The experiences with the eye tracker have highlighted new issues for further investigation and developing solution. On our ongoing research we are trying to combine two different biometric user authentication methods relying on gaze patternrecognition while face features matching. This article presents methodology of using the mobile eye tracking system for user authentication. The project is mostly aimed in to the elderly and disabled computer users and includes supporting authentication procedure that gives access to the classified data with gaze pattern lock. The experiment is to use the eye movement tracking system to collect the data while the eyes of the person who is being identified follow the point on the computer screen. Whole experiment relays on the Yarbus's experiment who showed that the viewers' eye movements differ according to the viewer's task. This article also presents a results of gaze pattern matching as the authentication procedure.

The computer is replaced by a 32 bits micro-processor and its expansions in the system, it downloads data that has been handled by the pattern preparing system, then sends the data to corresponding address of chips, in this way knitting is implemented. As an important part of the controlling system, the pattern preparing system provides programming interface to the users, and handles the work information in the users' file. Work information is saved in the computer which is used as the server. Functions of every block, structure of software and data structure adopt of the pattern preparing system are described in detail.

Background subtraction is one of the most popular methods to detect moving objects in videos. In this paper, we propose an efficient hierarchical background subtraction method with block-based and pixel-based codebooks (CBs) using haar-like features for foreground detection. In the block-based stage, four haar-like features and a block average value, which can be calculated rapidly using integral image and are not sensitive to dynamic background, are used to represent a block. Through the block-based stage we can remove most of the background without reducing the true positive rate. To overcome the low precision problem in the block-based stage, the pixel-based stage is adopted to increase the precision. Experiment results show that our approach can provide faster computation speed compared with that of the present related approaches meanwhile, ensure a high correct detection rate.

Diseases in fruit cause devastating problem in economic losses and production in agricultural industry worldwide. In this paper, a solution for the detection and classification of apple fruit diseases is proposed and experimentally validated. The image processing based proposed approach is composed of the following main steps;in the first step K-Means clustering technique is used for the image segmentation, in the second step some state of the art features are extracted from the segmented image, and finally images are classified into one of the classes by using a Multi-class Support Vector machine. Our experimental results express that the proposed solution can significantly support accurate detection and automatic classification of apple fruit diseases. The classification accuracy for the proposed solution is achieved up to 93%.

Collecting useful knowledge from various sources and maintaining in a knowledge repository is a useful process for providing required information on demand with greater accuracy and efficiency. Domain ontology is considered as a set of candidate attributes used to model a domain concept of knowledge or discourse, which provides knowledge for both human users and system. Manually constructing domain ontology by extracting knowledge from enormous and cluttered documents would be tedious, difficult and time consuming task. In this paper we proposed a dependence parsing patterns based iterative algorithm for automatically extracting concept attributes and associations from web documents and Wikipedia documents. We evaluated the performance of our proposed method using manual evaluation done by domain experts. The performance of the proposed method is empirically proved by comparing with another well performing method.
