This paper presents an energy storage photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system. The main power circuit uses a two-stage non-isolated full-bridge inverter structure, and the main control chip is STM32F407. The two coupling modes of the energy storage device are analyzed and compared. The DC-side coupling mode is selected. When the grid is charging the battery, in order to improve the charging efficiency and stability, an independent AC-DC charging circuit is added. The overall structure of the system was designed, and the hardware circuits of each part of the system were researched and designed, including various converter circuits, isolation and drive circuits, and signal conditioning and acquisition circuits. Finally, an experimental prototype was built for verification. The experimental results show that the system is stable and easy to control, it provides a set of feasible and practical design solutions for energy storage photovoltaic grid-connected systems. © 2020 IEEE.

Currently, the fusion of primary and secondary equipment is the development trend of intelligent switch in power distribution IoT, but the corresponding research on testing technique and practical equipment is still not enough. This paper takes the intelligent switch in power distribution IoT as research object, divides the testing technique of intelligent switch systematically into primary and integration these two parts, points out key testing technique and fills up the blank of domestic testing technique on intelligent switch. In addition, it proposes a practical scheme with the functions of multi-channel accuracy test, high precision fault inversion and automated process control, etc., and then verifies the effectiveness and maneuverability of the testing technique and practical scheme by the result of performance test and the achievement of pilot application. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, multiple mobile manipulators are designed for handshaking system on Robot Operating System (ROS). The mobile manipulator is a robotic manipulator arm mounted on a mobile platform. The Festo Robotino mobile platform is equipped with a robotic arm manipulator in order to extend the task of delivering goods and offers enhanced flexibility and agility, increasing the arm manipulator workspace by using the mobility of Festo Robotino. ROS is powerful tools that can be used in the field of robotics and Graphical User Interface (GUI) development. The Gazebo-ROS can be used to verify the coordination protocol of multiple mobile manipulator robots. Furthermore, several simulation and experimental results have shown the effectiveness of the designed multiple mobile manipulator robots. © 2020 IEEE.

An automatic and manual control system of cyclic pressure test was developed in consideration of request of water penetration test and structural wind pressure resistance test under cyclic pressure. The system is composed of a pressure chamber used for testing curtain wall, a blower, a pressure control drive equipment, an electric equipment of the pressure control, etc. It can make the chamber pressure fluctuate between high and low values and adjust the cyclic period. Also, the system can realize arbitrary switching between automatic control and manual control on fluctuating pressure of the chamber, and it has the advantages of high automation, simple operation, safety and reliability. © 2020 IEEE.

Recently, more and more unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been used in industry, public services and commercial fields. However, the UAV is generally limited by the battery capacity, and the operation radius is greatly limited. In this paper, to increase the flight time of the UAV, the recharging station by using wireless power transfer (WPT) technology is proposed. A new receiver magnetic coupler is given, the receiver coil is wound around the hollow ferrite core, and the proposed structure provides many benefits: 1) first, there is a large magnetic flux captured surface, which can improve the mutual coupling between the primary side and secondary side. 2) Second, own to the hollow ferrite core, the receiver side is light, which has little effect on the weight bearing of UAV. 3) Third, it is easy to be installed on the UAV, since the receiving coil is compact. 4) Moreover, the proposed WPT system provides enough anti misalignment capability for UAV. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to realize remote monitoring of 3D printer and man-machine separation, thus saving manufacturing cost and personalized manufacturing. The cloud platform was configured by the rented cloud server, and then the communication protocol and firewall were added to enable the cloud platform to remotely access and control the upper computer. The 3D printing process was transmitted to the cloud platform by WiFi, and users can monitor the printing process in real time on the client. In addition, the SSIM algorithm was used to compare the pictures in the printing process with the pictures of real articles, and the cloud platform remote control and monitoring system was designed and implemented to realize man-machine separation. © 2020 IEEE.

The idea of transferring vehicle control to an automated system and thereby transforming from driver to passenger has raised safety concerns among potential users. To examine vehicle occupants’ perception (perceived safety and driving comfort, monitoring gaze behavior) of automated vehicle control in light of actual system experience, a driving simulator study with 50 participants was conducted comparing automated vs. human vehicle control from a passenger’s perspective. Automated vehicle control was perceived as less safe and comfortable, resulting in the majority of participants preferring human vehicle control. Correspondingly, participants performed more monitoring gaze behavior during automated than human vehicle control. The results underline the importance of a transparent, user-adaptive system design to create positive driving experiences especially during the first contact, thereby ensuring acceptance and usage by diverse users, who differ in their attitude towards automated vehicles. © The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2021.

For the safe usage of missile fuel tank in a long-term preservation process, the health status of the storage tank must be evaluated and managed accurately. Currently, the health management strategy has gradually evolved from Time-based maintenance (TBM) to Preventive maintenance (PM). With artificial intelligence (AI) applied to process the big data, the strategy of tank storage health management is now able to make precis predictions and guidance. The basic data is acquired from various databases, and the prediction of the structural performance of the storage tank system is accomplished by a series of simulation models intelligently. The modules include data fused long storage evaluation module, corrosion depth prediction module, elastic modulus drop prediction module, and creep damage analysis module. With on-site monitoring of data, a decision tree model based on artificial intelligence is constructed to provide decision support for the use of the missile propellant tank, leading to a more effective, time-saving, and accurate control strategy. © 2020 IEEE.

Rolling bearings are the most common rotating mechanical parts in actual work, with the rapid development of industrial technology, the performance requirements of rolling bearings in actual work are getting widely used, but under the actual working conditions, some large bearings with low speed and heavy load are easy to be smeared and lead to the extension of bearing life. In order to study the effect of early surface smearing on the fatigue life of rolling bearings, a self-designed bearing roller early smearing tester was designed, the test machine can simulate the movement process of roller in the bearing and make different degree of smearing on the surface of roller. According to the function, the smearing testing machine is divided into four parts: driving system, loading system, signal acquisition system and test system. The smearing testing machine can set the test conditions according to relevant theories to fabricate different degree of early smearing on the bearing roller surface, the transient dynamics simulation can simulate the smearing test of the testing machine, by comparing the results of the simulation analysis with the actual experimental circumstances, the stability and reliability of the testing machine can be proved, and it can also be testified that the test results of the testing machine are researchable. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Aiming at the decrease of the accuracy of fusion data caused by the abnormal value and noise interference in the multi-sensor observations, this paper proposes a multi-sensor data fusion algorithm based on improved weighting factors. Firstly, the Dixon criterion is used to eliminate outliers in observations to avoid data containing gross errors. Then the Kalman filter algorithm is used to effectively reduce the noise impact caused by various reasons and provides the optimal data for weighted data fusion. Finally, an improved weighted fusion algorithm is used to comprehensively consider the nature of the sensor and the influence of various factors in the measurement process to obtain the best fusion data. The simulation analysis of the soil humidity in the greenhouse shows that the error of the multi-sensor data fusion algorithm based on the improved weighting factor is maintained at 0.04%-0.18%. Compared with the adaptive weighted fusion algorithm, the error of this algorithm is reduced by 0.12%, which verifies the algorithm's effectiveness. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
