Breast Cancer is most significant disease of death for women in the world, early identification is very essential. In order to enhance the precision and dependability of Breast Cancer recurrences diagnosis, this study investigates the application of several machine learning techniques, such as Support Vector Machine, Genetic techniques, and Voting Classifier. The prior goal of the proposed recurrence diagnosis model is to combine Voting Classifier with Genetic algorithm to overcome the challenges with machine learning algorithm prediction. The hybrid model (GA+VC) can improve performance through a collective decision-making process. Hyperparameters such as kernel functions for SVM are optimized to maximize model performance. In this paper, the study explores the Sand cat swarm optimization (SCSO) with SVM gives higher accuracy in recurrence diagnosis. The result obtained indicate that recurrence model gives higher accuracy of 90%. The results with the optimization SCSO with SVM providing insights into the trade-off between detecting true positives (malignant cases) and minimizing false positives. © 2025 IEEE.

In the rapidly evolving world of wireless cellular network, optimizing key parameters like data throughput and latency is of critical importance for ensuring high quality communication services. The proposed presents a novel approach to multi-objective optimization to enhance overall network performance using Genetic Algorithms (GA), Pareto, and Particle Swarm optimization (PSO). By employing optimization algorithms, a balance is sought in terms of trade-off of other parameters while maximizing data throughput and minimizing latency. Simulation layers indicate the comparative study further solidifies the efficacy of the value of evolutionary algorithms in optimizing wireless networks to satisfy the growing needs of high speed and less latency services in today’s communication landscape. © 2025 IEEE.

This study's abstract inspects the MobileNetV2 architecture and discovers that it performs excellently in accuracy and loss metrics over 20 training sessions. After the 20th session, the accuracy has been increased from 54.83% to 90.59% whereas the loss has been decreased from 1.1261 to 0.2207. This advancement improves security protocols, reduces identity theft, dismisses false information, supports debatable investigation, privacy protection, and confidence promotion in digital material. These consequences show the potential to discriminate between real and altered face photographs that are enhanced through increased consistency between its predictions and actual data. © 2025 IEEE.

Bio-inspired optimization algorithms, encompassing swarm intelligence, neural networks, fuzzy logic, and evolutionary algorithms, are powerful tools for addressing complex real-world optimization problems. However, their effectiveness is often constrained by the computational demands of training and execution, which surpass the capabilities of traditional computing platforms—particularly when dealing with massive datasets or intricate optimization challenges. These limitations restrict the practical applicability of such algorithms. This work introduces a framework that leverages cloud computing as a scalable and efficient platform to overcome these computational barriers. By integrating bio-inspired optimization techniques with the elastic and high-performance resources of cloud environments, this research demonstrates significant improvements in both the scope and efficiency of these algorithms. Experimental results validate the proposed approach, showcasing enhanced performance, reduced execution time, and the ability to solve larger and more complex real-world problems, thereby unlocking the full potential of bio-inspired optimization in practical applications. © 2025 IEEE.

Models based on dynamic neural networks such as DeBERTa and Vision Transformers ViT have disrupted the two fields. However, there is one complication - their performance requires so much computation which limits its realistic applications. The aim of this study is to propose advanced optimization techniques that can increase the efficiency of these models without compromising their performance. We adopt approaches such as DistilBERT, DeBERTa and Vision Transformer models. Then we carry out detailed empirical analysis of the consequences of these techniques on the model accuracy, time performance, throughput as well as resources consumption. The findings show enhancement models, where some methods improved the throughput by 29% and reduced the GPU usage by 61% at the same or higher accuracy. This reveals the capacity of dynamic neural networks in resource-constrained settings and enhances the overall vision of the use of such models in practice. © 2025 IEEE.

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has emerged as a transformative technique for real-time, high-quality 3D rendering. This paper surveys the advancements in 3DGS, focusing on optimization strategies, applications across diverse domains, and AI-driven innovations that enhance its utility. optimization techniques, such as Mini-Splatting and sparsification frameworks, address challenges like computational overhead and memory inefficiency while maintaining visual fidelity. AI has further expanded the capabilities of 3DGS through frameworks like SceneTeller, ART3D and GaussianEditor, enabling text-to-3D generation, object-level manipulation, and artistic scene creation with multi-view consistency. Applications of 3DGS range from autonomous driving and robotics to virtual and augmented reality, highlighting its adaptability and efficiency. This survey underscores the importance of continued research to refine 3DGS's scalability and applicability, solidifying its role at the intersection of computer graphics and artificial intelligence. © 2025 IEEE.

This work proposes a novel computer vision approach for recognizing American Sign Language (ASL) gestures, utilizing OpenCV for image capture and manipulation, and MediaPipe for image labeling and preprocessing. With a diverse dataset of ASL gestures, two models are trained: a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and a Random Forest Classifier. The CNN model automatically extracts intricate spatial patterns from the ASL gesture images, achieving high accuracy through backpropagation and gradient descent optimization. Simultaneously, the Random Forest Classifier provides an efficient and accurate alternative approach by combining multiple decision trees based on features extracted from the images. Experimental results showcase the effectiveness of both models, offering promising prospects for improving communication and inclusivity among individuals with hearing impairments. © 2025 IEEE.

Automatic plant condition monitoring using a chosen computer algorithm is one of the recent advancement in the agriculture domain. To ensure the plant health, it is necessary to monitor the pest which causes the considerable damage to the plant. This work considered the monitoring of maize (corn) from the study and the common pests which causes the severe damage to maize, like the grasshopper and beetle are analyzed automatically using a chosen Lightweight Deep-learning (LD) methodology. This work considered the MobileNet (MN) variants for the study and this proposed technique consist the following phases;digital image collection and converting it to 224x224 pixels, feature extraction using chosen MN-model, feature optimization using Butterfly-Algorithm (BA) and fused-features generation, and binary classification with 5-fold cross validation. This work considered the MN-variant model to examine the pest images and the achieved result confirms that this scheme presents a detection accuracy up to 96% when SoftMax based classification is executed. © 2025 IEEE.
