With changes in speed, cranes inevitably experience swinging, making precise lifting difficult. Taking a suspended crane as an example, this study analyzes the mathematical characteristics of the crane. Through MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation analysis, it focuses on examining the operational performance of the crane under different working conditions. Conventional PID control parameter optimization is applied to the crane's load swing angle. Comparative analysis is conducted on experiments with and without an anti-swing control system. The results indicate that the PID controller can rapidly and effectively reduce swinging angles. This research provides valuable references for the dynamic optimization, system parameter selection, and swing control of suspended cranes.

In the context of UAV path planning for photovoltaic panel inspection across complex regional distributions, traditional heuristic search algorithms and intelligent optimization algorithms struggle to effectively optimize the global path while ensuring complete coverage of the photovoltaic panel areas. This paper proposes a UAV photovoltaic panel inspection path planning method based on an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. The method optimizes node traversal through priority encoding and heuristic path generation strategies, and introduces adaptive inertia weights and adaptive factors to balance global and local search. Experimental results show that this algorithm reduces the total path distance by 10.61% and 3.61% compared to the Nearest Neighbor Heuristic and Genetic Algorithm, respectively, significantly enhancing the efficiency and precision of path planning.

In order to address the load frequency issue in a three-area power generating system, this research suggests a teaching learning-based optimization-linear matrix, inequalities-tuned proportional-integral controller. The suggested TLBO-LMI ap-proach synchronizes TLBO with LMI control toolbox optimization to acquire the ideal control parameters of the traditional PI controller that adhere to the robust Hoo constraints. Based on the suggested control's simplicity of implementation, adaptability to changes in the system's characteristics, and resilience to tuning, it is contrasted with the robust Hoo controller. Several performance indicators were also employed to evaluate and contrast the efficiency and performance of the Hoo controller and the suggested control techniques. Based on the simulation results used to study the performance and robustness of the suggested controller, it is clear that the proposed control approach outperforms the Hoo controller in terms of both performance and applicability for the LFC problem.& COPY;2023 The Author(s). In view of the high energy consumption of the drainage system of the central pump house in coal mine, this paper proposes a comprehensive optimization scheme. Combining the advantages of "avoiding peak to valley" power management method and pump frequency control technology, the traditional single fuzzy controller is optimized, and three fuzzy controllers using different fuzzy control rules in different time periods are proposed. The bubbling sorting algorithm is used to optimize the pump scheduling. Design the simulation model of drainage system in Simulink. The simulation results show that the above optimization scheme can significantly reduce the cost of mine drainage and realize the purpose of energy saving.
