In this paper, the issue of the low abstraction level supported by quantum programming languages based on quantum gates is addressed. The author of this proposal is leading a research line in which quantum registers are considered as data type encoders. From this starting point, the development of efficient quantum oracles implementing operations on these types is proposed. If such oracles are reusable and composable, then programmers will have access to higher-level abstraction operations for conceptualizing and encoding their solutions. The objective of this work is to present this research direction, outline the results achieved thus far, and depict future work and how they can help achieve Quantum Utility by allowing developers to work at a higher abstraction level.

The deterministic network is oriented to various services in the network, ensuring the deterministic requirements of different services in terms of delay, packet loss rate, cost overhead, throughput, security, and reliability. This paper proposes an on-demand routing learning model with a three-layer logical plane that can generate on-demand routing strategies with deterministic QoS (Quality of Services) requirements for different traffic flows. With the help of deep reinforcement learning algorithms, the OdR-TD3 and OdR-SAC algorithms are proposed to generate the suitable routing strategies to meet the deterministic QoS requirements of applications' traffic. The experimental evaluation results show the OdR-TD3 and OdR-SAC algorithm have significant advantages over the DV and SPF algorithms, considering the achievement rate of deterministic QoS requirements. © 2021 IEEE.

The significant National cultural treasure is Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) which has some issues in sustainability and inheritance. With the growth of digital technique, maximizing application and research of digital technique in ICH is represented. In this research, the standardized and scientific audio data dedicated for Cantonese Open is employed and classification technique for Cantonese open singing genres dependent on Residual Attention based Long Short-Term memory (Residual based LSTM) method is proposed. Proposed method provides resemblance of rhythm features of various Cantonese opera singing genres. Actual signal is pre-processed for obtaining a Mel-Frequency Cepstrum as method's input. Cascade combination integrated every shallow segment and deep features. The residual based LSTM method is a hybridization network that improves contextual relevance among signals. The proposed method attained intelligence classification of Cantonese opera information, while efficiently resolve the issue which previous techniques are challenging for classification. The proposed method attained a precision of 93.61%, recall of 92.74% and F1-measure of 92.95% which is more efficient than other existing methods. © 2024 IEEE.

Satellite image classification is vital for applications like environmental monitoring, urban planning, and resource management. Manual methods are time-consuming and error-prone, highlighting the need for automated solutions. This study explores classifying satellite imagery with four distinct classes using sensor data and Google Map snapshots. Four machine learning models - Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM), and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) - were implemented and assessed. The SVM model achieved the highest accuracy at 99%, followed by GBM with 98% accuracy, while KNN attained 94%. Although ANN had the lowest accuracy of 58%, it displayed fewer misclassifications. Explainable AI (XAI) tools like LIME and SHAP were used to interpret model decisions, highlighting how features influenced classifications. The results show machine learning's ability to automate satellite image classification with accuracy and actionable insights. © 2025 IEEE.

In parallel computing applications, containerization technology provides an efficient, reliable, and scalable way to manage and deploy applications. Additionally, rdMA (Remote Direct Memory Access) technology meets the low-latency, highbandwidth, and high-performance network communication requirements of parallel computing applications. This is achieved through the use of low-latency, high-bandwidth, and high-performance network communications. The objective of this research is to investigate the utilization of containerization techniques in combination with rdMA and IB (InfiniBand) networks. This is achieved by packaging applications and their dependencies in independent, portable containers and utilizing rdMA technology for fast data transfer and processing. The result is an efficient and flexible operating environment that is comparable in efficiency to physical machines. This research provides an in-depth study of how containerization techniques and the advantages of rdMA combined with IB networks can improve the performance and efficiency of massively parallel computing applications. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. 3D object tracking has great potential applications in computing intensive cyber-physical systems, particularly auto-nomic driving. However, Object tracking based on deep neural networks is vulnerable to adversarial examples. Previous works generate adversarial examples by applying perturbations to samples, which suffer from the generation of an individual adversarial perturbation for each sample. Algorithms have been proposed to generate a universal adversarial perturbation, which is one single perturbation able to make classifiers misclassify most images. In this paper, we propose the universal adversarial attack method against 3D object tracking. This method gen-erates adversarial samples by applying a universal adversarial perturbation to tracking templates, leading to the deviation of the predictions from the ground truth. A novel objective function, which combines confidence loss, direction loss and distance loss, generates an atomic perturbation for each tracking template. By aggregating these atomic perturbations, the universal adversarial perturbation can be derived. Experiments conducted on the KITTI dataset show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the performance of 3D object tracking. © 2021 IEEE.

This study investigates the use of convolutional neural network (CNN) technology to solve the problem of network intrusion detection, specifically studying the impact of convolutional layer count. Experiments revealed that two convolutional layers yield optimal results. An AdaBoost+CNN model was proposed using this CNN with optimization strategies such as ensemble learning. Eight classical learning algorithms were compared with the proposed methods, and the results were evaluated using parameters such as accuracy, precision, and F-measurement. Compared with traditional machine learning, deep learning, and other methods, the method proposed in this study achieved higher classification accuracy and successful results in detecting network attacks. © 2023 IEEE.

Traffic signal control is the most basic and pivotal task in road traffic problems. The optimization of traffic signal control is for improving vehicle passing efficiency of each intersection in order to improve the traffic capacity of the whole road net. Currently, traditional traffic control methods are not able to satisfy the needs of continuously expanding traffic conditions. Thus, with ideal self-adapting and exploring abilities, deep reinforcement learning methods are widely applied in model traffic signal control. However, due to the problems of overestimation and instability during the learning process of Deep Q-learning (DQN), we came up with a model based on Double-Dueling-Deep Q Network (3DQN). This model combines dueling network, double learning method and target network by natural DQN to relieve overestimation and improve data using efficiency. According to the experimental results, compared with traditional traffic control and DQN, the model of 3DQN has better outcomes in traffic signal control. © 2021 IEEE.

In order to better assimilate Sea Surface Wind (SSW) Speed Products of the Fengyun-3C Meteorological Satellite microwave scatterometer (MWRI) using the SSW data assimilation (DA) system of the National Meteorological Information Center, we use a new methodology for assimilation wind observations in the form of speed and direction. A new error estimation scheme is also proposed which takes into account the underlying ocean. All SSW data retrieved from HY-2 A, Advanced Scatterometer (ASCAT) and Fengyun-3C speed products underwent quality control measures before DA. DA comparative trials of different error estimation schemes and Fengyun-3C SSW Speed Products were also performed. Analysis fields were evaluated using SSW data from the National data Buoy Center (NDBC) using bias, root-mean-square error(RMSE) and correlation. Evaluation results of the new error estimation scheme indicate that this effectively improves analysis fields, and assimilating Fengyun-3C SSW speed products can reduce wind speed RMSE of analysis fields by 8% within the range of [15], [20]. © 2021 IEEE.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) pertains to the air quality within a specific space and is directly linked to the well-being and comfort of its occupants. In line with this objective, this research presents a real-time system dedicated to monitoring and predicting IAQ, encompassing both thermal comfort and gas concentration. The system initiates with a data acquisition, wherein a set of sensors captures environmental parameters and transmits this data for storage in a database. The measured parameters are analyzed by a neural network algorithm that predicts anomalies based on historical data. The neural network model generated predictions from 75.9% to 98.1% (depending on the parameter) of precision during regular situations. After that, a test with smoke in the same place was done to validate the model, and the results showed it could detect anomalies. Finally, prediction data are stored in a new database and displayed on a dashboard for monitoring in real-time measured and prediction data. © 2023 IEEE.
