The extensive spread of DeepFake images on the internet has emerged as a significant challenge, with applications ranging from harmless entertainment to harmful acts like blackmail, misinformation, and spreading false propaganda. To tackle this issue, this paper introduces a sophisticated DeepFake detection model designed to identify and mitigate the increase of these deceptive images. The model architecture integrates an ensemble approach, combining the strengths of two pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models - MobileNet and Xception - with a novel CNN architecture, the Advanced CNN (ACNN). This rigorous validation process enabled the model to achieve a high accuracy rate of 97.89% in detecting DeepFakes. The successful implementation of this ensemble CNN approach demonstrates its effectiveness in distinguishing between real and fabricated imagery with high precision. This research makes a substantial contribution to the field of digital image forensics, offering a reliable tool for stakeholders across various sectors to identify and counteract the spread of DeepFake images online. © 2024 IEEE.

Some researchers use GCL on code graphs to realize code defects prediction in an self-supervised manner. While graph contrastive learning is a popular self-supervised method for function level code defects prediction, it faces challenges in finding label-invariant augmented graphs and determining the exact extent of similarity between sample pairs. It means that even small disturbance applied to the code graph can change the label of the code graph, which will significantly reducing the prediction performance. To deal with this problem, we propose GTCODP. Motivated by Optimal Transport (OT) Theory, GTCODP utilizes Optimal Transport Plan Alignment, which eliminates the need of distinguishing between positive/negative pairs thus improving the function level code defects prediction performance. Besides, experiments show that in activemq, lucene and derby datasets, GTCODP average improves F1-Score for 2.6%, Precision for 1.8%, AUC for 0.87% and Recall for 2.9% compared with GCL. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, a modified ultra-high gain DC-DC boost converter has been proposed. The proposed converter has improved the performance of the conventional converter by increasing the voltage gain 2.34 times that of the conventional converter by adding a classical doubler circuit (2 capacitors and 2 diodes) in the design structure. In addition, the continuous input current features are retained in the proposed structure. The steady-state modeling, including the operating principles and the stress calculation of the components, has been illustrated. The proposed model has been simulated in Matlab/Simulink software with proper component specification. The simulation's results validate the correctness of the proposed converter by aligning well with the findings of the mathematical computation. © 2024 IEEE.

To address the problems of traditional vehicle detection models regarding equipment requirements, detection accuracy, and overlapping target leakage rate, this study proposes an improved vehicle target detection algorithm for YOLOv8. Firstly, we introduce EMA, an attention mechanism for cross-space learning, to improve the attention to feature information. Secondly, it combines EMA with the C2f module in the Neck network to fuse more important feature information, obtaining more accurate vehicle feature information. Finally, it uses the MPDloU loss function to speed up the model's convergence and improve detection accuracy. Experiments conducted on Pascal VOC and MS COCO datasets show that the performance of the improved algorithm proposed in this paper exceeds that of the original model. The enhanced model's mAP reaches 85.71%, 3.27% higher than the original model, improving vehicle target detection accuracy and being highly practical. © 2024 IEEE.

Traditional electronic classroom software is widely used in teaching university computer labs. When the teacher lectures in front of the classroom, he/she cannot see all the students' learning behaviors. Thus the students like playing computer games, which undoubtedly increases the teacher's workload. To address above problems, we designed a non-intrusive student behavior monitoring system. This system collects a lot of images of students' screens on the teacher's computer through a data acquisition device. The images are processed by the image processing techniques and the pre-trained model. If non-learning behaviors are detected, the system sends the results to the teacher, who can stop students from doing these behaviors. The system not only reduces the teacher's teaching workload but also improves the studying atmosphere. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). Publication rights licensed to ACM.

Numerous nations have either already implemented or will shortly implement fourth-generation wireless communication systems. Nevertheless, despite the proliferation of wireless mobile devices and services, several issues remain unaddressed by 4G technology, including spectrum scarcity and excessive energy usage. Since new wireless applications constantly increase the need for high data rates and mobility, wireless system designers have begun researching fifth generation wireless systems, which are anticipated to be used beyond 2020. The difficulties in deploying 5G networks, such as spectrum distribution, security issues, and infrastructure needs, are methodically examined in this article. It also highlights how 5G technology has the potential to disrupt industries and improve quality of life by examining the revolutionary prospects it presents across a range of sectors, including healthcare, transportation, and smart cities. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, the design of a ROS-based robotic arm is introduced from three aspects: structure, hardware and software. In order to reduce the mass of the entire robotic arm, the connecting rod of the robot arm is mainly made of carbon fiber material. Different loads lead to a decline in the control accuracy of the joint angle of the robotic arm. To solve this problem, we added a gravity compensation system to the control system of the robotic arm. In addition, we designed a software framework that can be widely used in various robotic arm systems. Finally, we carried out a test experiment on the robotic arm. © 2023 IEEE.

A novel semantics for MARL called neural concurrent game structure (NCGS) is introduced, which extends CGS with neural network and roles where the agents are implemented via feed-forward ReLU neural networks. To formally verify concrete NCGS systems and reduce the complexity, multi-role strategy logic(mrSL) was put forward. mrSL is suitable for the properties of the NCGS, regardless of which agent is responsible for the specific task. Parameterized model checking(PMC) is used to solve the NCGS verification problem against mrSL. Finally an algorithm for MILP-based verification process is introduced, and report the experimental results. © 2023 IEEE.

Recent advances introduced the Visual Mamba (Vim) architecture, featuring bidirectional Mamba blocks, which has demonstrated exceptional performance across various computer vision tasks. This paper extends the application of Vim to diffusion models. However, Vim's sequential processing design overlooks spatial continuity and local structure in images. To address this, we propose AMamba, a novel diffusion model backbone that combines the computational efficiency of Vim with the powerful attention mechanisms of U- ViT, aiming to overcome U-ViT's high computational complexity and parameter count while enhancing spatial continuity modeling. By replacing U-ViT's MLPs with Vim blocks, AMamba efficiently captures sequential dependencies inherent in diffusion processes. Furthermore, time-step and conditional information are embedded directly into the input sequence, enhancing information flow during the diffusion process. The architecture also incorporates long skip connections across layers, which facilitate efficient information propagation and contribute to faster convergence. Experimental results show that AMamba achieves significantly lower FID scores on the CelebA64 dataset compared to U-ViT and Vim, while requiring fewer training iterations and significantly reducing the number of model parameters. © 2024 IEEE.

Spectral clustering is widely used due to its effectiveness in handling nonlinear data, but its performance is limited by high computational complexity when processing large-scale datasets. To address this issue, this paper proposes a fast spectral clustering algorithm based on granular-balls and similarity graph approximation (GBASC). Through granular-ball computation, fine-grained data is transformed into coarse-grained granular-balls, reducing the scale of the similarity graph. The paper proposes a fast approximation algorithm for granular-ball similarity graphs based on kernel density estimation, achieving a sparse approximation of the fully connected granular-ball similarity graph. This method significantly reduces the time and space complexity of constructing the granular-ball similarity graph, and by generating sparse matrices, it improves the efficiency of Laplacian matrix eigenvalue decomposition. Experimental results demonstrate that GBASC achieves high clustering performance and computational efficiency on large-scale datasets. © 2024 IEEE.
