Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is an Artificial intelligence (AI) methodology like rule-based reasoning, neural networks and genetic algorithms. CBR techniques used to dynamically knowledge to discover from previous experiences and advance filtering of variables was the best predictor in comparison to other machine learning methods. This paper presents a Neurology Diagnosis System (NDS) to CBR approach. This system assists to health assistants in the absence of the expert doctors. The work features a compositional adaptation approach, whereby relevant health information elements from the solution component of multiple similar past cases are carefully selected and systematically combined to yield a new personalized health information package. The implementation is a web application developed in the Java programming language using the Spring MVC framework and My-SQL as the database system.

The article develops multi-pattern formation exchange using A* searching algorithm, and programs the shortest motion paths for mobile robots. The system contains an image recognition system, a motion platform, some wireless RF modules and five mobile robots. We use Otsu algorithm to recognize the variety 2D bar code to classify variety pattern, and control five mobile robots to execute formation exchange, and present the movement scenario on the motion platform. We have been developed some pattern formations according to game applications, such as hook pattern formation, T pattern formation, L pattern formation, rectangle pattern formation, swardpattern formation and so on, and develop the user interface of the multi-robot system to program motion paths for variety pattern formation exchange on the supervised computer. The supervised computer programs pattern formation exchange according to the image recognition results, and controls mobile robots moving on the motion platform via wireless RF interface. In the experimental results, mobile robots can receive the pattern formation command from the supervised computer, and change the original pattern formation to the assigned pattern formation on the motion platform, and avoid other mobile robots on real-time.

In this paper, islanding in a distributed generation (DG) based hybrid system is presented based on extracted features of wavelet transform (WT), S-transform (ST), Hyperbolic S-transform (HST) and TT-Transform. The hybrid system comprises of DG resources like photovoltaic (PV), fuel cell (FC) and wind energy systems (WES) connected to the grid. The negative sequence component of the voltage signal extracted at the point of common coupling (PCC) is considered for detection of islanding of these resources from the grid. The study for different scenarios of DG system is presented in the form of time-frequency analysis. The energy content and standard deviation (STD) of HST contour is also reported in order to validate the graphical results. The results demonstrate the advantages of HS-transform, TT-Transform over wavelet transform and S-transform in detection of islanding events under noise-free as well as noisy scenarios.
This paper presents the idea of using the Arbitrator pattern, a concept from the field of robotics, and applying it to the domain of business process model interpretation, using it as a mechanism to allow dynamic adap...
