In the field of robot control, PID controller has always been regarded as a classical controller. However, the traditional PID controller has some defects, such as difficulty in adjusting parameters, slow response speed and so on. In order to overcome these defects, this paper presents a bionic robot electromechanical control algorithm based on variable structure PID, which combines the ideas of bionics and control theory and has better control performance. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the modular design is adopted to study the control strategy of photovoltaic system, energy storage system and flexible DC system, so as to achieve the design and control strategy research of the whole system of "photovoltaic + energy storage + DC + flexible DC". This realizes the flexibility and diversity of networking. Due to space reasons, this article focuses on the detailed explanation of the photovoltaic energy storage system control strategy, including the maximum power tracking control strategy of photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic power generation boost chopper circuit control strategy, photovoltaic power generation DC/AC converter control strategy, PCS device control strategy, PCS virtual impedance control algorithm, etc. Simulation experiments are carried out according to the specific case setting parameters. The simulation results prove that the proposed flexible DC system coordinated control strategy can ensure grid frequency stability and grid voltage stability, and improve the consumption capacity of distributed new energy. Analyzing the number of operating units of air conditioning heat pumps can effectively guide research on energy saving of variable frequency heat pump heating systems. Research is conducted on unit sequence optimization control, pump frequency conversion optimization, and unit outlet water temperature optimization to determine system optimization strategies. Using TYANSYS simulation software, the annual operation status and energy consumption before and after optimization are simulated and compared to verify the energy-saving effect of the optimization strategy. The simulation results show that the annual energy consumption after optimization is reduced by 12.25% compared to before optimization. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to solve the problem of inconvenient dispensing in automated traditional Chinese medicine rooms, a new structure automatic dispensing system was designed. The mechanical structure composition and working principle of the dispensing system were mainly introduced, and key components such as the connecting rod flipping mechanism were emphasized. Then, a mathematical model of the designed slider rocker mechanism was established and kinematic analysis was conducted, and its motion curve was drawn. In addition, a comprehensive explanation was given on the hardware and software parts of the electromechanical control system using PLC controllers. © 2023 IEEE.

The irrigation systems in nurseries can be the cause of various water supply errors- ranging from lack of sufficient water supply to over-watering and imbalance in the water pH levels. Based on the statistics recorded by the department of agriculture and farmers welfare, we have conducted we concluded that the water supply management and plant life maintenance are the major problems. Considering all these real-time errors, we have designed a smart irrigation robot functioning on the inputs from a group of soil moisture sensors which helps eliminate the monotonous task of monitoring and keeping records of the change in soil moisture. © 2023 IEEE.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors are increasingly used in various power levels, and the control of permanent magnet synchronous motors is a key technology in the application of synchronous motors. The structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors make vector control systems have great advantages. This paper introduces the vector control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on rotor magnetic field orientation, determines PI parameters, designs current loop regulators and speed loop regulators, analyzes the SVPWM method used in vector control, and builds a module on simulation software for the simulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Through detailed calculation of the PI parameters of the current loop and voltage loop of the dual closed-loop control, appropriate adjustments were made based on the ideal output waveform during the simulation process, and simulation verification was conducted on the simulation software. © 2023 IEEE.

RCS measuring equipment is a device used to measure the radar cross section of the target. Due to the sway of the ship, the ship-borne RCS measuring equipment cannot ensure that the antenna points to the target stably. In this paper, a gyro-based speed feedforward control method is proposed. The antenna azimuth, pitch and feed angle are controlled by servomechanism to helpkeep the antenna pointing and feed rolling stable. Finally, the simulation model is built and the simulation results show that the designed three-axis stability control method has good control effect. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing popularity of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the demand for enhancing UAV intelligence has become a prominent trend. To improve UAV automation, flight control systems are required to enable autonomous flight without human operators. Currently, UAV flight control primarily relies on two methods: PID control and rule-based control, each with its own limitations. With advancements in reinforcement learning (RL) algorithms and computational capabilities, researchers have increasingly explored the potential of agents trained through RL to perform complex flight control tasks. This paper is dedicated to the design and implementation of an autonomous flight control system for fixed-wing UAVs. It leverages JSBSim's aerodynamic simulator and the OpenAI Gym interface, allowing users to create various flight control tasks and design different deep RL models using RLlib, to learn corresponding optimal control strategies. The specific task we implemented to keep F16 in a steady level flight showcases the system's capabilities to build a simulation environment, model and train the agent, and learn optimal policies using PPO. Experimental findings confirm our system's scalability and adaptability to a wide range of flight control tasks and demonstrate the above task's robust performance throughout the learning and testing phases. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the altitude control problem of tandem twin rotor UAV, a PID controller based altitude control method is proposed in this paper. First of all, the dynamic and kinematic analysis of the UAV is conducted, and then a model is built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the parameters of the PID controller are optimized to achieve precise control of the UAV's altitude. The simulation results show that the proposed control method has high control accuracy and robustness, and can maintain stability even when facing external disturbances. This study provides a feasible PID control solution for altitude control of tandem twin-rotor UAV, which has certain practical application value. © 2023 IEEE.
