This paper proposes a control parameter setting method for AVC systems that considers the mutual interference of device actions. This method first divides the setting periods of each set of VQC control parameters based on the results of reactive power optimization, and determines the adjustment amount of equipment during each action setting period. Then, combined with the fifteen zone diagram control strategy, considering the possible monitored states and certain margin values of the system caused by different action sequences of other devices before equipment action, the AVC system control parameters considering mutual interference of equipment actions and load curve errors are set to ensure that the control equipment can act according to the strategy obtained from dynamic reactive power optimization. This method has been applied in the 35kV Qieji substation, which has effectively improved voltage quality and reduced the number of transformer tap actions. It has good practical value and application effects.

According to the advantages and disadvantages of the existing maximum power point tracking methods, this paper proposes a new maximum power point tracking method by applying the fuzzy control to the gravitational search algorithm, firstly, improve the optimization speed by taking advantage of the fast convergence speed of the gravitational search algorithm, and secondly, set the index of population maturity, and then set the dynamic adjustment strategy for the flight speed of the particles in the solution space by introducing the fuzzy rule after the population reaches a certain maturity level. After the population reaches a certain maturity, by introducing fuzzy rules, the dynamic adjustment strategy of particle flight speed in the solution space is set up. Finally, a simulation model is established by MATLAB/simulink, and simulation analysis is carried out under different lighting environments, and compared with the traditional gravitational search algorithm, which proves the advantages of the improved algorithm in terms of the searching accuracy and speed, as well as a better effect in solving the problem of local optimization.

The construction of a large power grid planning and operation platform requires the integration and organization of multi-source heterogeneous data. However, the various types of power grid business have differing levels of importance and high demands for timely response, which current data organization methods struggle to meet. This paper proposes an ontology-based optimization method for multi-source heterogeneous data organization in large power grid planning and operation platforms. A mathematical optimization model is constructed, taking into account both business retrieval efficiency and data redundancy. Additionally, the genetic algorithm is improved based on the specific characteristics of this optimization problem. The method proposed in this paper is then applied to integrate data from multiple power software applications. Experimental results show that this method effectively balances data retrieval efficiency and storage space utilization, achieving automated organization optimization of multi-source heterogeneous data for power grid planning and operation.

In this study, we present an integrated optimization model for configuring energy storage capacities in wind-solar energy systems, utilizing an innovative approach of Photovoltaic (PV) Virtual Energy Storage (PV-VES). This model aims to mitigate the high costs associated with conventional electrochemical storage solutions by integrating cost-effective PV components. The proposed optimization framework constructs a cost-minimization objective function, considering the operational characteristics and constraints of wind turbines, PV arrays, and energy storage units. By calculating the optimal installation capacities for both electrochemical and virtual energy storage, the model provides selective cost advantages in investment for renewable energy storage infrastructures. The results demonstrate that PV-VES can enhance the economic feasibility of wind-solar complementary storage systems.

Aiming at the many parameters of the self-immunity controller, the strong hysteresis and large inertia of the laser welding system, a transfer function model is established according to the control system characteristics of the welding system, and the instability elements of the model are analyzed. A self-immobilizing controller based on Smith predictor is designed, combined with the improved beluga algorithm. Experimental simulation of the model is carried out by modeling the effect of disturbances on the system using unit step response curves. The results show that the tracking speed is fast and stable tracking within 2.2s, with better disturbance suppression ability and higher control accuracy when using the optimized self-anti-jamming controller based on Smith's improved Moby Dick optimization for controlling the welding melt depth system.
