With the vigorous development of AI technology, AI big data analysis is also widely used in the field of interpretation, and the number of empirical research is increasing year by year. The prospect of interpretation based on artificial intelligence big data analysis has gradually become a research hotspot. With the development of computer linguistics and artificial intelligence technology in the field of foreign languages, the research methods and technical means of artificial intelligence big data analysis have also been introduced into the research and practice of interpretation. With the development of communication technology and artificial intelligence, translation work, including interpretation, is increasingly combined with advanced scientific and technological products, which is worth thinking and research. This study focuses on the robustness of the network system in the face of external random factors (such as heavy rain, high temperature and earthquake), especially considering the effective and ineffective shocks that the connected edge may suffer. In this paper, the dilution Poisson process is introduced to describe the impact of external random factors on the network, and the network reliability model is constructed. We propose a Bayesian inference-based edge importance calculation formula to quantify the impact of each edge on the overall network reliability and design the corresponding numerical algorithm to identify the weak link of the network. Theoretical analysis shows that the network with one side path or one side cut is the most vulnerable link. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we carried out simulation experiments on IEEE39 power grid system. The numerical results show that the proposed method can fully and accurately identify the weak links of the network under the condition of sparse Poisson shock process and provide accurate decision support for network maintenance and reliability optimization. This study promotes the progress of traditional network reliability analysis by introducing the dilution Poisson process and Bayesian inference method. The proposed method is not only applicable to power systems, but also can be widely applied to many artificial intelligence fields such as intelligent Internet of Things and autonomous driving systems. Therefore, the research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the reliability optimization of network system and the development and application of artificial intelligence technology. © 2025 The Authors.

The mission-oriented control of bionic robot is one of the important problems in the field of underwater robotics, in which the study of path tracking is essential. To cope with the study, the paper proposes a model-free path-tracking method for robotic manta combining line of sight (LOS) method, TS fuzzy neural network and artificial central pattern generators (CPG) network. Firstly, the prototype and coordinate system definition of the robotic fish are introduced, and the multi-motor distributed pectoral fins are driven using the improved artificial CPG network. Then, the control of the pitch angle and heading angle is accomplished by the TS fuzzy neural network. Accordingly, the LOS-based 3-D path-tracking guidance law is designed. Finally, to validate the methodology, experiments are carried out in 3-D space. The experiment data proved that the proposed path tracking method can successfully track the desired path. The method is clear in structure and simple to implement, and it is hoped that it provides new support for the task execution of robot fish in complex environments. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). With the advancement of computational intelligence and information technology, smart product-service system (SPSS) has become an important research field, which focuses on advocating the management and resource integration of products and services. As an intelligent service robot SPSS for the elderly, how to promote enterprises to provide services that satisfy the elderly has always become a difficult problem. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the mapping relationship between the design elements of this SPSS and the perception of demand experience. Firstly, this research explores the Kansei needs of elderly users through correlation analysis, and analyzes the key demands of users through the Kano model. Secondly, the stakeholders and their relationships could be analyzed for this SPSS, and to extract service elements through the user journey map, then the rough set theory (RST) is applied to identify the key service elements which could have an important impact on user demands. Finally, the logistic regression is adopted to establish the mapping model between user needs and service elements, and then the optimal service system content that meets user demands is obtained. In addition, the service blueprint is used to sort out the overall service process. To take the development and design of the intelligent elderly robot SPSS as an example, an effective system design combining product hardware and service interface is proposed. The results show that this SPSS could make elderly users more satisfied so as to significantly improves the new service performance, thereby increasing the user's emotional satisfaction.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, robotics and other cutting-edge technologies, unmanned systems will gradually play an increasingly important role in the future battlefield. However, with the maturity and development of related technologies, unmanned combat systems will gradually expand from low-intensity missions and low-risk environments to the complex, changeable and high-threat environments of the future urban battlefield, but a single unmanned platform is difficult to independently complete complex tasks such as omni-directional enemy reconnaissance and multi-domain cooperative operations in urban unstructured complex environments due to its own limitations. In view of the above challenges in the future urban unmanned battlefield, this paper aims to design a set of micro-robot retracting and launching system, including structural design, hydraulic and electronic control system design. The system can realize the organic combination of cross-space heterogeneous unmanned system platforms, give full play to their respective advantages, so as to effectively enhance the cross-domain coordination of ground unmanned platforms. Claim accuracy is one of the major concerns of both clients and insurance companies. Claim accuracy is directly associated with predictive modeling in the insurance business. Predictive modeling applications have played a vital role in the insurance business in areas such as fraud detection and claim prediction. Predictive modeling heavily depends on the data distribution. The present work addresses the challenges of an imbalanced dataset in the context of insurance claim prediction for autos. Prediction of the occurrence of claims in auto insurance has been employed in the present work. XGBoost, LR, SVM, RF, KNN, DT, and GNV have been used to calculate the claim prediction. The predictive model and random oversampling, random undersampling, and SMOTE have been applied, respectively. In recent years, deep learning technology has gained widespread attention and has been successfully applied in various applications, including machine vision for automatic driving. However, one of the major challenges in this field is the ability of AI models to perform well in complex scenes with varying weather conditions and lighting conditions. The proposed scheme uses VR technology to simulate different weather conditions and lighting conditions and to evaluate the performance of AI products in such complex scenes. To further enhance the generalization capabilities of AI models, the Software Development Kit has been updated with complex scene data with configurable parameters, and training data with typical characteristics according to machine vision tasks. This approach has the potential to significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of machine vision systems for automatic driving, ultimately enhancing their safety and effectiveness. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Geographic Information Science (GIS) serves as a technical tool for studying geography, remote sensing, and surveying and mapping science. Besides, GIS supports key applications such as environmental monitoring, resource management, and urban planning. As such, the continued development of GIS research is critical to advancing both the related research field and its practical applications. However, the complexity of geographic information presents significant challenges to existing modeling methods. Recently, the surge of data and the rapid progress of artificial intelligence (AI) technology have brought new ideas and opportunities for the development of GIS. Therefore, this paper systematically reviews the current research and emerging trends in the application of AI and big data within GIS, identifies key research issues and challenges ahead. The findings demonstrate that AI and big data have shown a positive and steady impact on GIS research. This work seeks to promote the integration of new technologies and methods in GIS, facilitating its further research and practice. © 2024 IEEE.

