Preventing the duplication, modification, and claim of unauthorised ownership of digital content is one of the major issues caused by the growing use of computer capabilities. Watermarking is one way to put a visible or invisible watermark on a digital document in order to later show that the document is legitimate or belongs to its owner. concentrating on security issues in the storage and broadcast of images in the medical info scheme, as well as the special requirements for medical images for the protection of lesion regions. In this study, a hybrid watermarking strategy was presented utilising the Slantlet transform, randomised singular value decomposition, and optimisation methods (Vortex Search algorithm (VSA)) that are modelled after natural processes. The XOR encryption method is used to encrypt the watermark image. Extensive testing demonstrates that our novel approach works better than the current approaches based on the NC, SSIM, and PSNR. The PSNR of the suggested technique is between 58 and 59 dB, suggesting increased performance, and at a scale factor of 0.06, the SSIM and NC standards of the watermarked picture and the extracted watermark are nearly equal to. The recommended method outperforms past studies in the field in terms of usability, robustness, security, and invisibility, as well as its ability to repel local nonlinear geometric attacks. © 2023 IEEE.

The use of machine vision for industrial defect detection in industrial manufacturing can effectively improve the production efficiency and production quality. Due to the complex defect background, similar defects and small defect targets of printed circuit boards(PCB), the methods of using machine vision to detect PCB defects not work well. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an algorithm model TPBAS-YOLOv5, which is based on YOLOv5 and can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of PCB defect detection. Firstly, to improve the accuracy of the small defect detection, a transformer module is imported into the model for obtaining the information of global variables. Secondly, the P2 detection layer is added to the neck of the model layer to obtain the more feature information of the detection target, which can also improve the detection of small targets. Thirdly, to solve the problem of missing key information of detection targets , the weighted bi-directional feature pyramid network , namely BiFPN , is imported into the new network architecture, which can realize the multi-level fusion of feature information. Furthermore, an adaptive feature fusion layer ASFF is added to the model to learn the spatial weight of feature map fusion at various scales, which can achieve better trade-off efficiency for detection *** the model fuses different parts, the size of the model has not changed almost. It can still work on the edge in the industrial field. Experimental results show that TPBAS-YOLOv5 can effectively improve recall rates to 96.1%, map@0.5 to 96.6% and map0.5:0.95 to 70.3% on open-source PCB dataset. Compared with YOLOv5, it increased by 0.9%, 1.6%, and 1.6%, respectively, and the FPS reached ***, it can realize the real-time detection of irregular defects and small target defects with high accuracy, and meet the reliability and real-time requirements of PCB defect detection in industrial scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to a large number of capsule endoscopy (CE) images, it is extremely challenging to classify lesions directly from the images. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) has been widely used in medical image processing. However, restricted by the limited number of labeled samples, CNN's multi-lesion detection results are lower than expected. A new method based on the fusion of Inception V3depth features and artificial features is proposed. A fine-tuned Inception V3depth model is constructed and the depth features are extracted. At the same time, artificial features such as color moments, high-order local autocorrelation (HLAC), and local binary patterns (LBP) are extracted. An improved alternative directional multiplier method (ADMM) algorithm is designed to select effective features, and single classifiers for every lesion are designed and integrated based on Bayesian Formula. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method, 1000 images for 5 types were classified with an accuracy of 87.95% in total which is better than the state of the art. © 2022 IEEE.

The project focuses on addressing the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals in navigating environments, especially when encountering obstacles or misplacing essential tools like walking sticks. Nested named entity recognition (NER) is an important and challenging task in information extraction. One effective approach is to detect regions in sentences that are later classified by neural networks. Since pre-trained language models (PLMs) were proposed, nested NER models have benefited a lot from them. However, it is common that only one PLM is utilized for a given model, and the performance varies with different PLMs. We note that there exist some conflicting predictions which lead to the final variation. Thus, there is still room for investigation as to whether a model could achieve even better performance by conducting a comprehensive analysis of results from various PLMs. In this paper, we propose an evidential classifier with multiple PLMs for nested NER. First, the well-known deep exhaustive model is trained separately with different PLMs, whose predictions are then treated as pieces of evidence that can be represented in the framework of Dempster-Shafer theory. Finally, the pooled evidence is obtained using a combination rule, based on which the inference is performed. Experiments are conducted on the GENIA dataset, and detailed analysis demonstrates the merits of our model. © 2023 ACM.

In recent years, the incidence of autism spectrum disorder has been increasing, traditional diagnostic tools such as the autism diagnostic observation scale-revised ", " the autism diagnostic interview scale", and intervention measures such as applied behavior analysis, structured education, social story has been applied to clinical, but the early accurate diagnosis and treatment of ASD still faces various challenges. With the development of computer technology, electronic engineering, statistics and other disciplines, clinical medicine has entered the era of intelligence. The application of artificial intelligence in the medical field provides broad prospects for the timeliness and accuracy of ASD diagnosis and the improvement of its core symptoms. The problems of ASD rehabilitation caused by insufficient medical resources and high treatment costs are expected to be solved by the intervention of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming more and more prominent in the efficient, high-precision and high-stability clinical diagnosis of autism. This paper reviews the literature in recent years, and discusses the prediction, early recognition and diagnosis of autism, as well as the research on auxiliary intervention.

As games have evolved, the metaverse has emerged as the next stage of gaming. As an essential module of the metaverse, metaverse AI has become an increasingly popular and researched topic. The development process from game AI to metaverse AI raises questions about the development direction of AI. To investigate the relationship between the new stage of game development and the further evolution of artificial intelligence, and to explain the role of the metaverse in the development of AI, this paper analyzes the development stages and characteristics of games, summarizes the development process and structure of the metaverse, and proposes a unique game classification method to describe the mapping relationship between games and the metaverse, and to explain the similarities and differences between games and the metaverse. The paper systematically describes the current development status of AI and provides examples of the technological development and application fields of AI from game AI to metaverse AI based on the relationship between games and the metaverse. Finally, the paper analyzes and summarizes the differences and inherent reasons between the metaverse and games in the field of AI, providing a new perspective and exploration method for the relationship between games and the metaverse and suggesting the importance of the metaverse for the development of AI research. This study not only helps people to understand the characteristics and development trends of the metaverse but also promotes the development of game AI technology and provides strong support for the construction of the metaverse. © 2023 IEEE.

machine Learning is a part of Artificial intelligence. A branch of artificial intelligence(AI), that offers the capability to the system by learning on their own and work better from experience without human intervention.
