In the near future, people can use various kinds of portable terminal devices, such as PDAs or smart phones, to access the information on Internet at any time, in any place, for supporting their daily life. Personal mobile agents can help those people to search, to filter, to analyze, or to translate the large amount of Internet information. Since the context of a user may vary frequently, the way a personal mobile agent process the Internet information must adapt to the context change. However, we think that the current mainstream mobile agent platforms, such as the IBM Aglet and the IKV++ Grasshopper, are not good enough for developing context-aware applications. Hence, we propose a component-based, Reconfigurable Mobile Agent (CRMA) system, which is designed for context-aware computing. It offers downloadable user-interface modules on terminal devices for application to adapt the characteristics of various terminal devices. In addition, on agent side, CRMA provides a reconfigurable agent-programming framework, which uses component-based pipelines to perform context-aware data-processing operations. This not only simplifies the programming task for dynamically reconfiguring an agent’s behavior to adapt the context change, but also improves the reusability of agent software. In the end of this paper, we will propose a context-aware meta-search service to demonstrate how to use CRMA to develop a context-aware application. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2002.

Recently years have seen a significant increase in research on visual identification issues including identification, aging, sexuality, & expression identification. This same classification of the majority of non-verbal Living beings Interactions scenarios became dependent on their implementation in robotics systems. Deep convolutional neuronal systems have demonstrated to be efficient in this respect when analyzing various face expressions, but at a heavy price: they need a sizable quantity of task-specific labelled information to attain maximal generalisation. A uniform semi-supervised deep network system is suggested in this research to deal with this issue. Our combination model consists of a set of permutation networks that fine-tunes the high-level faces notions for the identification of individuality, time of life team, sex, & facial expressions, as well as an unsupervised deep generative confrontational connection that gets to know basic character traits of face *** the way you look. To avoid the need for a significant quantity of highly labelled learning information, our system uses continuous laterally interconnections among the convolutional streams so that it can exchange the high-abstraction specifics of all of such jobs. We suggest a number of tests to assess each component of our hybrids system, particularly the influence of the progressing interconnections on acquiring the individual image identification problems, & we find that our framework outperforms task-specific systems.

Demand Side Management (DSM), which regulates consumer energy usage to lower peak demand and boost system reliability, is a crucial component of contemporary power systems. This study suggests a novel method for programming. The proposed control device for DSM implementation employs programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The proposed system includes a central control unit that communicates with multiple smart meters installed in households and commercial buildings via PLCs. The control unit collects real-time data on energy consumption and uses it to manage the demand in a coordinated and efficient manner. The design and implementation of the proposed DSM system using PLCs. Also, this study discusses about the hardware and software components used in the proposed system, including the PLCs, communication protocol, and user interface. Further, this study describes the control algorithms that are used to manage the demand and its implementation using ladder logic programming. Finally, this study shows the findings from simulations and experimental tests performed to assess the efficiency and dependability of the suggested DSM system. Customers can also monitor their energy use with the system’s user interface, and they can change their usage habits in reaction to demand signals. The proposed system provides accurate and timely control of energy consumption and allows consumers to adjust their energy usage in response to changing demand signals. The system is also easy to implement and can be easily scaled to meet the needs of large power distribution networks. The suggested DSM, in general PLCs have the potential to increase the effectiveness and dependability of any system while benefiting both utilities and consumers.

Examination and evaluation of sentiment The most popular area for dissecting and extracting knowledge from communication data from many sources, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Amazon, and so on, is known as mining. It plays a fundamental role in enabling the organizations to work productively on advancing the business system and gaining the most comprehensive understanding of the buyer's feedback on their product. It entails calculating a person's behavior in terms of his buying preferences and then placing yourself in his shoes about the commercial aspect of a relationship. You may think of this component as a situation, person, blog post, or tangible experience. Appraisals, checks, and Reflections created by customers may be divided into smaller, more notable pieces for usage by large businesses. The analysis of comparable purchasing behavior may be used to understand the needs of the customer and foresee future opportunities to assist them. E-business Associations may track the uses and passions associated with their Particulars via this internal assessment and adopt better marketing mechanism to give a tailored shopping experience for their customers, so improving their hierarchical advantage. By using the programming interface key, Twitter data for this article was collected from Twitter. Similarly, we really want to finish setting up the systems. Additionally, the system supported NLP approaches, thus we wish to implement the calculation as a crucial backslide. The exploratory problems exhibit perfection.