This review delves into the emerging field of endovascular stent electrodes in the realm of brain-computer interfaces, highlighting advancements in their fabrication methods, signal acquisition performance, electrical stimulation effects, and research progress in electrochemical characteristics, mechanical stability, and biocompatibility. In comparison to traditional invasive procedures, endovascular stent electrodes, implanted through minimally invasive means, mitigate the risks associated with extensive trauma and tissue inflammation, demonstrating commendable signal acquisition capabilities. While exhibiting a slight deficiency in visual evoked potentials, they showcase accuracy in the acquisition and decoding of motor perception signals, rivaling or surpassing traditional surgical methods. Additionally, the technology shows potential therapeutic efficacy in electrical stimulation applications. Nevertheless, challenges such as electrical stimulation thresholds and visibility issues warrant further research and refinement. In summary, endovascular stent electrodes, as an emerging avenue in brain-computer interfaces, hold promise for significant breakthroughs in future research, opening up new possibilities in the field of neuroscience.

This paper features the development of a video surveillance robot that utilizes an ESP32 camera module and an L298 motor driver to improve security in various applications. The ESP32 camera module serves as the primary sensing unit, enabling real-time video streaming and image capture. Its wireless connectivity allows for seamless integration into existing surveillance frameworks, enhancing the robot's adaptability to different environments. The L298 motor driver controls the robot's movements, providing precise navigation and increasing operational efficiency. This combination of components enables the robot to effectively monitor multiple locations, making it suitable for a wide range of surveillance tasks. Key features of the system include real-time video transmission, remote operation, and user-friendly navigation, all of which are managed through an intuitive interface. The design process involved meticulous selection and integration of both hardware and software components, ensuring a balance between performance and reliability. Extensive prototyping, firmware development, and rigorous testing were undertaken to validate the system's functionality. The findings suggest that this surveillance robot offers a cost-effective and flexible solution for enhancing security in both commercial and residential settings. © 2025 IEEE.
