Dense 3D models of heritage buildings are difficult to consider directly for visual reproduction. Major ongoing efforts are made to produce tools to address the live rendering problem of huge 3D point clouds. Anyway, they often require an important computing power and renderings are tough to understand due to the amount of data. Thus, it is necessary to design new tools so that any user can easily see and understand the visual reproduction of a digitized heritage building. Toward that goal, we propose a new way to consider 3D point cloud slices in order to describe and show the heritage building in a web system. The methodology to design a web system of cultural mediation is presented, focusing on its genericity. It is applied to the Amiens cathedral and feedbacks of users are provided.

However, the support of navigation flight services is still very weak, flight planning and coordination is difficult, lack of meteorological information, supervising and surveillance means, low level of information automation, and does not adapt to general aviation development. By adopting various information and communication network technologies, the general aviation flight service platform based on "cloud" and virtual technology can provide flexible, convenient, professional and reliable operation support services for general aviation flight, and promote general aviation development. In this paper, the operation mode of general aviation flight service is discussed firstly, and then the system structure, software and hardware composition of general aviation flight service platform are designed. In this paper, we study the employability of compressed sensing algorithms in the context of multiuser detection in machine to machine systems over 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Long-Term Evolution (LTE) framework. The key idea of this work is to exploit the sparsity in the Machine to Machine (m2m) communication which is rendered by the sporadic nature of the transmission by the machines. We have analyzed the Bit Error Rate (BER) performance for various signal to noise ratio conditions and the impact of sparsity indicated by the probability of activity, operational frequencies and antenna spacing at the base station on the detection performance of the system. Through the results, we substantiate that the compressed sensing algorithms prove to be a viable choice for multiuser detection and practical implementation.
