The introduction of Intelligent robot Service is the direction of library development. The application of intelligent robot technology will greatly improve the library service efficiency and service level. At present, there are still some problems in library service of intelligent robot, such as the core technology needs to be mastered skillfully, the level of intelligent service is not enough, and the construction of Corpus needs to be improved. In the era of library intelligent service, intelligent robot should pay more attention to the application of multipurpose intelligent robot system in library, the fusion of Intelligent Library and robot technology under the background of Internet of things, and the development trend of intelligent robot providing various care services for different readers. The introduction of intelligent robot technology will greatly improve the efficiency of books on and off shelves, and expand the spacetime limit of reference service. In the process of building the intelligent library, the infrastructure and service of the traditional library are reconstructed by using the automatic book access robot and the Consulting robot system, it can be concluded that Book Auto-access technology and IM consultation system are most suitable for library management system, and Book auto-access robot technology can solve the bottleneck problem of library intelligent robot technology, promoting the transformation and upgrading of libraries to smart libraries.

Landslides are a major threat to infrastructure, human lives, and the environment. Therefore, early warning systems and precise forecasting are essential for reducing their effects. This study investigates how to enhance landslide prediction models using Explainable Artificial intelligence (XAI) methodologies. Intending to improve complex machine learning models' interpretability and transparency, XAI seeks to improve comprehension and confidence in the model's predictions. XAI methodologies used are SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP), LIME (Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations), and feature importance analysis. These techniques produce comprehensible explanations for each forecast and assist in determining the most significant variables in landslide prediction. The proposed XAI-enhanced landslide prediction model demonstrates promising results in terms of accuracy and interpretability. The research reported here helps to design more potent early warning systems for landslides by advancing explainable AI applications in geoscience and disaster risk reduction. © 2024 IEEE.

In the era of digital information, social development requires an increasing demand for various types of sensors, especially flexible electronic sensors, which are capable of sensing external environmental stimuli and transducing to the electrical signals for analysis and processing. The diverse output electrical signals present challenges for the widespread applications, which need to develop a universal wireless monitoring framework to adapt multiple sensors. In this work, we developed a universal wireless multimodal sensor monitor system with measurement accuracy comparable to commercial testing equipment. The system features a modular design to support the collection of multimodal signals with personalized customization and reduced power consumption. The multisensor monitor system exhibited broad application prospects in healthcare, prosthetics, robotics, and human-machine interaction.

This study details the process of building a system to identify objects that make use of Raspberry Pi, neural networks, and several sensors. To make a flexible and portable setup, it is necessary to combine a Raspberry Pi board with components such as the Pico W, ESP32Cam, L293D Driver, vibration motor, ultrasonic sensor, as well as Bluetooth module. Two object detection models such as YOLO and SSD are used in this research study and it is required to modify them using TensorFlow Lite so that it can run efficiently on Raspberry Pi. This work discusses about the ways to gather and label data for training the proposed model and also goes over the possibility of using pre-trained models for quicker deployment. Because of its modular design, the proposed system can easily accommodate the addition of new sensors or actuators. © 2024 IEEE.

Real-time applications like audio signal processing and wireless communication highly demand the need for powerful and efficient multiplier and accumulator units (MACs) for achieving high performance. The overall system performance is closely correlated with the power, performance, and area (PPA) of the MAC unit. This paper proposes a novel modified Shift and Add (mSAC) architecture to perform the MAC operations. The mSAC cells serve as the processing elements (PE's) of a systolic array. The proposed architecture's credibility is verified with two design examples based on the simulations performed on Cadence Xcelium simulator and the hardware implementation has been done on the Cadence Genus Synthesis solution at a clock frequency of 2 GHz. The proposed hardware model achieves a lower power and area profile compared to state-of-the-art architectures. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment analysis stands as a crucial component of natural language processing (NLP), tasked with interpreting sentiments expressed within text and categorizing them as positive, negative, or neutral. This research study introduces a novel methodology, the ConvNet-SVMBoVW Mode, within a hybrid context-enhanced deep learning paradigm, aimed at enhancing sentiment analysis precision. By integrating advanced deep learning techniques with context-enhancement strategies, the study seeks to improve accuracy and robustness in sentiment analysis. The research explores various text and image preprocessing techniques, ensuring comprehensive data preparation crucial for effective sentiment analysis. The proposed model achieves sentiment classification accuracy ranging from 85% to 92%, addressing the existing challenges in sentiment analysis tasks and advancing state-of-the-art methodologies in natural language processing applications. © 2024 IEEE.

This research paper conducts a thorough comparative analysis of various dithering algorithms, prioritizing the GPU-optimized Floyd-Steinberg algorithm. Dithering plays a crucial role in improving image quality in constrained display scenarios. Multicarrier waveform techniques like Filter Bank Multicarrier with offset QAM (OQAM) is ideal for 5G and future wireless networks and standards. The high peak-to-averagepower ratio (PAPR) is a problem inherent to multicarrier techniques. In this study, to solve the PAPR problem by applying non-linear companding transforms. Given that non-linear companding methods worsen a system's bit-error-rate (BER) performance. Therefore, proposed methods to improve the BER performance of the non-linearly compressed FBMCOQAM system. It was found that applications requiring improved data reliability can benefit from usage in Mu-law companding, despite the fact that this method adds complexity and delay to the system. The PAPR reduction is approximately 3.0995dB, the FBMCOQAM system to compare in conventional method. © 2024 IEEE.

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of computer network security is becoming more and more important. This article presented a computer network security risk assessment system based on artificial intelligence technology, aiming at improving the accuracy and efficiency of risk assessment. The system design adopted advanced data collection, processing and analysis technology, combined with deep learning algorithms such as convolutional neural network, to realize real-time monitoring, accurate identification and adaptive response to network threats. Firstly, this article expounded the objectives of system design, including real-time performance, accuracy and adaptability. Then, the system architecture was constructed, including data acquisition layer, data processing and analysis layer and risk assessment and response layer. In the data processing and analysis layer, the system automatically extracted the characteristics of network traffic and used CNN to identify abnormal traffic patterns. In addition, the system also integrated various security strategies, including intrusion detection, abnormal behavior analysis, risk warning and disposal, etc. The experimental results showed that the designed system met high standards in response time, processing power, and stability. The system had fast response time, high throughput, and low fault rate, and demonstrated excellent performance. Compared with traditional risk assessment systems, CNN-based systems had significant advantages in risk assessment accuracy, with a maximum accuracy of 98.5%, while traditional systems had a maximum accuracy of only 77.4 %. The case study further demonstrates the effectiveness of the system in practical applications, especially in identifying complex network attacks and improving decision support. © 2024 IEEE.

Memory access monitoring is widely used in architecture and system research, and plays an important role in program profiling, memory safety and memory system design. Existing software instrumentation techniques for byte-grained memory access monitoring have several limitations. Compiler instrumentation cannot apply to closed-source or legacy code. Static binary instrumentation is typically characterized as best-effort, which makes optimistic assumptions about its target binary. Dynamic binary instrumentation incurs prohibitive-high runtime overhead, making it unsuitable for large-scale applications. Meanwhile, existing hardware features for memory access monitoring in commodity processors offer limited granularity. They typically track memory access at the page granularity or provide imprecise sampling, not the desired byte-grained level. © 2024 IEEE.
