Flexible sensing film has a broad application prospect in the fields of medicine, wearable electronic devices, complex environment sensing, and others. In this paper, dimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was used as a flexible substrate to prepare composite conductive films by covering silver nanowires (AgNWs) with specific lines on the substrate surface. The resistance change of the sensor is mainly caused by the change in the number of contact points between AgNWs on the film surface, which has higher linearity than the traditional resistance strain gauge. The sensor is very sensitive and has a very good measuring effect on the pressure of 0-6N and the micro-bending caused by 0-1N. Common sensors made of micro-nano materials are usually affected by transverse strain. The sensor in this experiment designs a special circuit structure, which can effectively avoid the lateral effect. The sensor also has the characteristic of self-recovery, which can achieve self-recovery under a certain degree of damage. It can be used to detect small changes in the skin.

Optimal design of FBG flexible sensor for high-precision monitoring of three-dimensional deformation of power transmission line tower foundation

During the operation of the power transmission line tower foundation, uneven settlement and horizontal sliding were formed due to the damage of the local environment or external force. It is the most direct and effective way to realize the transformation from "passive response " to "active prevention and control " by real-time and long-term monitoring of the tower foundation and providing automatic early warning. In this paper, based on FBG (fiber Bragg grating) sensing technology, a FBG flexible sensor with temperature self-compensation characteristic was developed, which can be used for real-time monitoring of three-dimensional deformation field of tower foundation. Based on the strain information measured by the sensor, a coordinate transformation fitting algorithm was applied to reconstruct the deformation field of the tower foundation. To improve the displacement sensing precision of the flexible sensor, the influence of the length of the cemented layer and the groove radius on the strain transfer coefficient was analyzed, and the orthogonal curvature obtained by the sensing point was corrected by cubic spline interpolation. In the displacement sensing experiment, the mean absolute errors along the x-axis direction after interpolation correction were 1.84 mm (Type 1), 1.52 mm (Type 2) and 1.96 mm (Type 3), respectively;the mean absolute errors along the y-axis direction were 1.64 mm (Type 1), 2.34 mm (Type 2) and 1.21 mm (Type 3), respectively. After interpolation correction, the maximum absolute error percentages of the measuring points along the x-axis were 9.62% (Type 1), 9.01% (Type2) and 10.23% (Type 3);the maximum absolute error percentages along the y-axis were 10.44% (Type 1), 9.53% (Type2) and 9.43% (Type 3). A sensorless field-oriented control scheme based on enhanced linear active disturbance rejection control (ELADRC) with position error compensation for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is proposed in this article. Three linear extended state observers (LESOs) are applied to estimate the back electromotive force (EMF), the internal and external disturbances. The position and speed signals are then obtained with the help of a quadrature phase-locked loop (QPLL). Then the internal and external disturbances are estimated when the estimated speed is close to the actual value, and are used to compensate for the estimated position error, which can further improve the sensorless control performance. Finally, the stability analysis and parameter design of the PMSM drive system are given. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is validated on a 400-W surface-mounted PMSM drive. © The Institution of engineering & Technology 2023.

In order to reduce the number of switching devices and passive components in the hybrid topology charging system based on resonant power transmission technology, and simplify the control strategy of primary and secondary sides, a hybrid self switching resonant topology based on LCL-LCL/S is proposed. The structure does not need primary and secondary side communication and adds any passive components, and only changes the topology network through the self switching operation of LCL structure can be realized constant current and constant voltage switching of wireless charging system. Then, according to the characteristics of battery charging curve, resonant current threshold and voltage jump threshold, a parameter optimization design method for hybrid resonant topology network is proposed, which can avoid the parameter uncertainty caused by the limitation of empirical selection of resonant network parameters, and provide theoretical basis for parameter selection. In the constant current and constant voltage mode, the input impedance is pure resistance, and the zero phase angle(ZPA) is between the input current and the voltage. The experimental results show that the hybrid self switching wireless charging system with optimized resonant network parameters has better constant current and constant voltage output characteristics. The system realizes ZPA and constant frequency soft switching characteristics, which meets the requirements of constant current and constant voltage charging. (c) 2022 The Author(s). A nine-switch inverter with reduced leakage current for PV grid-tied systems using model-free predictive current control

