The development of digitalization in the field of public sector economy is considered. The application of multi-agent approach in solving urban planning problems is proposed. The difficulties encountered in this approach are described. The method of planning actions of intellectual information agents in conditions of stochastic nature of the environment is proposed. The main groups of agents are singled out, their tasks and options for solving arising problems are described. The interaction between the elements of different levels of the system is described. The functional of coordinating agents, including the management of the reward function, is presented. The necessity of user's interaction with the system is justified, and also it is indicated at what levels he influences it. The architecture of the multi-agent system of city management at the conceptual level, taking into account the heterogeneity of its components, is given. The functional elements of this system and interrelations between them are described. The application of extended object-oriented modeling in analyzing the functionality of the system components is substantiated. The key features of the analysis are described. Extended object-oriented models of functioning of the main groups of agents and user actions are presented. Formulas for calculating the mathematical expectation of the execution time of the sequence of actions of these groups are given. In the paper the Android runtime (ART) program language and its interpreter are designed based on Java. The grammar rules of ART language are designed in detail from lexical analysis, grammatical analysis and semantic analysis, and a simple but powerful scripting language is implemented, which supports object-oriented programming, functional programming, operator overloading and other functions. The ART interpreter is written based on the Java standard library. The experimental results show that it can be easily embedded into most JVM based applications including the Android platform. It improves the current problem of too few simple and easy to use scripting languages and relying on third-party library data. © 2023 SPIE.

Researchers and algorithm developers have always strived to make tracking more accurate than before, by developing deferents Algorithms that prove their efficiency and effectiveness in international competitions (VOT, MOT challenge,...), but taking care of one side without others may be the reason why limiting the fields of application of that software, which makes them confined only to these competitions or confined to applications domains without others and this is not the end object in itself. For example, the use of complex tracking algorithms in the drone makes the processing unit very slow and unsuitable for real-time tracking, instead that the use of highly efficient processing systems for acceleration consumes a lot of energy, which reduces the time the drone stays in flight. In this paper, we suggest our approach;HashSet Matching Algorithm (HSMA) provided by Optical Flow appearance features and HOG for developing an object-tracking algorithm to address the issue of a complex MOT algorithm for real-time tracking. The MOT challenge data-set experiment results show that the suggested technique can handle object occlusion difficulties successfully while reducing processing time. This algorithm is implemented in the Vision Processing Unit (VPU) to enhance the time flying of UAVs and to ensure low energy consumption. Our approach performs very well in real application scenarios, demonstrating that it is more practical. © 2023 IEEE.

Moving around in their surroundings is challenging for elderly people and people with visual impairments. The majority of functional sticks in use today are not intelligent and lack an innate ability to recognize obstacles. In an effort to address this issue, mobility and orientation specialists who assist the blind by teaching them to move freely and safely using their remaining senses are brought in. They can navigate around obstacles with the aid of guidance dogs as well. These techniques have drawbacks, such as the dogs' inability to comprehend complicated instructions, the high cost of maintaining these trained dogs, and the need to hire an expert. In light of the aforementioned difficulties, the "Smart walking stick"has become a potential answer. The "Mobile based walking stick"is a useful mobility aid with the capacity to call a relative who can help in the event of an accident, detect obstacles above ground level and pits using ultrasonic sensors, recognize when a collision has occurred, and call the user's mobile phone if it has been misplaced to share the location's GPS for use with GSM connectivity and to share with the user's mention contacts. With some visually disabled people as test subjects, a test case was run, and 95% of the time it was successful. © 2024 IEEE.

For the nested use of entity objects and overlapping associations in extracting tourism English text, a joint extraction model BAMRel is proposed using the dual affine attention mechanism for obtaining entity object-related data information. This model uses the dual affine attention mechanism with common encoding layer parameters to form an information matrix of the entity object identification and the association extraction. At the same time, association extraction is integrated into the entity-type information system, enhancing the role of association extraction and the interaction between the two types of tasks. Due to the use of remote monitoring and manual verification to extract TFRED from the tourism English text information relationship dataset, the F-1 value of BAMRel mode in this dataset exceeds 91.8%, effectively overcoming association nesting and data duplication. To demonstrate the robustness of the pattern, comparative experiments are conducted on the DuIE dataset and mainstream joint extraction patterns, and the BAMRel pattern achieves the highest F-1 value of 8.2%. © 2023 IEEE.

Information Technology has proved to be important in various sectors of the economy, one of them being the education sector. Serious games take this advantage and prove to be effective in improving the learning environment and efficiency of the learning process. Hence, learners' ability to learn new skills and the capacity for retention through game-based learning has found great success as opposed to the traditional learning method that tends to be boring. object-oriented programming has always been quite challenging for IT students. This work focuses on the development of a mobile serious game 'Gaming With OOP Learn' to teach object-oriented Programming concepts to undergraduate students and to have their teachers assess their performance and provide feedback as a means of improving their performance. Thorough information was gathered through a review of existing similar systems and the ACM guidelines for object-oriented Programming concepts have been taken into account when implementing the different games proposed in Gaming With OOP Learn. © 2022 IEEE.

In recent years, object detection has been expanded to drone scenes, where remote sensing images contain a greater variety and arbitrary-oriented targets. In order to solve the problem of detection difficulty and computational intensity for remote sensing images, oriented object detection is needed and the network model is expected to be deployed on resource-limited devices. This paper proposes a lightweight object detection method for oriented object detection by leveraging and compressing YOLOv5 network model. We integrate the fine-tuning stage in network slimming with knowledge distillation to enhance the accuracy of the detection model and save training time by transferring the important feature information to the student network. Loss function is redesigned by combining Theta loss with other detection and distillation losses to make the compression model more accurate. Extensive experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of our proposed method on the remote sensing public dataset DOTA. The compressed model achieves an accuracy of 76.18% on the DOTA dataset, 1.7% increase compared to the original YOLOv5 model. The FLOPs are decreased by 37.0%, the number of parameters is decreased by 58.9%, the weight file size is decreased by 57.6%, and the inference time is decreased by 17.4%. © 2022 IEEE.
