Farmers are the main actors and play significant role to develop agriculture. They cultivate the land, grow the plant, and harvest the crop. Farmers gather with its community and found farmers Group. A system to collect data from farmers and its Group has been developed. This system is to help data collection for farmer's personal identity, farmer Group organization detail, and farmer Group membership. This system also covers organization structure for farmer Group. This system should be tested to know system usability level before it is deployed. Website Evaluation Tool (Webuse) method was used to test system usability. The respondents of this test are farmers and farmers Group from two regions, Temanggung and Gombong, Central Java. This study found that this system got Good level of usability. But, in the administration tools, the system got Moderate level. The test also gives some recommendations to improve usability level of the system. There are some weaknesses should be enhanced, including language consistency, coloring consistency, button and link consistency, menu consistency, and menu accuracy. Recommendation is built based on the data analysis. © 2018 IEEE.

Concept of self-healing, as a paradigm of software that being capable to restore itself when damage is occurred, had been introduced and studied for several years. Many models and concepts has proposed, with variety approaches and implemented in many areas of application. Some discussion arose in self-healing topics include the conflict of terminology definition with self-adaptive or fault-tolerance system, the state of 'healthy' or 'unhealthy' system, system monitoring, recovery strategy, and many more. One of approach in self-healing software is using multi-agent, that had been implemented, especially to address the condition when the self-healing system is implemented using exogenous approach. The agents can take different role in each step of self-healing (detecting, diagnosing, and recovering), so we need to identify agents' responsibility for each step. This paper is discussed some previous solution in defining agent role in self-healing and proposed the conceptual framework in defining agent's role. The framework is divided into 2 level, macro and micro, macro level tied into business and process goal, and micro level connected into system/software component. The framework is expected can help us identify the role each agent and extend the research by examine the detail role of each agents in each level. © 2018 IEEE.

Online e-learning (online learning) has developed rapidly in the world. Few said that they were more comfortable to learn via online e-learning. Online e-learning fully support multimedia presentation and give effective interactions. Moreover, online e-learning not only gives students' competencies, but also creates self and collaborative learning processes. In the meantime, some people argued that the face to face learning will be heritage, but others denied it. However, online e-learning should have a wise management, good communication network, and online instructional product. In fact, the face to face learning establishes a meaningful and real interaction among students and lecturers, where it actually could not be substituted by online e-learning. Therefore, there were some people that supported the online e-learning, and another persisted on the face to face learning. This study gives answer that online e-learning can truly replace the face to face learning in the cognitive area. This study result shows that there was no different student skill obtained between the online e-learning and the face to face in algorithm and programming instructional at STMIK Bumigora tertiary institution. In other words, online learning can substitute the face to face learning in cognitive area. © 2018 IEEE.

Based on remote sensing image of the part area in Jinan, in order to obtain the spatial data and attribute data of the residential area, elusion and dispersion zone and road networks of the study area, the methods of visual interpretation combined with the actual survey were adopted. By using ArcGIS10.3, first of all, space buffer analysis was done based on the risk points, and then overlay analysis was done with the buffer analysis result and elusion and dispersion zone. Thus we could get the effective elusion and dispersion zone by eliminating the danger point affected. Secondly, based on road network and effective elusion and dispersion zone entrances, the elusion and dispersion service area was divided. Finally, the functions of minimize impedance and minimize facilities of ArcGIS network analysis was applied to study the relations of elusion and dispersion zones and residential areas, so that we can know that all the residents of the residential area could go to the nearest emergency shelter and the evacuation zones of minimum number should be chosen or established.

