To address issues such as heterogeneous data volumes, slow approval processes, significant human risk, and inadequate supervision in the various stages of the lending process, this paper constructs a blockchain multi-chain traceability system for the tobacco industry using Hyperledger Fabric technology. It designs and implements a blockchain multi-chain lending model, leveraging the multi-chain structure to achieve data sharing and personal privacy data isolation in loan traceability. The Raft consensus algorithm is applied to formulate transaction endorsement policies, and smart contracts are designed to trace loan data and supervise the lending process. To verify the feasibility of the model, key performance tests were conducted using Tape. In terms of network performance, the main chain throughput can reach up to 412 transactions per second (tps), with latency sharply increasing when the number of requests per second reaches around 550, averaging 16ms before this point. The blockchain transaction success rate stands at 100%. Results demonstrate that the system meets the performance requirements for practical applications, achieving simplified loan processes and ensuring secure and reliable data. © 2024 IEEE.

In the field of robotic control,it is appealing to solve complicated control tasks through deep learning techniques. However, collecting enough robot operating data to train deep learning models is difficult. Thus, in this paper a transfer approach based on progressive neural network (PNN) and deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) is proposed. By linking the current task model and pretrained task models in the model pool with a novel structure, the control strategy in the pretrained task models is transferred to the current task model. Simulation experiments validate that, the proposed approach can successfully transfer control policies learned from the source task to the current task. And compared with other baselines, the proposed approach takes remarkably less time to achieve the same performance in all the experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

3D model visualization technology and AI detection technology are the high-end development trends in the current 3D application field, widely used in fields such as architecture, industry, mechanical processing, precision manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, and chip research and development. This technology is an important way for human-machine information exchange in three-dimensional applications. 3D model intelligence technology and artificial intelligence detection technology have advantages such as high accuracy, high flexibility, model visualization, and rapid generation;Secondly, in response to the technical issues encountered in the application of 3D model intelligence technology, taking automobile assisted driving as an example, the principles and implementation processes of 3D model intelligence and artificial intelligence detection technology were summarized, and their application processes were comprehensively evaluated. Finally, the testing methods for the combination of 3D visualization technology and artificial intelligence detection methods were summarized, and practical applications were carried out in fields such as automobiles and power plants, achieving improvements in accuracy testing data and efficiency. © 2024 SPIE.

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has emerged as a transformative technique for real-time, high-quality 3D rendering. This paper surveys the advancements in 3DGS, focusing on optimization strategies, applications across diverse domains, and AI-driven innovations that enhance its utility. Optimization techniques, such as Mini-Splatting and sparsification frameworks, address challenges like computational overhead and memory inefficiency while maintaining visual fidelity. AI has further expanded the capabilities of 3DGS through frameworks like SceneTeller, ART3D and GaussianEditor, enabling text-to-3D generation, object-level manipulation, and artistic scene creation with multi-view consistency. applications of 3DGS range from autonomous driving and robotics to virtual and augmented reality, highlighting its adaptability and efficiency. This survey underscores the importance of continued research to refine 3DGS's scalability and applicability, solidifying its role at the intersection of computer graphics and artificial intelligence. © 2025 IEEE.

This manuscript suggests improvements in offline path planning algorithms: A-star (A∗) and Rapidly Exploring Random Trees (RRT)-well-celebrated algorithms for robot path planning. The conventional algorithm of A∗ is reliable for path length efficiency, while RRT focuses on relaxing computation complexity. Specifically, this work aims to introduce three feature enhancements: bi-directionality, obstacle padding, and smoothing - to improve the capability of traditional algorithms. These enhancements have been applied to A∗, a modified version of RRT, and the jump-point search (JPS) variant of A∗. A comparative study is presented for the path-planning of a non-holonomic autonomous mobile robot to assess the effectiveness of these modified algorithms with augmented features. The simulations were conducted using MATLAB, where a configuration space with multiple obstacles is considered. Finally, insights into the advantages offered by these enhancements and their impact on the performance of the algorithms have been discussed in detail. © 2024 IEEE.

In view of the fact that Covid-19 is highly contagious, which poses great threat and inconvenience to people's production and life, a multifunctional robot control system with single-chip microcomputer as the control core is designed, aiming at the problems of centralized isolation points in communities, complicated situation and difficult management. Firstly, Gmapping algorithm is used to realize the robot's autonomous positioning and avoidance. Secondly, a three-degree-of-freedom robot arm is designed to disinfect any indoor space. Finally, Gmapping algorithm is used to recognize and measure the temperature of human face. Through the simulation experiment, this method can improve the efficiency of searching the shortest path and carry out disinfection work while reducing human contact, improving public safety and has practical value. © 2023 IEEE.

Integrated on-board EV battery charger which exploits the EV drivetrain elements into the charging process, is considered as a solution to reduce the cost of EVs. Whether in charger mode or propulsion mode, the thermal analysis in machine of the integrated system is important. In this paper, the comparative studies of dual three-phase PM machines with concentrated and distributed windings in terms of thermal performance will be carried out. In order to reduce the volume and weight of the on-board charger, this paper describes a method for multiplexing the variable flux reluctance machine into an isolation transformer. This design allows us to analyze the performance of the resulting transformer, which shows that winding connections and rotor position have significant influence on the coupling coefficient, leading to different output power and transmission efficiency. Furthermore, the influence of operation frequency and rotor position on electromagnetic torque is investigated during the charging operation. Finally, the experimental results on a prototype 12-slot, 10-pole variable flux reluctance machine are presented. © 2024 IEEE

Blockchain technology (BT), as another important innovation following cloud computing, big data, mobile Internet and other information technologies, uses distributed node consensus algorithms to verify, store and update data, showing the unique advantages of centralization, distrust, anonymity and data tamper resistance. Smart contracts are based on BT as the underlying support, achieving automatic execution of contracts and providing more efficient and secure solutions for various transactions. This article delves into the digital automatic execution and verification mechanism of property rights based on BT and smart contracts. Through this mechanism, property rights information can be digitized and securely stored on the blockchain, achieving real-time updates and multi-party sharing of information, thereby greatly improving the transparency and traceability of property rights transactions. The application of smart contracts further enhances the automatic execution of transactions, ensuring the automatic triggering of relevant operations when transaction conditions are met, and ensuring the legality and effectiveness of transactions through built-in verification mechanisms. The experimental results indicate that this mechanism not only improves the efficiency of property rights transactions, reduces transaction costs and risks, but also brings revolutionary innovation to the field of property rights transactions. © 2024 IEEE.

Pattern matching under non-overlapping condition denotes to the identical character in any two occurrences that cannot occupy the position of the pattern twice in an equivalent manner. It has advantages in pattern mining as it considers both matching validity and efficiency. Non-overlapping pattern mining is viewed as a related operation that is conducive to excavating potential patterns under the non-overlapping conditions. However, since the flexible wildcard in non-overlapping pattern matching and mining is equipped with both the traditional wildcard properties and complicated constraint construction, it involves more challenges in the calculation process. Non-overlapping research has made significant promotion, including theory, algorithms, and applications in bioinformatics, finance, health care, cyber-security, etc. For brevity, state-of-the-art works focused on sequential and graphic pattern matching and mining, which deal with patterns in sequential form or image to handle the matching and mining straightforwardly. This review summarizes the development of non-overlapping pattern matching and mining in three aspects. 1) available algorithms and tools;2) challenges, including indices construction w.r.t. matching problem, reasonable pattern, and threshold selection, the derivative problem types based on sequential data, etc.;3) future development opportunities in the background of massive data, booming of artificial intelligence, and rapidly growing computational power. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
