Although deep learning is the mainstream method in unsupervised anomalous sound detection, Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) with statistical audio frequency representation as input can achieve comparable results with much lower model complexity and fewer parameters. Existing statistical frequency representations, e.g. the log-Mel spectrogram’s average or maximum over time, do not always work well for different machines. This paper presents Time-Weighted Frequency Domain Representation (TWFR) with the GMM method (TWFR-GMM) for anomalous sound detection. The TWFR is a generalized statistical frequency domain representation that can adapt to different machine types, using the global weighted ranking pooling over time-domain. This allows GMM estimator to recognize anomalies, even under domain-shift conditions, as visualized with a Mahalanobis distance-based metric. Experiments on DCASE 2022 Challenge Task2 dataset show that our method has better detection performance than recent deep learning methods. TWFR-GMM is the core of our submission that achieved the 3rd place in DCASE 2022 Challenge Task2.

Agribusiness occupies the lion’s share of Pakistan’s land. It also supports Pakistan’s financial situation. Approximately 62% of Pakistan’s population lives in rural regions and relies on agriculture for a portion of their income. Pakistan is now the 5th-largest producer of cotton and the 3rd-largest consumer/manufacturer of cotton yarn worldwide. Cotton is grown on 6.0 million acres by 1.3 million of the country’s 5 million farmers, or around 15% of the country’s total cultivated land. Cotton fields are plagued by various illnesses that may have a devastating effect on the quality and quantity of the crop. Detection of these disorders has become more common because of image processing. Pathogens often cause plant diseases like germs, fungi, and microbes that thrive in an unsanitary environment. The farmer suffers a significant setback as a result of this. The main purpose of this research is to get to know the disease in a cotton field. We identify plant/leaf disease using the convolutional neural networks (CN) technique with Pooling, Flatten, Dense, and dropout layers to analyze picture data using TensorFlow and Kera’s support. Our dataset has six classes, including 1965 photos of five sick cotton plant classes and one healthy class. We compared three Kera’s applications to get the algorithm’s best accuracy. The applications we used are Xception, InceptionV3 and InceptionRestNetV2. The Xception model shows us the best accuracy, an average of 90.34%.

With the development of mobile Internet technology, Android smart phones is gradually integrated into people's lives, and become important information terminal. Short-range wireless communication (NFC) is one of the technologies for use in access control systems, this kind of short-distance wireless communication standard can be achieved within a few centimeters of data exchange between devices. NFC is also in full compliance with ISO standards for management of contactless smart card, which is a notable feature of it an ideal platform. Android smartphones are gradually replace most of the commonly used tools in our lives, such as cameras, maps and so on, and NFC functionality based on the Android platform will gradually replace the life of cash payments and IC card access control system, NFC has become an important trend of development of intelligent access control system. This design from two aspects of hardware and software to take on Android platform-based NFC function plays an important role in access control systems. Up to now, unmanned driving is still a challenging research field in academia at home and abroad. The vehicle trajectory tracking technology is a very critical and urgent link, because it provides important information for intelligent traffic monitoring. The reinforcement learning method is an important method for learning in an unknown environment. In the field of artificial intelligence machine learning, reinforcement learning research has made great progress in theory, algorithm and application, and has become a current hotspot in research. Unmanned vehicle trajectory tracking is one of the key technologies in the field of unmanned driving research. It uses built-in sensors to perceive the environment, uses trajectory planning algorithms to generate the required path in real time, and the decision system selects the best path. Finally, the built-in path tracking controller implement it. This article mainly adopts the experimental analysis method to discuss how to break through the problem of automatic trajectory tracking technology in the support of enhanced learning by unmanned vehicles, and compare and analyze the expected yaw rate and actual yaw rate and frequency of the target vehicle. According to the experimental research results, the expected yaw rate and actual yaw rate of the unmanned vehicle trajectory automatic tracking test are relatively close, and the test system in this test has a certain tracking effect.

