Traditional photovoltaic power generation system has poor control performance and is not suitable for general application. For this, the photovoltaic power station automatic generation control system based on adaptive PID control algorithm is investigated. The precise control of the power generation process is realized from the aspects of power generation control, daily maintenance, power generation process monitoring, luminous energy utilization and so on. The adaptive PID control algorithm is used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. The algorithm can realize the dynamic record of multiple data input in the power generation flow of photovoltaic power station, and realize diversified analysis and intelligent matching. Through the adaptive PID control algorithm to achieve the fast control of the power generation device, so that the database can improve the working efficiency to a greater extent and reduce the cost of the power station in the control of the power link. The findings show that the automatic power generation control system of photovoltaic power station based on the adaptive PID control algorithm has the advantages of high control accuracy and fast response, which can effectively improve the generation efficiency in the photovoltaic power industry.

There are generally large errors between forecast and actual values of new energy power in the dayahead stage, which may cause curtailment of wind power and photovoltaic power due to the insufficient reserve of provincial power grids in the intra-day stage. Therefore, multi-time scale multi-province coordinative day-ahead and intra-day scheduling model considering the uncertainty of new energy prediction is proposed in this paper: Considering the possible errors of new energy prediction in the day-ahead stage, a multi-provincial robust unit commitment model is established to provide sufficient reserves for new energy consumption; the tie-line scheduling and unit output in the intra-day stage according to ultra-short-term predicted data of new energy is adjusted to establish an intra-day scheduling model considering tie-line power flow control. The proposed model is applied to the actual calculation example in a certain region of China, the results of which show that the model can give play to the mutual aid of interconnected power grids and effectively improve the consumption level of new energy.

automation is the ability of appliances to make their own decision on the existing conditions to achieve desired outcome. These days' humans can only find less amount of time to perform the repetitive task which increases the role of automation in the human lives. Without automation, there is no use of the term called `SMART'. In the vision of making our homes smarter, this research work suggests an idea in which, temperature sensor and the LDR sensor are employed for making the home automated and as well as smart. This helps to conserve the electricity [1] [5]. The temperature sensor helps to measure the temperature of the outside environment and accordingly it controls the devices responsible for the temperature controlling present in our house, and the LDR sensor is responsible for controlling the lights inside the house. Additionally, added a load cell for measuring the weight of the gas cylinder and if the weight is less than the desired amount, the proposed system will automatically sends a message to the pre-decided booking dealer and a new gas cylinder is booked through the recorded process and if the system detects a gas leak in the house, it alerts the people with an alarming sound and a text message is also sent to the fire service department and the people present in the home [10]. The existing methodology doesn't include a flood sensor and a DC-Pump to automatically remove the excess water in home in case of a flood. These devices are connected through Internet-of-things (IoT) which could manually be controlled from any part of the world if required.

Applications of continuum robot in the field of robotics facility have been advancing at a staggering pace due to their flexibility. The ability to control the continuum robot remotely and efficiently would be beneficial for many practical case, for example usage in narrow space, endoscopic and minimally invasive surgical procedures application. The ability to glide through complex curvilinear pathways makes it ideally suitable to be used with solar cell application as it could offer the movement that can follow the sun motion. This could enhance the efficiency of energy transformation of the solar cell as optimum radiation distance could be obtained. In this paper, the design of continuum robot with motion control to be used as solar cell installation supporting structure would be discussed. The continuum robot movement is controlled by an elastic backbone-liked structure. The controller is designed for closed loop control using Arduino programming. The effect of solar cell weight on the top with the maximum of 3 kg is considered. The structure movement required include bending, rotating, extension and compression. The research results showed that the designed system has a potential to be used as a solar cell installation support with smooth motion.

This paper summarizes the biomechanics simulation and design of a lightweight lower extremity exoskeleton. The biomechanics simulation was carried out using LifeMOD to obtain joint torques of human body in the condition of its applications including walking on flat ground, ascending stairs, sitting down and standing up which provided the design criteria of actuating torques. The anthropomorphically based exoskeleton has 7 degrees of freedom per leg, two of which are powered by brushless DC motors, and the total mass is less than 12 kg due to the use of carbon fiber material and the compact structural design and optimization. controlling and sensing system based on CANopen communication protocol is proposed which can provide high communication efficiency and reliability for the control of the exoskeleton. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2019.

