We reconsider information dilution, which was originally proposed in [4]. This adds the noises to the value in table data in order to hide the actual value, namely information dilution is a kind of information hiding in table data. In this paper, we pick up lenses data set φ in UCI machine learning repository, and we dilute this data set φ with preserving obtainable rules. © 2016 IEEE.

Throughput of wireless packet transfer generally depends on the signal strength of wireless communication. The architecture of Wireless Distribution System (WDS) in an IEEE 802.11-based environment can avoid the decline of wireless signals and keep the data packet throughput by delivering packets among access points. This paper focuses on WDS and proposes an algorithm of Maximum Independent Set (MIS) to determine the subset of access points and reduce its computation time for wireless data packet transmission and achieving throughput improvement. © 2016 IEEE.

Food texture is one of important characteristics which affect food sales. Designing and evaluating food textures require a food texture sensor. In this study, a novel food texture sensor is proposed. The food texture sensor has giant magnetoresistance (GMR) elements and an inductor as sensing elements. In food fracture, the GMR elements and the inductor measure force and induced voltage, respectively. The food texture sensor measure four foods in laboratory experiments and obtain their waveforms. A principal component analysis analyzes the waveforms of the force and induced voltage, and divided the food textures to clusters using principal components. Therefore, the force and induced voltage obtained by the sensor have the features of the waveforms reflecting the food textures. © 2016 IEEE.

Under the rapid development of information technology in todays society, kiosk system has become an indispensable part in many fields. Especially in retail business, retailers use the kiosk system to meet customer demanding and promote overturn. These systems have been widely used in food chains, department stores, book stores, entertainment and recreation services and supermarkets, which have highly improved the service productivity. This paper describes the background, analyze, design and architecture of a new networked multimedia distributed kiosk system mainly focuses on commercial and home appliances, in order to solve the sale space limitation problem in supermarkets and e-markets. © 2016 IEEE.

In the network and communication generation, smart-phone is carried by almost every persons. As such, IoT (Internet of Things) device controlled by smart-phone over wireless and telecommunication network such as WiFi and LTE (Long Term Evolution) is a promising technology. Accordingly, this paper implemented a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal generation module and integrated it in a FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) embedded system to realize an IoT-type electric fan that can be remote controlled by smart-phone. Furthermore, the implemented remote controlled framework can be utilized to control other household electric appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioning to achieve the purpose of convenient and smart appliances control. © 2016 IEEE.

Flooding is a simple technique in wireless sensor networks where a source or node sends packets through every outgoing link, which is similar to broadcasting. A pure flooding is quite reliable, however, it is clearly too expensive. Data packets are being transmitted via all nodes that are all required to forward the packets exactly once. In this paper, we introduce a new flooding protocol based on pure flooding, which is time competition flooding (TCF) for multi-hops high density networks. In the elections process, we tradeoff the node's residual energy and location information to decide which nodes is suitable for transferring. The one who is chosen as the relay is an active node, and all the other nodes will not re transfer. This method is free of further information exchange and complex topology computing. As showed in the experiment, our method is advantage in reducing total number of active nodes and transmissions compared with last method. © 2016 IEEE.

We have proposed Enhancing Internet networks Confidentiality Based on composite Coding and Channels Coding Schemes of Signatures Reconfiguration. On the transmitter side, data bits are sliced into spectral chips, coded into M-sequence codes, and conducted with different units of time-delay. The composite signature keyword is structured from two or more M-sequence codes. Two relatively prime-length M-sequence codes are taken to compose composite M-signature codes and time channels coding to achieve network confidentiality systems. Besides, the double scrambling scheme over time/wavelength representatives doubles the defense to prevent eavesdropping. The proposed scheme has a number of attractive features such as asynchronous network coordination, reduced transceiver encoder/decoders, and enhanced system confidentiality. © 2016 IEEE.

this paper proposes PID-surface sliding mode control (SMC) method for controlling active magnetic bearing system (AMB). AMBs are the typical electromagnetic products, which provide stable suspension for rotors. AMBs are used in a wide range of applications such as energy storage, high-speed-turbine applications, blood pumps, mixers, etc. AMBs can levitate rotor without mechanical contact, friction and lubrication. The AMBs employed in this paper have two four-pole bearings, whose distances can be controlled by using the current signal from the controller. The magnetic forces are generated by feedback loop control. The designation of PID-surface SMC reduces the chattering phenomenon in conventional SMC. The simulation results prove the high quality of the proposed control approach. © 2016 IEEE.

A real-time end-to-end routing algorithm is developed in this paper for multi-class communication networks with quality of service (QoS) requirements. The proposed algorithm is performed by means of a two-stage procedure. At the initial stage, we predetermine all possible end-to-end paths for preparing a routing database. Through a simple procedure at the second stage, we identify suitable paths statifing the QoS requirements upon connection requests. Numerical experiment showed that the algorithm is an executable and fast method to select end-to-end routing paths in real-time operation process. © 2016 IEEE.