This study investigates the application of the Mutual Information (MI) feature selection technique to improve the accuracy of machine learning (ML) models on NSL-KDD datasets, building upon prior research. Six ML models, namely Decision Tree (DT), Logistic Regression (LR), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Random Forest (RF), Naive Bayes (NB), and Support Vector machine (SVM) with different kernels (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), are implemented for classification purposes. The proposed DT model in this study shows higher accuracy than the DT model proposed in the original paper by Ingre et al. for Intrusion Detection System (IDS). Additionally, a multi-class classification model for NSL-KDD datasets is developed, considering both normalized and non-normalized features. Interestingly, it is observed that the models trained without normalized features achieve higher accuracies compared to those trained with normalized features. Moreover, the study enhances the classification performance of the DT-based IDS using the Correlation based Feature Selection (CFS) technique for feature selection. The proposed IDS is evaluated both before and after feature selection for multi-class classification (normal and various attack types) and binary classification (normal and abnormal data).

Social training is a combination of the number of systems and the number of processes, which can ensure easy business management. The effective application of artificial intelligence can be combined with the business field and the official field. This hypothesis represents the official assessment of human beings. Employees can meet many of the requirements of their field of work by meeting their requirements, and can follow their carrier conditions. It can be monitored by the camera and saved to the external memory, because of this situation it can be controlled by the FPGA controller. Can monitor their performance, health, skill development and their training time. This process involves input that can pass through the camera in the form of video. The output can be visualized by a computer system; this process can continue to run until the goal is achieved. The field programmable gate array (FPGA) contains artificial neural network (ANN) algorithms. The existing algorithms are the support vector machine algorithm (SVM) and the convolutional neural network algorithm (CNN) algorithm. By using this algorithm, the efficiency can be achieved a lot, and the process can be very easy.

Integrating curriculum ideology and politics into the whole process of education and teaching is an effective way to realize the whole process of educating people in colleges and universities. We take the database management system in the university ideological and political education courses as an example, and carry out teaching reforms in response to the current mismatch in class hours, the strange phenomenon of learning style in the multimedia classroom, and the emphasis on skills over moral education in the current teaching of this course. Finally, the article integrates computer artificial intelligence technology on the basis of teaching reform, designs and develops a computer-assisted teaching system for ideological and political education based on a hybrid P2P network. The system includes functions such as discussion group, electronic whiteboard, courseware management, homework management, online examination subsystem, and teaching video-on-demand subsystem. This paper describes in detail the important links in the system development process, such as demand analysis, design and implementation, and testing. Finally, the auxiliary teaching system developed in this thesis has been successfully deployed in colleges and universities, and the operation effect is good.

One of the more extreme problems that influences the two, kids and grown-ups is a cerebrum cancer. 85 to 90 percent of all essential Focal Sensory system malignancies are mind cancers. Around 11,700 patients are given a mind cancer finding every year. For the individuals who have a harmful cerebrum or Central Nervous System growth, the 5-year endurance rate is generally 34% for guys and 36% for ladies or women. In this paper, it is used with the classifiers to detect the tumor in human they are CNN, KNN, Logistic regression and SVM algorithms. Benign, malignant, pituitary, and other types of brain tumors are all classified. KNN-Classifier is used to categories tumors, and cross-validating accuracy score and hyperparameter tuning are used. The cross validation includes the experimental simulation with the best average score for K. Hyper parameters of the KNN Classifier state the best score when approaching the prediction with the highest accuracy score. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are used in our method to investigate discriminative information while integrating multi-layer dictionary learning. From the comparisons it is been analyzed that CNN Classifier has the best performance and achieved with 85.24 % accuracy.

Nowadays, with the acceleration of the flow of information over the internet, text content such as articles, blog posts and news are now produced in digital environments. Some of this content is produced by artificial intelligence rather than traditional authorship. This situation raises important questions about the reliability of text contents as well as the ease of access to information. The aim of this study is to determine whether an academic text was written by the ChatGPT artificial intelligence content creation tool or by a human. We received our data from the Dergipark platform, which contains Turkish academic articles. The data consists of summaries of Turkish articles. The dates of the articles taken from Dergipark are before the launch of Chatgpt (November 2022). In order to make a real distinction, we had to make sure that the data was actually written by a human. Distinguishing information such as the name and keywords of each article was given to Chatgpt 3.5 and the article summary was requested (tagged as ai). Abstracts of articles with the same distinctive information are also labeled human. The accuracy rate obtained in the study using LSTM is 0.8869 for the test set. In this way, it is aimed to make it easier to determine whether a written text was written by a human or an artificial intelligence text creator.
