Artificial intelligence adoption has typically been seen as an opportunity for the public health sector due to its potential to facilitate and improve quality of service. However, there are still many factors and challenges from the health care use cases themselves that cause the low application and utilization of artificial intelligence in society, even in the most common use cases. Acceptance of the use of technology in the health industry can be a factor that can accelerate the implementation of artificial intelligence in society, especially in the healthcare sector. This study aims to summarize the factors that influence artificial intelligence acceptance from the perspective of healthcare diagnostics and clinical decision support. The technology, organization, people, and environment (TOPE) framework was used as a guideline in selecting the appropriate factors and definition. Through a systematic literature review process, 27 relevant papers were found to be discussed in order to find the answer. Nine factors were found in the diagnostics use case, while in the clinical decision support use case, thirteen factors were found. The study reveals that technology and people are a key dimension for acceptance AI in healthcare sector. © 2023 IEEE.

During the motion of a robotic arm, its response speed and trajectory accuracy are crucial. This paper analyzes the control mode of the traditional PID controller, combines the principle of particle swarm algorithm, and studies the improved PID control based on the PSO algorithm. Simulate the optimized control effect using simulink simulation software, and compared with the tracking effect of the traditional PID controller. The simulation results show that compared to traditional PID controllers, the optimized PID control system has shorter response time, enhanced anti-interference ability, and more stable dynamic performance. It is shown that using an improved PID controller to control the motion of the robot arm can make the motion response speed faster, better suppress the interference of the external environment, and improve the accuracy of the robot arm's motion trajectory. © 2023 SPIE.

In recent years, large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT have driven advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) across various domains, pushing the boundaries of multi-modal applications. The emergence of Stable Diffusion XL in April 2023 brought image generation into the mainstream. The generation of videos from textual input poses a significant computational challenge within computer science. Nonetheless, recent advancements in text-to-video artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have showcased notable progress within this domain. [1] Following the rapid development of LLMs, OpenAI’s release of the Sora promotional video in February 2024 marked a significant milestone in video generation. In this paper, we explore a novel approach to generating coherent videos by fine-tuning Stable Diffusion, enabling the production of temporally consistent video frames. Our architecture integrates LLM-based text expansion, multi-frame generation using Stable Diffusion, and final video synthesis. Experimental results demonstrate that our method significantly improves the temporal coherence of generated videos. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

A unique 11T Static Random Access Memory cell is designed intended to extremely low voltage applications, ensuring immunity to half-select disturbance issues. Because of its integrated write/read-assist approach, both of the Write/Read static noise margin are greatly enhanced. The simulation results using a 7nm standard FINFET technology, show that the Read Static Noise Margin (RSNM) of the (11T) SRAM Cell is improved by 10.6% and 19.2% compared to 10T and 6T SRAM cells. It also attains a proportionally greater Write Static Noise Margin (WSNM) with the designed 11T SRAM cell. Consequently, a reduced minimum operating voltage is attained. Its leakage power is also decreased by 67.05% and 35.15% relative to 6T, 10T SRAM Cell. © 2024 IEEE.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into e-Government framework, exemplified by Korea's approach, marks a paradigmatic shift in global governmental operations. AI, evolving from its initial theoretical foundations to advanced applications in areas like machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing with large language models, is significantly transforming e-Government infrastructures. This transformation, with Korea among the leading nations, led to a study evaluating the potential impact of AI integration in the Korean e-Government system. Employing a robust crosssectional quantitative methodology, the study tested seven hypotheses to examine Korean officials' perspectives on AIenhanced e-Government system acceptance, considering variables such as social influence, trust, and attitude. Methods namely Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences were used to analyze these aspects addressing research gaps and their implications for AI purveyors, policymakers, and foreign governments. This research is presumed to advance the discourse on the implementation and reception of AI in eGovernment. © 2024 IEEE.

The rapid proliferation of mobile devices has driven the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, making the efficient operation of complex deep learning models within resource-limited environments a critical challenge in AI. This study addresses this challenge by focusing on mobile applications and proposing a streamlined sentiment analysis model specifically tailored for English movie reviews. We begin by exploring the diverse applications of sentiment analysis in user feedback and public opinion monitoring, underscoring its growing significance. Subsequently, we provide an overview of the evolving landscape of related technologies. In our experiment, we utilize the bag-of-words model for data preprocessing, which we combine with a convolutional neural network (CNN) and dropout regularization to construct a lightweight model architecture. Through iterative parameter optimization, we successfully achieve a delicate balance between model performance and complexity. We trained the model on a dataset consisting of 20,000 samples and achieved an accuracy of 81.76% on a test set of 5,000 samples. Compared to traditional, more complex sentiment analysis models, our proposed approach significantly reduces computational demands, demonstrating its potential for practical deployment on mobile devices. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

This study introduces an innovative hybrid model that integrates the powerful feature extraction capabilities of ResNet 50 with the advanced pattern recognition and contextual understanding afforded by the Vision Transformer (ViT) for the classification of plant diseases. By embedding a class token into the input feature sequence and leveraging a novel multi-head attention mechanism, this model captures both local and global image features, leading to a significant enhancement in diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. Our approach involves a meticulous configuration process that adjusts hyperparameters such as the number of transformer encoder layers and attention heads to optimize performance. Rigorous testing on a meticulously curated and pre-augmented dataset underscores the model's superiority over existing methodologies, demonstrating its readiness for real-world agricultural applications. The findings from this research not only mark a substantial advancement in plant disease diagnostics but also set a new benchmark for the application of hybrid deep learning models in precision agriculture, paving the way for sustainable farming practices in the face of escalating global food demands. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, operating robots in industrial production applications are becoming more and more widespread, mechanical gripping jaw is an important part of the operating robot, the operation effect is directly related to the operating robot can complete various production operations. This paper introduces the design of robot gripping jaws for grasping special workpieces. By analyzing and summarizing the functional requirements and system components of robot gripping jaws, the main points of gripping jaw design are proposed, and a new mechanical gripping jaw structure is designed. The simulation results show that the designed mechanical gripper meets the requirements for safe gripping of special workpieces. © 2023 SPIE.
