Mine electric locomotive driverless system is an important part of transportation operation in the national mine intelligent construction, which makes the mine safe production reduce staff and increase efficiency. This topic is based on the relevant guidance documents of the State to accelerate the intelligent development of coal mines and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on promoting 5G to accelerate the development. Through the investigation of the current situation of the network environment of the unmanned driving system in mines and mines at home and abroad, and with the implementation background of the remote control system of the underground electric locomotive of Anhui Development Mining Co. Using the narrow and long terrain of the underground roadway, 5G and WIFI network distribution characteristics, Reasonably plan and configure the network information of relevant nodes of the system, and propose a communication link control strategy method of mine driverless electric locomotive based on 5G and WIFI hybrid network environment[1-3]. The trial operation and opening of the system also demonstrated the feasibility of the control strategy. © 2023 SPIE.

Recent advancements in additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing, have revolutionized the manufacturing industry by enabling the production of complex geometries and rapid prototyping. However, ensuring consistent quality in print parts remains a challenge. In this research, we address the quality monitoring issues in Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) by proposing a system that combines computer vision and augmented reality techniques. The system measures geometric accuracy by comparing features of a 3D-printed part, captured using an ordinary camera, with the CAD model of the part that is projected in the same space. In the process, augmented reality is employed for camera calibration, pose estimation, and perspective projection, enabling accurate tracking and visualization of 3D-printed parts. Image processing techniques, including image segmentation and differencing, are applied to compare the virtual and real-world images, allowing the detection of geometric distortion. To evaluate the scalability and effectiveness of the proposed system, experiments were conducted by comparing virtual and real-world images of 3D-printed parts, captured from different camera positions and orientations. The results demonstrate the capability of the proposed solution to perform geometric distortion detection in close-to-real-time, which is an essential building block for in-situ control mechanisms in FFF applications. © 2023 IEEE.

Application developers and researchers took many steps in finding out proper tourism recommendations for various seasons. With the faster development in the travel department through modern technologies, it has gotten fundamental to present headways and upgrades in the administrations given to the sightseers, to ensure their ease of travel and satisfaction. Over the years, there has been no optimal system providing all the necessities required by a tourist. Based on the holidata recommendation, proposed system makes to decrease the time spent on the planning period and it helps to increase the deployment of process to be more effective. Regarding the customer preferences, the customer details and their location are shared and there are some other information available based on the users are, their destination trip, dates for the travel, budget and there are other user attractive aspects as it helps to have the effective trip. Based on the above things, the travel can be planned for the trip entirely. This system uses RBM to predict the user ratings and recommend the best attraction. An attempt has been made to reduce the MAE in RBM prediction. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing use of energy and the increasing demand for energy, power routers are one of the key devices for building energy internet, at the same time, it also has the function of energy electrical isolation and two-way flow of energy, which can connect the distributed power supply and energy network to restrain its fluctuation. If the two-way converter in the power router is in the inverter mode, and if the AC side has three-phase unbalanced load, the voltage at the load end will be asymmetric, if two DC loads with equal rated voltage and unequal power are connected in series on the DC side, the DC midpoint voltage will be offset. Therefore, this paper proposes an AC/DC power router with bi-directional AC/DC load imbalance. Firstly, the corresponding solutions are proposed for the unbalanced load under two different modes. Secondly, in the rectifying mode, in order to adjust the DC midpoint voltage, a one-cycle control strategy with closed-loop error compensation is proposed. The simulation results show that the improved one-cycle control system has good steady-state and dynamic characteristics. Then, in the inverter mode, the four-leg inverter is analyzed, and an improved sequential control method is adopted. The simulation model of the four-leg inverter is built in the simulation software, and it is proved that the four-leg inverter based on the improved sequential control algorithm has good ability with unbalanced load. © 2023 IEEE.

Lithium-ion batteries are widely applied in sustainable energy conversion system. Consequently, it is of great research significance to accurately estimate the state of health (SOH) of batteries. To effectively model the input features at the spatial level, this article proposes a self-attention graph pooling convolutional network (SAGPCN) to estimate the SOH. The advantages of SAGPCN proposed in this paper can be reflected as follows: (1) The SAGPCN can consider node characteristics and graph topology, which focuses the attention on key parts of the graph. (2) The SAGPCN designs a self-attention mechanism to reserve significant nodes and delete secondary nodes, so as to optimize the network structure. A real-world dataset is adopted to evaluate the proposed battery SOH estimation approach in this paper. Experimental results represent that the estimation performance of the proposed SAGPCN is better than some data-driven SOH prediction approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

The continuation of the scaling of FinFETs in the nano regime guaranteed the continuance of semiconductor industry with the fabrication of reliable, high performance and low power devices. The Short Channel Effects (SCEs) were effectively suppressed by these Trigate FinFETs while lowering the leakage currents further. However, as the FinFETs were scaled below 22 nm gate lengths, the SCEs amplified. The gate oxide thickness was reduced to suppress the SCEs but the leakage currents deteriorated. Therefore, to reduce the leakage currents along with improved SCEs, the replacement of the gate oxide with high permittivity dielectrics like Zirconium Dioxide, Hafnium Oxide, Aluminum Oxide and Silicon Nitrate were needed. The motivation of this paper is the development a 3 Fin SOI FinFET at a physical gate length of 08 nm where the gate oxide of each fin consists of a stacked combination of 0.5 nm of high-k dielectrics atop a 0.5 nm layer of SiO2 to control the leakage currents and other SCEs. The use of 3-Fin structures significantly enhances the drain current while the gate stack high-k materials reduce leakage currents leading to higher switching speeds for faster CMOS fabrication and optimized device performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Photovoltaic power generation system can not participate in the friendly interaction of power grid because of the lack of inertia damping. Virtual synchronous Generator (VSG) technology is an effective means to solve this problem. However, moment of inertia of technology based on virtual synchronous machine set is too large or too small are not conducive to the stability of the system frequency, based on the analysis of virtual synchronous machine running mechanism, this paper proposed virtual synchronous machine inertia adaptive control strategy, according to the load disturbance caused by frequency variation, the real-Time dynamic adjust the moment of inertia, and thereby avoid frequency rapidly rising and falling. Finally, the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation. © 2023 SPIE. All rights reserved.

With the rapid development of the economy and industrial production, industrial automation technology continues to improve, and the application of single-chip microcomputer automatic control systems in the industrial field is also becoming more and more widespread. The application of a single-chip microcomputer automatic control system can achieve automated control of industrial production processes and equipment, improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs. However, there are still problems in current industrial production, such as low efficiency in factories and inability to fully complete production tasks according to requirements, which need to be further addressed. Therefore, this article studied the application of AI (artificial intelligent) technology in single-chip microcomputer automatic control systems and evaluated the production efficiency based on AI technology through data analysis. The research results indicate that compared to traditional single-chip microcomputer automatic control systems, AI technology based single-chip microcomputer automatic control systems have higher production efficiency and can better adapt to different environments, thus making adjustments and improving production efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.
