The design of biometric pattern recognition with better accuracy, high robustness and good permanence is a significant design issue in pattern recognition system. A pattern recognition system in which the biological and physiological traits of the user are employed to authenticate the users is known as biometric pattern recognition system. Unimodal biometric systems do not have the required characteristics like solidity, circumvention and permanence. When noisy data acquired from the sensor is given as input, the uni modal biometrics system's accuracy may reduce. Besides the noisy input, less variation of parameters of input data belonging to same class may be a cause for decrease in accuracy of the system. Several such limitations may be removed by applying input data from multi biometric sources. In this work, the design of a textural feature extractor and the classifier for a bimodal biometric system is described. The bimodal biometric system is constructed by fusion of iris code vector and palmprint code vector at feature level. In iris pattern, using the gray level dependent matrix values obtained from wavelet packet decomposed sub-images, the features are extracted Using gabor kernel, features are extracted from the palmprint pattern. The feature vector is formed by the concatenation of both the features after normalization is employed. By binarisation, the binary feature vector is created Using Hamming Distance and its variant, the classifier produces the classification result. The RTL description of the Hamming Distance Classifier (HDC) is written using VHDL 2008 language, Verilog HDL, and the implementation is performed on Spartan 6 FPGA. With a speed grade of 4, the propagation delay of the critical path is 330.12 ns. The obtained delay is sufficient for implementing the classifier as an off-chip design for real-time implementation. © 2023 IEEE.

Unlike "real estate", cars are depreciating assets, which means that their value over time and with use, decreases;because of this very reason, people find it very logical to purchase "pre-owned"cars instead of buying new ones at full price. After proper research, one may also find a vehicle priced at an amount that is less than what it is worth, making it a very good deal. This paper discusses different machine learning models for predicting the selling price of a used car which can be used by both sellers and buyers to know at what best price a vehicle should be sold, after taking into consideration parameters such as the kilometers driven, in which year the vehicle was purchased, no. of owners, fuel type, the present price of the car and so on. This model hence is a novel approach to tackle a specific, although widely seen problem, as it allows the people that are interested in buying a preowned car to get the best deal for it by making an informed decision. In this paper, different machine learning algorithms such as random forest, decision tree, support vector machine, and multi-linear regression are used for this analysis. Multi-linear regression works best among all specified models owing to the fact that is the most accurate of all the models studied and has the highest accuracy percentage of 84.48%. In order to visualize the model performance with respect to the actual value, the graph is plotted. © 2023 IEEE.

Traditional teaching methods in Indian schools often lack engaging elements, hindering students' full comprehension of concepts and fostering a tendency to memorize rather than understand. Existing solutions fail to provide effective visualization-based interactive learning. To address these issues, we propose an interactive application-based solution utilizing generative AI image generation models that can be used by students and teachers. Our application employs interactive story generation, allowing students to prompt creative texts and gain a deeper understanding of concepts. Trained on the school curriculum, this tool facilitates self-study, empowering students to understand complex topics independently. The application extends to classroom use, enabling teachers to incorporate interactive and application-based learning alongside traditional methods. Leveraging Quantum Generative Adversarial Networks (QGANs) and transformer-based models, the system analyses user input, extracts key elements, and creates dynamic story graphs for engaging narrative experiences. The integration of quantum computing enhances the application's capabilities, providing a novel approach to education through dynamic *** conclusion, the proposed solution seeks to bridge the gap in traditional teaching methods by introducing an innovative and interactive approach to education using Quantum Generative Adversarial Networks. This holistic solution addresses the limitations of current educational practices, offering a transformative learning experience for students and teachers alike. © 2025 IEEE.

para>Driver decision-making is an outcome of interactions with the traffic environment, and is motivated by specific intentions. At unsignalized intersections with ambiguous right-of-way, accurately and early recognizing driving cut-in intentions could greatly enhance the traffic safety by avoiding conflict-point collisions. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for classifying cut-in intentions at unsignalized intersections using electroencephalography (EEG) data and an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). The approach involves the collection and preprocessing of EEG data, followed by wavelet packet transformation and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for dimensionality reduction to derive EEG features. By attenuating the absoluteness of each feature value, ANFIS provides an advantage in processing EEG data for classification. As a result, the proposed model achieves a classification accuracy of 92.14% for driving cut-in intentions, surpassing other commonly used classifiers and indicating its feasibility. © 2023 IEEE.

Blood diseases, ranging from anemia and leukemia to clotting disorders, are a major concern in the health sector because of the worldwide morbidity and mortality rates they cause. Diagnosis of the diseases in question is very important if treatment is to be effective and the outcome for the patient improved. However, current trends in machine learning, especially Artificial Neural Network (ANN) has great potential in improving the diagnostic works and processes by automating them. ANN learns structured blood sample metrics and figures out complex relationships that are necessary and important in classifying diseasesIn this research, we present a predictive model for blood disease classification using ANN. The dataset was cleaned and prepared through feature engineering strategies and included several other diseases metrics. The class weighting technique was employed to ensure that while the model learnt all the classes, the robust performance across the entire diseases category was guaranteed. The model got an accuracy of 95% in this model with a majority of the disease classes having high precision and recall. © 2025 IEEE.

The record of answer books and attendance (RABA) in any examination system is an unexplained but necessary component of educational institutions to register the presence and trace the unique number of answer sheets of a certain applicant. Manually writing in the RABA of pupils traditionally is time-consuming, difficult to manage, and prone to human mistakes. To address these issues, an AI-based system with facial recognition and a fingerprint-based biometric system of digital RABA is presented. In this work, an automated system for face recognition and fingerprint identification using biometrics is proposed, and the answer sheet barcode is subsequently scanned for RABA input using a camera module. Finally, all of these records are stored in a database and may be retrieved at any moment by the institution of the university. This approach provides a faster and more precise means of avoiding proxy attendance. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, we delve into a novel aspect of learning novel diffusion conditions with datasets an order of magnitude smaller. The rationale behind our approach is the elim-ination of textual constraints during the few-shot learning process. To that end, we implement two optimization strategies. The first, prompt-free conditional learning, utilizes a prompt-free encoder derived from a pre-trained Stable Diffusion model. This strategy is designed to adapt new conditions to the diffusion process by minimizing the textual-visual cor-relation, thereby ensuring a more precise alignment between the generated content and the specified conditions. The second strategy entails condition-specific negative rectification, which addresses the inconsistencies typically brought about by Classifier-free guidance in few-shot training contexts. Our extensive experiments across a variety of condition modalities demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our framework, yielding results comparable to those obtained with datasets a thousand times larger. Many research efforts into video conferencing technology have focused on audio-only interactions. Text chat, on the other hand, has many uses and is often used in conjunction with the audio channel in multimedia conferencing systems because of the many benefits it offers to users in a variety of contexts. Video chat on the other hand has been providing participants to participate not only through voice but also through visual clues, creating a richer and more immersive communication experience. With the development of technology, video chat has transformed how people cooperate and communicate across distances by becoming more accessible and user-friendly. This study details a prototype program that uses video chat with in-built sign language identification to help the hearing-impaired and the speech-impaired. The prototype is constructed from WebRTC to provide realtime communication for the application, on top of which the object detection model from Tensor Flow is integrated to provide hand sign detection and recognition for the user. We focus our testing on the bandwidth and sign language detection needs of customers in order to provide improved support for video chat. We then talk about how this evaluation's findings can inform the evolution of video chatting software. © 2023 IEEE.
