The application of mathematical symbols and formulas in a certain discipline of the society always promote its development, which facilitate the mutual progress of the human beings. The common symbols used throughout the world include mathematical languages, musical symbols, English words etc. Actually, there exists another common conception in the society: responsibility which can have symbol language and logic expressions. Based on this, we carried out research and reached following conclusions: 1. The letter R(responsibility) plus eigenvalues of(-1,0, n,+1) was used to represent the high and low order(R(L,H)) of responsibility, and the basic units and total formula of responsibility were obtained. 2. The essential law behind the responsibility phenomena can be expressed using logic formulas.3. This set of responsibility symbol languages can be used in education, computer, artificial intelligence, robot etc.

A Novel Low Velocity robotic Penetrator Based on Ampere Force 1

The subsurface access technology is of great significance to study evolution of stars and probe landing, and the low velocity robotic penetrator (LVRP) is a commonly used detection technique. In this study, a novel LVRP based on ampere force (AFRP) is proposed, which uses the ampere force of the coils located in high intensity magnetic field as the driving force. The AFRP is composed of stator and mover. In the working state, the mover is subjected to a linear reciprocating motion, colliding with the stator, and displacement occurs. Firstly, parametric modeling of AFRP is carried out and the internal magnetic field distribution is analyzed. The results show that the magnetic induction between the two poles can be increased by the relative mounting of the permanent magnets, and the magnetic induction is affected by the gap and the diameter of the permanent magnets. Then, ISIGHT (R) software is used for integrated optimization, whose purpose is to optimize the design variables and make the output force of each unit reaches the maximum when the casing size of the AFRP is certain. Furthermore, to achieve the optimization design goal that the overall output force is maximum. According to the optimization results, the prototype was developed. The experimental results show that the AFRP operating frequency can be controlled in the range of 1 similar to 10 Hz, the average displacement of each motion cycle is 2 mm. The proposed AFRP can output a larger driving force by changing the current and the number of units. In addition, the AFRP can be used as a novel actuator for robots.

Automatically analyzing sentimental implications in texts relies on well-designed models utilizing linguistic features. Therefore, the models are mostly language-dependent and designed for English texts. Chinese is with the largest users in the world and has a tremendous amount of texts daily generated from the social media, etc. However, it has seldom been studied. On another hand, a general observation, which is valid in many languages, is that different segments of a piece of text, e.g. a clause, having different sentimental polarities. The existing deep learning models neglect the imbalanced sentiment distribution and only take the entire piece of the text. This paper proposes a novel sentiment-analysis model, which is capable of sentiment analysis task in Chinese. Firstly, the model segments a text into smaller units according to the punctuations to obtain the preliminary text representation, and this step is so-called segmentation-based representation. Meanwhile, its new framework parallel-CNN (convolutional neural network) simultaneously use all segments. This model, we call SBR-PCNN, concatenate the representation of each segment to obtain the final representation of the text which does not only contain the semantic and syntactic features but also retains the essential sequential information. The proposed method has been evaluated on two Chinese sentiment classification datasets and compared with a broad range of baselines. Experimental results show that the proposed approach achieves the state of the art results on two benchmarking datasets. Meanwhile, they demonstrate that our model may improve the performance of Chinese sentiment analysis.

Nearly all of the recent mathematical literature, and much of the old literature, are online and mostly in natural-language form. Therefore, math content processing presents some of the same challenges faced in natural language processing (NLP), such as math disambiguation and math semantics determination. These challenges must be surmounted to enable more effective math knowledge management, math knowledge discovery, automated presentation-to-computation (P2C) conversion, and automated math reasoning. To meet this goal, considerable math language processing (MLP) technology is needed. This project aims to advance MLP by developing (1) a sophisticated part-of-math (POM) tagger, (2) math-sense disambiguation techniques along with supporting Machine-Learning (ML) based MLP algorithms, and (3) semantics extraction from, and enrichment of, math expressions. Specifically, the project first created an evolving tagset for math terms and expressions, and is developing a general-purpose POM tagger. The tagger works in several scans and interacts with other MLP algorithms that will be developed in this project. In the first scan of an input math document, each math term and some sub-expressions are tagged with two kinds of tags. The 1 st kind consists of definite tags (such as operation, relation, numerator, etc.) that the tagger is certain of. The 2 nd kind consists of alternative, tentative features (including alternative roles and meanings) drawn from a knowledge base that has been developed for this project. The 2 nd and 3 rd scan will, in conjunction with some NLP/ML-based algorithms, select the right features from among those alternative features, disambiguate the terms, group subsequences of terms into unambiguous sub-expressions and tag them, and thus derive definite unambiguous semantics of math terms and expressions. Hadoop clusters are widely used distributed computing framework for big data processing. Yet Another Resource Negotiator (YARN) was introduced in Hadoop 2.0 and it provides container based resource partitioning and allocation to subdivided units of computation. Hadoop YARN in combination with Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) possess almost all the characteristics of a distributed operating system. A container consists of Java virtual machines initiated with dedicated allocation of memory and CPU shares. When jobs are split into small tasks and scheduled to run on containers created dynamically on the nodes of a cluster, the resource management overhead will have significant impact on the execution time of applications. This overhead depends on number of component tasks into which the job gets split. The work presented in this paper evaluates the resource management overhead in Hadoop YARN clusters. The results of this work helps users to select appropriate split level of jobs to minimize the overhead and maximize the performance of distributed applications deployed on the cluster. For evaluating the overhead, MapReduce jobs are run with identical parallelism in execution with varying split-sizes of input file having the same size. The resource manager overhead is estimated from the variation in completion time of the application at different split levels. A regression model is developed to estimate the execution time of jobs on a cluster from the size and split-size of the input file.

robot navigation has multi-spectral applications across a plethora of industries. Being one of the fastest evolving field of Artificial intelligence, it has garnered a lot of speculation and the problem of efficient robot navigation has become a talking point in the "Artificial intelligence research community". robot Navigation can be thought of as a collection of sub-problems that when solved efficiently will (most likely) give the complete and the most efficient solution. While the main Navigation problem can be divided into numerous smaller ones some of the prevalent (sub)-tasks associated with robot Navigation are Path Planning, Collision Prevention, Search Algorithm and an appropriate pictorial (graphical) representation of the given environment. Path Planning gives us the most optimal path finding approach while keeping the dynamism of the environment and the objects in mind. Collision Prevention ensures the robot reaches its goal without colliding with any of the objects present in the environment. Collision Prevention techniques' vitality increases considerably when the number of objects in the input space is large (>10, approximately). Search Algorithms are the functional units of this problem as they determine the path the robot follows while traveling to its destination. Since the environment greatly affects the choice of technique for all the other tasks it is vital to have a clear, concise and a non-ambiguous representation of the same. The main aim of the paper is to summarise the development of various techniques in the multiple domains of the robot Navigation problem in the last fifteen years (2000-2015) while stating the scope and the restriction of each of them.

Since over twenty years now organizations have been tried various approaches of Knowledge Management beginning mostly with not always adequate tools. The feedback from AI experience shows that it helps elaborate a knowledge flow from building blocks of applications.
