Cricket fans all around the world love their favorite cricket team and always support them. This support is not limited to physical support but also virtual support through various social media websites. This paper tries to use this virtual support base of these fans in order to check whether people virtually support their favorite cricket team. We applied our analysis on 2018 Asia cup final played between India and Bangladesh. A total of 39,301 tweets were fetched in two days. The results were quite encouraging, giving better insight about support of this virtual community India, which emerged as winner and were undefeated in the entire tournament, had a better virtual support as compared to their counterparts Bangladesh.

Otolaryngology is a medical science that focuses on the problems of the ears, nose and throat. Otolaryngologists in their roles are people who have been trained in medicine and surgery (surgery) in the ENT department. To get maximum results, a good practice is needed from the beginning to the end of the examination. 3D digital model is one of the services to facilitate pupils in choosing the desired education method. 3D Object is a depiction of an object that is equipped with a perception of space. 3D Object is an object that is designed and drawn the length, width, and height (x, y, z axis) of the object so that it looks more real. The result showed that each organ was detected by displaying a 3-dimensional object in accordance with the original object. Mixed reality is a technique to merge a virtual simulation and real-world environment. 3D digital model in mixed reality technology is one way to make the ENT learning more attractive. With the existence of a 3D digital models in mixed reality environment, it will be easier for pupils and the surgeons to perform a maximum organ learning. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to extract fetal body parts from ultrasound images, we tried to apply various image segmentation techniques such as Thresholding, Region Seed growing, K means, Fuzzy C means, parametric deformable model etc. onto the fetal ultrasound images. Results after performing segmentation are compared using Correlation, Mean Square Error, Peak Signal to Noise Ratio, Structural Similarity. It is observed that parametric active contour are providing better results compared to other techniques of segmentation that could be applied to ultrasound images. © 2018 IEEE.

User engagement can be defined as the perception of the user to qualify the experience towards certain application, which focus on the positive aspects of the interaction through Internet in the context of the desire to use it continuously and for longer time. It is fundamental concept in the design of online applications regardless of the platform, driven by the observation that successful applications are not only used but those that work. However, user engagement in the technology advancement is a paradox phenomenon, as they recognize the potentiality but reluctant to adopt or they realize its use to solve problem but prefer the other solution for longer of time. The usual ways to evaluate them can be through self-report measures, observational methods, speech analysis or web analytics. These methods represent different compensations in term of configuration, the size of object and the scale of data to be collected. For example, some study might find detail and deep analysis but they are limited in term of generalizability, while the other might found out resourceful but denies the user reasoning and the context. During this millennial, the diffusion of innovation became the acceptable theory that majority academician and practical expert use to explain the phenomenon of the reason and factor to adopt certain product. Therefore, due to the assumption of several factors such as technology advancement and paradigm shift, this study want to explore current situation in the user engagement factors, which focused to computer mediated communication. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Quantum informatics is an emerging interdisciplinary subject developed by the combination of quantum mechanics, information science, and computer science in the 1980s. The birth and development of quantum information science has far-reaching significance in science and technology. At present, the application of quantum information technology has become the direction of people's efforts. The preparation, storage, purification and regulation, transmission, quantum coding and decoding of quantum state have become the hotspot of scientists and technicians, which have a profound impact on the national economy and the people's livelihood, technology and defense technology. This paper first summarizes the background of quantum information science and quantum computer and the current situation of domestic and foreign research, and then introduces the basic knowledge and basic concepts of quantum computing. Finally, several quantum algorithms are introduced in detail, including Quantum Fourier transform, Deutsch-Jozsa algorithm, Shor's quantum algorithm, quantum phase estimation.

Development of OpenEHR-based online Health Information System (HIS) is very important and necessary to be developed in Indonesia, in order to catch up with neighboring countries' neighboring Health Information System. Online HIS is beneficial for the enhancement of productivity, efficiency, service quality, proper standard of medical practice, auditable documentation, performance of hospital management and integrated medical record. With those reasons, Healthy Indonesia 2015 program can be achieved. Expert system and mapping HIS development which called ICD-10 is useful in order to give web-based standard symptom and disease diagnosing information. This expert system can diagnose disease based on the symptom with Anamnesis method. This application is named E-Expert in ICD10 which contains data parsing for patient medical record information web service. © 2018 IEEE.

Indonesian Government Budget Appropriations or Outlays for Research and Development (GBAOrd) is one of component from Indonesian Gross Expenditure on Research and Development (GErd). Calculation of GBAOrd are made by classifying each government expenditure budget. Classification is done manually so that there are frequent inconsistencies. This study proposed an automated classification using decision tree and Naive bayes algorithm to handle problem in previous method. The result of study have conclusion that an automated classification using Naive bayes is more accurate than using decision tree. The highest average accuracy score given by Naive Bayes model in this experiment is 98.462 while decision tree gives about 90.236. This can be related to the number of features involved in classification process. Naive Bayes uses most of the features in data while decision tree only uses one feature. Although decision tree model only uses one feature, the accuracy score produced by the model is considered as high. © 2018 IEEE.

Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) is a security management system that aim to protect systems from intrusion. Anomaly based detection works based on existence of anomaly behavior that do not conform to a well-defined notation of known normal behavior while misuse detection monitors resources to find intrusion signatures. Unsupervised learning method such as fuzzy clustering method has been widely used to solve IDS problems, especially anomaly based one. The goal is to find patterns on the data to prevent intrusion by detecting anomaly behavior compares to normal. Fuzzy logic based algorithms can be used on several problems that failed to fulfill theoretical assumption such that failed to be modeled analytically. It can also be used at classification problem with incomplete information or problems with unclear boundary classes. In this paper, we use Fuzzy Kernel Robust Clustering algorithm on KDD Cup'99 dataset where we succeeded to classify the items into five clusters, one for normal behavior and the rest are for four types of attacks. The accuracy for every training data is over than 95%, with the lowest one is 95.89% that occur at 10% training dataset, and the highest accuracy is around 98.52% for 80%555 and 90% of training dataset. © 2018 IEEE.

The problem of speed of page load time in the Borneo Biodiversity information system which is decreasing has an impact on the level of user satisfaction. The amount of resources used and the amount of data stored causes the system to be slow. The paper analyzes the load time of web pages based on key indicators performance for page loading timings. The variable analysis of webpage for calculates value;loading time (Time to First Byte, First paint time, First contentful paint time, DOM interactive time, DOM loaded time content, Onload time), total page size, and the number of requests. The results of the analysis have given a grade to the web performance and evaluated the results by providing a solution to optimize the low parameter values. © 2018 IEEE.

Today, the world comes into a booming information age. With the rapid development of computer and sensors, various bits of data are continuously being generated as time goes by. The amount of data to be processed has entered into the big data category. Data mining is widely used to discover hidden information in the large amounts of data. However, data mining applied to medical databases is a challenging process. The unavailability of large raw data and data complexity are some of the difficulties encountered. This research work proposes a way of dealing with big medical data with a case study of gout disease. Gout is common chronic disease caused by the most important risk factor hyperuricemia. There is no drug to completely cure the gout, the patient is suffering a lot of pain. It is important to control the occurrence of gout and to study the association of gout with other metabolic diseases. This paper discusses methods for the analysis of this complex dataset of this disease, to help get more understanding of the disease and associated diseases. Association Rule is used as the mining algorithm for the data processing. An associated relation is proposed according to the experiments, which applies auxiliary support for doctor's clinical diagnosis and disease research in the local.