To address the leakage current problem of transformerless three-phase inverters for photovoltaic (PV) grid-tied systems, H8 and improved H8 inverters were proposed to alleviate the leakage current of the PV grid-tied systems to a certain extent. However, these inverters cannot avoid the high-frequency switching of the generated common mode voltages (CMVs) among multiple levels, resulting in the unsatisfactory effect of the leakage current suppression of these inverter topologies. In order to solve these problems, an auxiliary power supply based nine-switch (AP-H9) inverter with reduced leakage current is proposed in this paper. A DC auxiliary circuit containing a switch is added to the inverter based on the H8 inverter, and one or more diodes are connected in reverse parallel with other corresponding switches to form the H9 inverter topology. By properly controlling the nine switches and using the reverse diodes to divide the DC voltage , the CMV of the system is limited to 2/3 times of the DC voltage, which can effectively suppress the leakage current of the PV grid-tied system. In addition, a model-free predictive current control (MFPCC) method based on ultra-local model is presented to eliminate the dependence of inverter control performance on system parameters. This method uses the voltage and current information of the previous two moments to realize the online update of the gain and dynamic part of the ultra-local model, and then obtain the predicted voltage vector for the next moment. Moreover, the switching loss optimization constraint is considered in the cost function to further improve the efficiency of the inverter. Finally, an experimental prototype is developed. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed inverter and its control method can effectively suppress the leakage current of PV grid-tied system, and are insensitive to parameter changes.

Identification of basal ganglia (BG) network plays an important role in the construction of closed-loop deep brain stimulation (DBS) system. This work proposes an identification algorithm based on pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) and recurrent radial basis function neural network (RRBFNN) for basal ganglia network modeling. The PRBS modulated DBS signal is taken as the input signal of BG network. Then, the relationship of input DBS signal and beta power of BG network is modeled by a RRBFNN. The numerical experiments show that the PRBS modulated DBS signal meet the requirements of BG network identification. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) technology can improve the reliability of equipment maintenance, but it still has problems such as low analysis efficiency and poor description *** propose to construct a RCM maintenance strategy model based on logical reasoning. This model uses Answer Set Programming (ASP), a non-monotone logic programming language, to realize the theoretical modeling of RCM in the form of logical rules. We use preference optimization to improve the RCM analysis method and integrate CWA (Closed World Assumption) and NAF (Negation As Failure) into the ASP program. Practicality and generality are the main core objectives of this model. Finally, the turbine engine failure of aircraft is taken as the main research example. The effectiveness and efficiency of the model are verified by a comparison of model conclusion consistency. Experimental results show that compared with other RCM systems, this model has good efficiency, reliability, and completeness. © 2023 SPIE.

This paper presents the design of an integrated path tracking and speed following controller to simulate a skilled human driver’s behaviour that will drive a four-in-wheel-independent-drive, front-wheel-steering(4WD-FWS) autonomous vehicle. Based on preview-follower theory, this study provides a new manner for the 4WD-FWS’s path tracking and speed following. A tracking control law is designed using the state-space equations and transfer function of motion. Experimental results on the actual road illustrate the availability of the proposed controller. According to the entire course of the experimental results, the proposed controller shows the great accuracy on both path tracking and speed following. It can be concluded that the proposed particular type of controller is highly applicable for four in-wheel-driving autonomous vehicle. © Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute 2024.

To solve the problems of complex control structure, too many parameters to be tuned and complicated modulation module design in the traditional dual closed-loop control strategy of neutral point clamped (NPC) three-level PV inverter. A control strategy is proposed for NPC three-level PV inverters based on multi-step-Ahead finite control set model predictive control (FCS-MPC). Based on the derivation of the mathematical model of the PV inverter, the current predictive control of the PV inverter in the frame is realized based on the basic principle of FCS-MPC, which effectively reduces the control parameters of the PV inverter. Additionally, based on the inherent advantages of FCSMPC, the mid-point potential balance of the DC side, reducing switching frequency and harmonic are simultaneously realized by setting the appropriate objective function. Furthermore, the accuracy of the prediction is further improved by the use of multi-step-Ahead predictive control. For the harmonics problem during the fault ride-Through of the conventional PV inverter, the causes of harmonic generation are revealed and a notch filter is designed to reduce the harmonics generated by the PV inverter during the low voltage ride through (LVRT). Finally, the time domain simulation software is used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy in this paper. © 2023 SPIE. All rights reserved.

This work focuses on visual-based target tracking of drone via visual simulation system. A simulation platform is particularly designed to simulate the environments in real-world applications. The platform follows a modular design. In this platform, Unreal Engine is chosen as the rendering platform, Airsim is employed to construct sensor models and acquire the kinematic state of drone body and environmental information. The drone is controlled by PX4 autopilot, and trajectory is planned by EGO-Planner. The target recognition and tracking is achieved by a siamese-based tracking algorithm. Four flight simulation experiments are conducted to verify the use of the developed framework for vision-based tracking, which demonstrate the usefulness and applying method of the simulation system for UAVs in disturbance scenarios. © Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute 2024.
