonable and accurate, which is in good agreement with the finite element simulation results based on Chinese standards. It proves that the relevant measurement methods have fine accuracy and applicability, and can be further promoted and used. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The precise state of health (SOH) estimation and monitoring of lithium-ion batteries are extremely important for future BMS (intelligent battery management system). However, there is a lack of SOH estimation methods for complex on-board conditions in the existing research results. This research suggests a battery SOH estimate technique based on the battery's CCCV (constant voltage and constant current) charging curve and BP neural network in order to solve this issue. Firstly, multiple health indicators are extracted and screened by analyzing the correlation between battery CCCV charging curve characteristics and battery SOH. Then, the lithium-ion battery data under complex operating conditions are corrected by the empirical capacity model, and the SOH estimation model of lithium-ion battery is constructed by using the BP neural network. In conclusion, this study trains and validates the model using battery aging experimental data from NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). The results demonstrate that the model's error is less than 5%, confirming the model's efficacy. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The active components and target points of traditional Chinese medicine are highly complex and difficult to ascertain. In recent years, computational methods have become an effective approach for predicting compound-target interactions. However, effective utilization of the topological structural features of the network remains an urgent challenge. Traditional prediction models tend to focus excessively on the relationships between nodes while overlooking the features of the edges. To address these issues, we propose a TCMCPI model to predict the interactions between herbal compounds and target points. First, we transform the CPI network into a line graph by establishing a topological structure of the edges. We then used GCN and CNN to extract features from the compounds and targets. These features are fused together to represent the nodes of the line graph, and GAT is utilized to learn the node features. Finally, we map the node features of the line graph back to the edge features in the CPI network by merging the adjacent edge features into node features. The experimental results demonstrate that TCMCPI outperforms other baseline methods in predicting interactions between herbal compounds and target proteins, and high AUROC and AUPR evaluation metrics attest to its superior predictive performance. © 2024 SPIE.

As location-based services in indoor environment have burgeoned, there has been a corresponding surge in research on indoor positioning technologies. Current methods, like Channel State Information (CSI) fingerprinting, impose rigorous requirements on receiving devices, mandating specialized CSI acquisition hardware and intricate data collection software. This paper introduces a novel indoor positioning algorithm leveraging the frequency fading characteristics (FFC) of wideband signals, implementable using a single-antenna apparatus for direct data capture. The initial step involves processing raw data through the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to obtain the FFC within the frequency domain. Subsequently, the frequency spectrum of the signals of interest was extracted. A convolutional auto-encoder (CAE) network is then harnessed to distill features from the spectrogram, primarily aiming to curtail data size, mitigate computational demands, and economize memory consumption. In the concluding step, a Residual Network (ResNet) model is adopted to categorize these features, establishing a correlation between the features and reference points. experimental validation in a conference room setup yielded a positioning precision of 0.67m. The accuracy and robustness of the proposed algorithm outshine conventional indoor positioning approaches, including Received Signal Strength (RSS) and Angle of Arrival (AOA) positioning. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the lack of a high precision visual navigation technology for citrus orchards. This study proposes a citrus orchard navigation line extraction method based on the DeepLabv3+ model. Firstly, replace the main network Xception of DeepLabv3+ with a more lightweight MobileNetV3, and replace the ordinary convolutions in the decoder with Depthwise Separable Convolution to reduce model parameters and improve computational speed. Secondly, add a 2∗2 convolutional kernel to the ASPP module in DeepLabv3+ to improve the model's segmentation accuracy at the edges of citrus trees and the background. The Improved DeepLabv3+ model is used to output semantic segmentation images for road edge and path keypoint extraction. Based on the extracted road keypoints, multiple segments of 3rd-degree B-spline curves are fitted to generate the final road navigation lines. experimental results demonstrate that the improved model exhibits significant advantages compared to other mainstream models, with an mPA value of 94.71% and a processing speed of 96.62 frames per second. The average deviation of generated paths in terms of yaw pixels is 3.56%, meeting navigation requirements in various environments. Therefore, this method can provide support for autonomous navigation technology in citrus orchard agricultural drones. © 2024 ACM.

The conventional global path planning algorithm often encounters issues of repetitive paths and local optimization when the patrol robot performs multi-objective cyclic patrols in public environments such as residential areas and streets. To address such problems, an enhanced A∗algorithm based on regional traversal multi-objective path planning method is proposed within the street grid model. The actual street grid map is divided into regions, and the optimal subpath for two local subareas is obtained by utilizing the ergodic approach to optimize the A∗algorithm through path search methods. Subsequently, these subpaths are combined to form a global path. experimental results demonstrate that compared to the greedy algorithm, the proposed method can generate shorter and more reasonable paths in public environments like streets while exhibiting higher efficiency and better robustness. © 2024 ACM.