This paper discusses that in order to help development with reusable software components, various reuse libraries should be available for users, components retrieval, use and comprehension should be facilitated and relations between components should be considered. To achieve this goal, we propose a reuse infrastructure-IRL which preferences various reuse libraries in order to make them available for users all over the world and to facilitate their access, 2) supplies components reuse guidelines, samples and/or demos to facilitate their comprehension and use and 3) extracts components relationships to facilitate their composition and integration. IRL infrastructure is based on a component meta-model and a search process. The meta-model represents a meta-library associated with IRL and encapsulates different views of a reusable component. The search process is strategic and supplies different search techniques which can be applied to search for components independently of their source libraries search techniques. This infrastructure provides an ontology which represents components meta-knowledge. This ontology provides, in one hand a unified vocabulary for various reuse libraries by which ambiguities on the components semantics are removed. On the other hand, this ontology facilitates components search and filling in the meta-library associated with IRL infrastructure. In this paper, the IRL infrastructure is presented, and an experimentation evaluating it is discussed.

As capabilities, preferences and needs of people with disabilities are unique, personalization of ICT-based Assistive Technology (AT) tools is a key factor for their applicability. We developed a set of open source tools for component-Based engineering which allows an efficient prototyping, parameterization and application of user-driven AT. These tools include the AsTeRICS framework for creation of ATapplications from functional components via visual programming and the FlipMouse universal input system for finger- or mouth control of computers, tablets and smart phones. We present a conceptual framework for a user-centered Two-Level Personalization of AT which consists of a development phase, where a solution is modeled and refined in cooperation with a client, and a generalization phase to make this solution configurable via specific parameters which can be tuned when supporting other users in comparable contexts. Experience from customization is then used to improve more generic AT-solution-templates. This fosters a fast and cost-effective development of tailored support for people with disabilities. In this paper we describe in detail the tools and workflows employed. We present a single-subject study based on Participatory Action Research, involving a client with multiple sclerosis, and we demonstrate the Two-Level Personalization for the creation and evaluation of tailored applications for this client. © Springer international Publishing AG 2017.

In this paper, we attempt extending Logic programming “smoothly” in order to allow object-orientation in a PROLOG-like environment. We call our extension “PROLoop” (Yet another PROLOG-based Language for Object-Oriented programming). PROLoop is the essential component of a PROLOG-based environment (“PROViro”) to develop knowledge and rule-based expert *** consists of a series of pragmatic components as to testing (PROTest), knowledge version control (PROVers), self actualization of the documentation (PROSelf), etc. The potential of PROLoop stems from its simplicity. This simplicity makes PROLoop easy to use and to extend, allows to achieve a high degree of reliability of PROLoop programs, increases their maintainability, etc. Because of its artlessness, PROLoop is also a good example for understanding and teaching object-oriented programming. Nevertheless, PROLoop possesses sufficient expression power which we demonstrate by including non-trivial examples produced in a real project.

Different families have different needs for tours. In order to solve the problem, this paper firstly creates a table which takes all determining varieties into consideration. By adopting principal component for analyzing and filtrating the main factors, the conclusion is as follow: the first principal component is time and the second one is cost;their factor contribution rate is respectively 58.95% and 38.93%. Moreover, the two weighted principal components can make the analysis process easier and reduce error rate. Secondly, in order to provide the best tour plan for different families, this paper selects eight tourist attractions in Xi'an and establishes the goal programming model which covers some factors, such as tour routes, costs and time. Finally, a multivariate linear regression equation is applied to test traveling plans and determine the best one.

'What are we learning this for?' is a common refrain heard in education. Showing how engineering practices are relevant to everyday needs like building science models in K-12 classes may lead to greater motivation for students in STEM learning. This paper investigates how horizontal integration of different streams of learning may enable students to see why and how each element of knowledge is relevant to the whole. By combining microcontroller-based electronics, programming, and 3D design and fabrication to build science models, students may develop a stronger appreciation of how the component technologies interrelate (internal contextualization) and how these integrated computational models contribute to the enterprise of science (external contextualization). Furthermore, students in science classrooms see how computation can make physical models dynamic to represent changes and relationships more effectively. The implicit representational science models and the incorporation of technology and computation into a regular science curriculum make the knowledge transferable beyond an individual lesson. Students learn the component technologies cumulatively through a sustained process of engagement across multiple science modeling projects. The major challenges of this approach are how the science modeling projects may be designed and what factors have to be considered in the designs to realize this learning progression. To answer these questions, this paper describes a rigorous design process for the Physical Computational Models (PCMs) that incorporates science model correctness, progression of learning across all streams, pedagogical efficacy, classroom dynamics and manufacturability. In addition, we implemented a year-long project using our Horizontal Learning (HL) approach at two local public schools.
