This study aims to address the challenge of inconsistent and difficult-to-unify archiving and analysis of data from live detection and preventive testing of electrical equipment in the intelligent operation and maintenance system of the power grid. To tackle this issue, we propose a portable data aggregation unit. This unit enables seamless integration of live detection and preventive testing instruments, and possesses the capability to extract data from various instruments, regardless of whether they have interfaces or not. Through communication interfaces and protocols of existing instrument devices, the unit collects device data, while for devices without interfaces, deep learning and machine learning algorithms are employed for image differentiation to achieve data recognition and communication. Consequently, collected device data can be transmitted in real-time to a platform server, resolving the problem of devices without interfaces being inaccessible and facilitating online data processing. Additionally, the collected data is utilized for transformer fault diagnosis under multiple feature data conditions. In summary, our research brings substantial improvements to the intelligent operation and maintenance system of the power grid, addressing issues of data recording and analysis inconsistency, and providing crucial support for fault prediction and health management of electrical equipment.

The digitization of intangible cultural heritage has given rise to new needs but also great opportunities for the preservation, analysis, education and propagation of cultural items that often constitute vast data bases of sophisticated works of art. This is particular the case of songs that comprise a combination of lyrics and music, each constituting an important domain of art. The preservation and propagation of this kind of art around the world becomes yet harder by taking into account the different languages that this art was originally created in, e.g. English, French, Portuguese Greek, Ancient Greek etc. The aim of this specific research is to develop a software tool that will support computer-aided functions of musical and lyrical analysis. The provision of these particular functions is realized through the integration in the proposed software tool of advanced natural language processing algorithms, text mining and thematic modeling. Therefore, it is an application that proposes the utilization of innovative computational methods of the broader object of machine learning and pattern recognition for the automated processing, clustering and semantic analysis of textual information. As a case of observation, the automated analysis of a part of the poetic activity of a Greek lyrics-writer is presented with the ultimate goal of promoting the cultural heritage.

Due to the significant increase in the volume of data shared on the web, Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) has become essential. This task ensures a detailed sentiment analysis. It identifies firstly the aspect terms (e.g., price, food, etc.) and then classifies their sentiment polarity as positive, negative, or neutral. Many approaches have been used to treat this task including the machine learning-based approach, the rule-based approach, etc. However, with the important increase in the content of the internet, these approaches became relatively unable to analyze this volume of information, resulting in the emergence of the deep learning-based approach which is the subfield of the machine learning-based approach. Recently many researchers used the deep learning-based approach to address the ABSA. This paper provides a summary of the deep learning models that have been developed for ABSA, as well as a survey of studies that have employed these models to address different subtasks of the ABSA task. Target detection is the core and one of the most challenging problems in the field of computer vision research, and it is also a popular direction in computer vision and digital image processing. It is widely used in robots and car navigation, industrial inspection, aerospace, vehicle obstacle avoidance and other scenes. Human consumption can also be reduced by computer vision. With the widespread application of deep learning technology, the efficiency and accuracy of target detection are gradually improved, and it is also for subsequent tasks, such as face recognition, gait recognition, crowd counting, and semantic segmentation. Waiting plays an important cornerstone role. In some respects, it reaches or exceeds the resolution level of the human eye. With the development of computing power and deep learning, the current environment puts forward new requirements for target detection, which improves the accuracy of small target detection. Therefore, this article compares the target detection algorithms with or without anchor frames, analyzes and compares various algorithms, looks forward to the future development trend of the target detection field, and several important directions that can be studied.

Sign language even though it has not yet been made into a commercially viable entity has been a boon for deaf-mute people. Many people have been trying to research on how to train in it in an easier and much more effective manner, however at this point such a thing takes a lot resources and time due to which it’s very difficult to make it profitable and fast. The empiricists that are in charge to conduct experiments/exploration in the said field often apply multiple procedures. Commencing in the "collection of data" (it often varies and difficult to choose how to do because), every research team applies a different method or methodology using different methods in order to develop their own approach. Every technique is seen to have its own strength and weak points. The aim of this paper is to research and a good knowledge of all the elements related to speech recognition and image processing so as to further create a platform to iterate and project the meaning of signs. One of the most difficult aspects of the present COVID19 pandemic is early identification and diagnosis of COVID19, as well as exact segregation of non-COVID19 individuals at low cost and the sickness is in its early stages. Despite their widespread use in diagnostic centres, diagnostic approaches based solely on radiological imaging have flaws given the disease's novelty. As a result, to evaluate radiological pictures, healthcare practitioners and computer scientists frequently use machine learning and deep learning models. Based on a search strategy, from November 2019 to July 2020, researchers scanned the three different databases of Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science for this study. machine learning and deep learning are well-established artificial intelligence domains for data mining, analysis, and pattern recognition. Deep learning in which data is passed through many layers and automatically learning the composition of each layer from large dataset and it enables a new way that evaluates the complete image without human guidance to discern which insights are valuable, with applications ranging from object detection to medical image. Deep learning with CNN may have a significant effect on the automatic recognition and extraction of crucial features from X-ray and CT Scan images related to Covid19 analysis. According to the results, models based on deep learning possess amazing abilities to offer a precise and systematic system for detecting and diagnosing COVID19. In the field of COVID19 radiological imaging, deep learning software decreases false positive and false negative errors in the identification and diagnosis of the disease. It is providing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to provide patients with quick, inexpensive, and safe diagnostic services while also reducing the epidemic's impact on nursing and medical staff. © 2022 ACM.

In this study, the accuracy of pine wood nematode detection was significantly improved by combining a UAV-mounted multispectral imaging system with machine learning algorithms, particularly the deep learning models SSD and YOLO v5. The study employed image preprocessing techniques, such as orthorectification and atmospheric correction, to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data. On this basis, subtle differences in the health status of pine trees were revealed by analysing the spectral features extracted from the multispectral images. Traditional algorithms such as random forest and support vector machine, as well as deep learning models were used for classification and recognition, in which SSD and YOLO v5 demonstrated high accuracy in processing complex image data, reaching 0.92 and 0.93, respectively. This achievement not only improves the detection efficiency of pine wilt disease, but also provides a new technological pathway for forestry health management, which has an early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. important significance for early disease diagnosis and treatment.