Autism Spectrum Disorder is a pervasive developmental disorder that will affect children in terms of interpersonal communication, social interaction, and imaginative levels in play. Many therapies to help the motor neuron performance is one of them Pretend Play. Pretend Play is a therapy that invites children in playing to demonstrate something else and tell how to use objects that are considered in the child's imagination. However, in the era of highly developed technology, many fields have used the Augmented Reality method as a visualization of various aspects. With this method researchers will present the therapeutic visualization of the block to 3D transportation tool that is useful for strengthening motor nerves and visual strength of the child. The system can run well during marker detection, marker movement, and 3D object display with the accuracy of precision angle and distance between virtual world with real world reach 100% with angle 0 at distance 31 cm and the maximum distance from the marker is 46 cm and the maximum angle is 30. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The recent past has witnessed the e-learning systems gaining more popularity in view of the technological development in support of e-learning and the number of heterogeneous devices connected with such systems. The field of education has already been affected by the infiltration of digital technology connected with the forecast of Internet of Things (IoT) foreseeing approximately fifty billion heterogeneous smart devices to be active by 2020. Cloud computing has a tremendous potential and has attracted educational sector for delivery of educational contents in an economical, secure and reliable way. Today's cloud architecture is composed of distributed computing, grid computing, virtualization technologies and its architecture makes available a flexible execution environments in which different resources can be linked to application and platform components. The continuity of architecture is its capability make alterations in itself and at the same time to retain the strength of objectives and this feature of a cloud system has an impact on the economic withstanding. This ability of cloud systems help in maintaining the technical sustainability. The introduction of Fog computing adds value to this scenario. The interconnection of such a huge number of smart electronic devices is expected to generate large amount of data which sometimes be analyzed in real time. This adds new type of big data and could be called as educational big data. The data generated by different sources such as study material, tests etc. needs well defined mining and analysis techniques in order to get time bound accurate information. The present paper reviews the current state of cloud based e-learning systems, compares the available cloud based e-learning architecture with the aim to enhancing the ability of cloud based e-learning architecture in view of present technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), Fog computing(FC) and Big Data Streams. © 2018 IEEE.

Diabetic retinopathy is an eye disease caused by swelling in blood vessels. If it gets worse the blood vessels will rupture and this is the main factor of blindness. This disease is rarely found in children and symptoms can be seen during puberty. One way to find out this disease is a wide and comprehensive pupil jerky eye examination performed by an ophthalmologist manually. Manual examination takes a long time and can cause misidentification because the similarity of characteristics of diabetic retinopathy is difficult to see directly. Because of this problem a method is needed that can facilitate the eye doctor in identifying diabetic retinopathy by simply inserting a retinal image into the system. The method proposed in this study is Deep Belief Network (DBN). The steps taken before identification are the image of the retina undergoing pre-processing in the form of grayscale, median filter, contrast stretching, morphological close operation and feature extraction using the Grey level Counselling Matrix (GLCM). In this study it was shown that the proposed method was able to identify diabetic retinopathy with 84% accuracy, sensitivity 93%, and specificity 70%. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this paper, we present benefits of using crowdsourcing to build speech and language resources for different annotation tasks for dialectal Arabic as an example of resource-poor languages. We show recommendations for job design and quality control that allow us to build high quality data for variety of tasks. Most of these recommendations are language-independent and can be applied to other languages as well. We summarize lessons learned from experiments in data acquisition tasks, such as image annotation (transcription of Arabic historical documents), machine translation (translation from English to Hindi), speech annotation (transcription of dialectal Arabic audio files), text annotation (conversion from dialectal Arabic to Modern Standard Arabic (MSA)), and text classification (annotation of offensive language on Arabic social media, and classification of questions on Arabic medical web forums). © 2018, Springer international Publishing AG.

The development of a system for VRU safety based on V2X communication is considered an important issue. Different approaches are used today to improve safety. A number of systems using V2I and V2X communications with Cloud computing technology., Big data analysis were proposed. Nowadays, the Internet-of-Things paradigm is not only an unavoidable process but also the basis of cyber-physical systems. It can be beneficial for real-Time road and pedestrian safety applications. But the most important issue of using loT for time critical emergency application is the latency. This paper contains the case study of using flexible loT Framework for pedestrian safety service in 'non in-Line-of-Sight' conditions. In this paper we we consider a common collision scenario and focus on the timing analysis for pedestrian collision avoidance system using loT. © 2018 University of Split, FESB.

Following the current trends in data driven solutions, this paper aims to explore a value-creation mechanism for open data of education sector. Dynamic data assigning algorithm for cluster identification is investigated for the ability to group schools based on the students' scores.
