For group abnormal behavior analysis, previous methods are easy to be affected by the normal fluctuation characteristics of target or cause “missing” alarm. To overcome these problems, this paper proposes a group abnormal behavior detection method based on fuzzy clustering strategy, to improve the accuracy of abnormal trip behavior measurement and further mine the abnormal targets in the group. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method on real-world datasets.

This paper describes the OBS Instantiation Environment, which demonstrates a generative approach to automating the instantiation process of a component-based framework. The process is automated in the sense that designers configure and assemble the framework components using intuitive visual operations in a GUI-based environment. Their configuration actions are then used to automatically generate the framework instantiation code. generative techniques for framework instantiation are not new but tend to rely on domain-specific languages or on bespoke specification encoding and compilation techniques. Though effective and powerful, they are comparatively complex and present a high barrier to entry for general users. The distinctive feature of the approach proposed here is instead its simplicity and its reliance on mainstream technology and tools.

A vibration stress relief system was developed based on spectral analysis to control residual stresses in components. Firstly, a forced vibration damping model was analyzed and Matlab program simulation was carried out, it proved that spectral analysis was an effective way to obtain natural frequency of component. Secondly, vibration stress relief system was developed, in which the software control system was developed by VB and Matlab mixed programming. The hardware of this system contained data acquisition card, frequency converter and vibration motor and so on. Finally, a test was carried out to prove the effectiveness of this new vibration stress relief system.

With the popularity of mobile phones, people are more interested in searching of friends through the dating applications. In the dating applications (APP), people are distressed by the vast amount of data and junk information, so the dating system of recommendation came into being. General dating software adopts content-based recommendation algorithm and collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, but it has some problems, such as being unable to mine users' potential preferences and difficult to extract features. In recent years, users want to search for friends through face images. it is an urgent problem to recommend their interested friends to users, according to users' preferences. This paper designs a dating recommendation system based on reinforcement learning and generative adversarial network (GAN), Including its scheme design and programming implementation. The main flow is as follows: firstly, GAN generates false faces and matches real faces to users through false faces to face database. Secondly, users give the evaluation feedback on faces. Thirdly, the system optimizes the false faces generated by GAN through reinforcement learning according to the user feedback. Finally, it iterates continuously until users are satisfied. The implementation of the system is mainly divided into two parts, one is GAN face generation, and the other is the strategy of optimizing GAN generation by reinforcement learning.

Spectrum sensing is a fundamental component of cognitive radio networks (CRNs), enabling efficient spectrum utilization by detecting and leveraging underutilized frequency bands. However, low Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) environments present substantial challenges to reliable spectrum detection, leading to increased false alarms and missed detections. In this paper, we propose an enhanced deep learning approach utilizing advanced neural networks, including generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), to improve spectrum sensing in low-SNR regimes. By generating high-fidelity, synthetic training data across varying SNR levels, our model gains robustness against noise interference, enabling superior feature extraction and detection accuracy. Comparative evaluations with other deep learning models demonstrate that the GAN-augmented spectrum sensing framework achieves significant performance improvements in low-SNR conditions, offering a promising solution to enhance spectrum reliability in CRNs. This work underscores the potential of GAN-based data augmentation and denoising in addressing noise-related challenges in spectrum sensing, with implications for the next generation of intelligent, adaptive CRN architectures.

Many electronic industries have become prominent with Internet of Things (IoT) has grown in popularity over years. The NAB-IoT technology is steadily improving in terms of intelligent, accessibility, power efficiency, strong connection, & extensive coverage. This move is mainly due to the introduction of Narrowband Internet of Things (NAB-IoT). NAB-IoT is a brand-new platform through a diverse set of applications, a large number of interconnections, low energy, and cheap cost. The smart scheme that is based on Swarm intelligence NAB-IoT, is a major component of the IoT sector, is extensively implemented and provides a broad variety of possibilities. However, owing to technology, programming, and connection issues, the NAB-IoT-based adaptive system creates reliability concerns. As a consequence, this study looks at the effect of the NAB-IoT system on the dependability of IoT intellectual organizations. The replicated a real-world situation using the NS-3tool, then performed many information transfer experiments and collected important transmission measure indicator data before computing and evaluating the outcomes observed, using quantifiable reliability indications. In this paper, the functions of the field strength meter in the industrial field and the technical indexes of realizing the functions are studied. On this basis, a portable field strength meter based on the field programmable gate array (FPGA) embedded soft core processor (Nios II) is designed. The field strength meter takes Nios II soft core as the control center and realizes the field strength, frequency, carrier level and frequency of the industrial field signals measurement of spectrum, carrier noise ratio, etc. In this project, the input RF signal is processed with low noise, digital control attenuation, frequency conversion and envelope detection. The analog signal is transformed into digital signal by AD9226 chip. The data is cached by FIFO (first in first out) module in FPGA and handed to Nios II soft core for processing. The measurement type is selected by Verilog hardware programming language, and the result is displayed by LCD directly.

The programmable network envisioned in the late 1990s within standardization and research for the Intelligent Network is taking another attempt to come into reality using IP-based Next Generation Networks (NGN) and Application programming Interfaces (API) for open developer access. Adopting technical concepts of providing high-level APIs for open service access from the Internet and World Wide Web (WWW), some major telecommunications operators have started developer portals to allow 3rd party developer access to internal service enablers and network functionality. Composition of services by using these exposed APIs may be realized on multiple layers. We address in this report the composition of services based on orchestration languages and assess those in the context of the execution of real-time communication services. We propose a two-folded composition model for component and workflow driven compositions.

This paper presents a novel hybrid optimization scheme for generating time and energy efficient paint trajectories while ensuring optimal coating deposition over complex free-form surfaces. By utilizing a 3D sensor, the geometric model of the object is obtained in the form of a point cloud. Then, using principal component analysis, it is transformed into its eigen coordinate frame followed by slicing at an arbitrary direction. Using a double beta distribution model, the coating thickness function between two consecutive slicing planes is formulated. To compute robot energy, the recursive Newton Euler approach is used following the definition of the robot kinematic and dynamic model. Finally, using a genetic algorithm, coating uniformity, process time, and energy objective functions are minimized to obtain the optimal slicing direction, width, speeds, and the inverse kinematic configuration of the robot. Results for the trajectory planning of a car door, hood, and bumper reveal efficient paint trajectories can be obtained using the proposed optimization scheme.
