Swarm intelligence algorithms and evolutionary algorithms have been two well-known optimization approaches since the beginning of optimization. These population-based meta-heuristic algorithms are applied to a wide range of challenging multi-national computing challenges in the real world. Recently conducted studies on various multi-goal optimization techniques, on the other hand, shows that those inherently evolved meta-heuristics are incapable of dealing with multi-dimensional problems due to flaws. R.V. Rao proposed the Teaching-Learning Based Optimization (TLBO) method as a revolutionary population-based completely meta-heuristic for evaluating this type of situation in 2011. TLBO's applicability has surpassed many milestones since its inception, compared to today's advanced meta-heuristics for use in a number of engineering tasks. © 2023 IEEE.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of image preprocessing techniques on the performance of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) in the task of skin lesion classification. The study is made on the ISIC 2017 dataset, a widely used resource in skin cancer diagnosis research. Thirteen popular CNN models were trained using transfer learning. An ensemble strategy was also employed to generate a final diagnosis based on the classifications of different models. The results indicate that image preprocessing can significantly enhance the performance of CNN models in skin lesion classification tasks. Our best model obtained a balanced accuracy of 0.7879.

In various fields such as medical imaging, object detection, and video surveillance, multi view natural language query systems utilize image data to provide a more comprehensive perspective, allowing users to intuitively query and obtain information. Due to the lack of a deep understanding of natural language in the hard coded matching rule method, the query results do not match the user's intentions and are difficult to meet practical application needs. Therefore, this article introduces machine vision algorithms for optimization and improvement. Through two sets of simulation experiments, the following conclusion can be drawn: compared with traditional methods, the comprehensive average improvement of obstacle accuracy index is about 11.5%, while the comprehensive average improvement of navigation efficiency index is 13.35%. This study injects innovative momentum into the logistics industry, enabling logistics robots to quickly and accurately perceive and navigate obstacles in complex environments, thereby enhancing their intelligence level in tasks such as warehousing and sorting, and making substantial contributions to improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rise of technology such as the Internet of Things and Rrtificial intelligence, flexible pressure sensors have broad application prospects in fields such as artificial touch, health monitoring, biomimetic electronic skin, etc. Currently, there is still a certain gap between the sensitivity and stability of flexible pressure sensors and practical applications. In this article, MXene is used as a conductive material, a MXene flexible pressure sensor with a multilayer physical crosslinking structure is prepared using vacuum filtration and electrostatic self-assembly methods. The test results show that the prepared flexible pressure sensor has two linear response regions in the pressure range of 0-40kPa, with the highest sensitivity in the low pressure range (0-2kPa), reaching 18.19kPa-1. It also has good piezoresistive sensitivity to the motion state of human limbs, This indicates that the flexible pressure sensor prepared in the experiment has good application prospects in the field of flexible wearable electronic devices. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rise of technologies such as the cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things (IoT), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial intelligence (AI), there is an increasing need for high speed data transmission. Optical fiber network has become the most important network for telecommunication companies. Furthermore, the needs of optical fibers in modern cities increase rapidly. On the other hand, there are some challenges face these companies as optical fiber service providers. Yemen Telecom is a telecommunication corporation in Yemen which provides the optical fiber network;however, this network suffers from many problems. This work studies the current situation of optical fiber network in Sana'a city. It summarizes the current drawbacks of the network. Moreover, it presents the consequences of these drawbacks. Also, it gives suitable solutions to overcome these drawbacks, the expected results, and the future vision of the network. © 2023 IEEE.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has transformed into a dynamic paradigm that connects a wide range of systems and devices in many fields. The current status of IoT is thoroughly examined in this research study, including its applications, communication protocols, supporting technologies, including prospects for the future. Researchers methodically examine how the Internet of Things (IoT) has an influence on many businesses, and social issues, including daily life using Jupyter Notebook for data analysis. As the world moves on in the direction of automated production lines and advanced robotics, there is a need to solve the problems of task allocation to robots to maximize efficiency based on parameters that change from situation to situation. This paper imparted knowledge on basic-intermediate problem-solving techniques to solve problems in the MRTA category. Problems we need to solve are decisions to make or tasks to complete. The Framework of making decisions based on existing data falls under Artificial intelligence. While the second part of doing tasks comes under the Framework of robot Process Automation, for which machines already know what to do (Programmed), But need user input as to where to go to do the tasks in question. The purpose of this work is to learn about the different types of problems and how to solve them in the best possible way. This work implemented mixed linear programming with saving matrix methodology that minimized the total distance and path of robots in coordinating the robot environment, thus minimizing the idleness of the robot. © 2022 IEEE.

Mobile robots operating in unknown environments and require collision-free real-time path planning. In this paper, a hybrid path planning algorithm is proposed to solve the navigation problem of mobile robots in the presence of unpredictable obstacles. First, to improve the global algorithm's planning efficiency, the heuristic function of the A∗ algorithm is improved. In addition, this paper forms a hybrid path-planning algorithm by fusing the DWA algorithm. The local path planning is carried out with the intersection of the scope of the local path planning and the global path as the intermediate target point. The trajectory similarity evaluation coefficient is added to the heuristic function. When the original global path needs to be re-opened due to unknown obstacles, the local planning function is then fed back to the improved A∗ algorithm for dynamic path re-planning. The simulation results show that the hybrid path algorithm can avoid dynamic environmental obstacles. At the same time, when encountering unknown obstacles, it adopts local planning and adjusts the global path to meet the navigation requirements of mobile robots in complex environments. © 2023 IEEE.

Web scraping, additionally referred to as web crawling, is an automated data extraction process from websites using specialized software. In the modern-day virtual age, it performs a vital role in fields such as Business intelligence.