It's very rational to have menu control and display function for oscilloscope to provide various functionality and make it user friendly. A responsive and well-structured menu design can make the system convenient to practice. The menu is composed of menu block, point, color and character. In this study a system has been developed using c language and data structure to control the menu functions with pop up options in a digital storage oscilloscope. Using font generating software, the relevant font is generated for menu and is downloaded to the given system. Besides, the additional features such as responsive menu control functionalities for real time brightness control, adjustment with runtime and stop condition make it highly functional as well as scalable for a 3D digital oscilloscope. © 2018 IEEE.

For traditional detection method used in expressway tunnel has the disadvantages of low detection speed, high risk and cannot realize disease information management, a method of design, implement and field test of vehicle-based experiment prototype for expressway tunnel intelligent detection is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the demands of expressway tunnel detection, the performance indicators of tunnel intelligent detection system are developed, which include detection speed, detection accuracy, visual system depth and so on. Then, for the visual system, inertial navigation system and mechanical system, an application-oriented method of hardware calculation, selection and design for tunnel detection system is proposed. Finally, according to the above conclusions, the vehicle-based experiment prototype is developed, and field test is carried out in expressway tunnel. The engineering practice shows that the developed tunnel intelligent detection system can collect tunnel surface image quickly and high quality, and the research results laid a foundation for tunnel intelligent system developing, image processing and disease intelligent identifying in the next step.

In this paper we propose a novel approach for upgrading real time 3D dynamic object detection methods operating on rotating multi-beam (RMB) Lidar measurements using 3D background city maps stored in new generation geographic information systems (GIS) and previously detected dynamic objects propagated by tracking. First, we apply a state-of-the-art object detection method and distinguish the predicted dynamic object candidates and the remaining static regions of the current Lidar measurement. Next we find an optimal transformation between the static part of the RMB Lidar measurements and the background city map using a multimodal point cloud registration algorithm operating in the Hough space. After the accurate alignment, we filter false-positively detected object candidates in the RMB Lidar data based on the map. To find additional objects missed by the object detector on the current measurement, we apply a Kalman-filter based object tracking. Hereby we first predict the current state of the previously detected and tracked objects. Next, we apply a Hungarian matcher based assignment between the tracked and the current objects and update the object list according to the result. For better accuracy, we keep all predictions through a couple of frames. We evaluated our method qualitatively and quantitatively in crowded urban scenes of Budapest, Hungary, and the results showed that with background map based filtering we can achieve a 26,52% improvement detecting vehicles and 9,38% for pedestrians in precision, while via tracking, a 12,84% improvement for vehicles and 14,34% for pedestrians in recall against the state-of-the-art object detection method relying purely on a single Lidar time frame. © 2019 IEEE.

This paper focuses on a class of control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with the time delay link. Because of the delay of the inverter, the delay of the conditioning circuit, and the dead zone, there is a time delay between the input voltages of the motor and the output voltages of the controller. However, this time delay link is ignored in conventional vector control algorithms with respect to the d-q model, which inevitably leads to poor system stability and even divergence. In order to solve this problem, a novel control algorithm based on the mathematical model considering the time delay link is proposed in this paper. On one hand, the nonlinear time delay link is linearized and converted into a first-order inertial link through the Taylor series expansion method. Thus, nonlinear d-loop and q-loop are linearized. But the systems are changed into second-order systems. On the other hand, proportional-integral (PI) controllers with respect to the third-order optimum design method are designed to solve the design problem of controllers for higher-order systems than the conventionally d-q model. Experimental results show that the control algorithm proposed in this paper has good system stability with small current fluctuations, torque fluctuations, and speed fluctuations.

The vigorous development of artificial intelligence has had a profound and long-term impact on human production and life. It is a double-edged sword. While letting people enjoy the good life created by new technology, it also allows people to feel its negative effects, such as infringing on human privacy, and bringing new inequalities to human beings. Discussing the social responsibility of artificial intelligence has become a hot topic in academic circles in the past two years. This article starts with adopting the research framework of ISO 26000, comprehensively analyzing the problems of artificial intelligence social responsibility in theory and practice, and putting forward their own thinking. It is concluded that in the age of artificial intelligence, we will proceed from the seven themes of this standard to enhance the social responsibility of artificial intelligence, and ultimately achieve the sustainable development of artificial intelligence by adopting the social responsibility international standard ISO 26000,.
