As wheelchair users demand support and assistance from others in order to travel, the study intends to assist physically impaired persons with their mobility, particularly those who have lost their capacity to use their legs due to paralysis, an accident, or old age, as well as those who have feeling issues. The proposed project would provide wheelchair users with location-based services using one-finger control, voice control, and GPS tracking. In comparison to the expensive imported wheelchairs now on the market, the technology will be more affordable and user-friendly. With the support of a user command, the intelligent wheelchair gadgets will be able to maneuver themselves. Users will exert less effort because to the effortless mobility. The project will primarily use an E-bike motor and motor driver, an Arduino, a GPS module, and a solar panel. The voice control signal and manual control utilizing a joystick are used by the motor driver to operate. The Arduino includes a voice-activated device for physically challenged persons who are unable to control their hand motions. Family members will be able to trace the precise position in the case of emergencies due to the usage of GPS. The system will use a solar panel in addition to it to charge the battery. As an additional security measure, an emergency power OFF (EPO) switch is included. This switch is intended to turn the system off in an emergency or when it cannot be switched off normally. Using Porteous, the project simulation is carried out. © 2023 IEEE.

During the motion of a robotic arm, its response speed and trajectory accuracy are crucial. This paper analyzes the control mode of the traditional PID controller, combines the principle of particle swarm algorithm, and studies the improved PID control based on the PSO algorithm. Simulate the optimized control effect using simulink simulation software, and compared with the tracking effect of the traditional PID controller. The simulation results show that compared to traditional PID controllers, the optimized PID control system has shorter response time, enhanced anti-interference ability, and more stable dynamic performance. It is shown that using an improved PID controller to control the motion of the robot arm can make the motion response speed faster, better suppress the interference of the external environment, and improve the accuracy of the robot arm's motion trajectory. © 2023 SPIE.

The Distributed features of village or urban level sewage plants makes it difficult to operate in a centralized manner, so its operation management and operating cost control are particularly important. Aiming to implement the centralized management and remote control of distributed sewage plants based on the Internet of things, so as to reduce the operating cost, a web-based system has been built for several sewage plants, with expert system integrated. The main functions include SCADA system that can perform remote control, alert message notification for water quality exceeding standard, multi plant linkage control, etc. The application results show that the management and control system implement the centralized management and automatic control of distributed village (or urban) sewage plants, and effectively improve the operation and maintenance efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

At present, vascular interventional surgery mainly depends on the conventional coronary angiography (CCA) and coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA). However, due to various reasons such as different imaging principles and different operation methods, both CCA and CCTA imaging technologies can only be used separately. In order to integrate the two kinds of medical image information, medical image registration technologies based on artificial intelligence have emerged. In this paper, we propose a 3D/2D coronary artery registration method based on the combination of feature and deep reinforcement learning. Based on the centerline feature, we perform a projection transformation to unify the dimensions between two modes, then design a deep reinforcement learning algorithm, complete the mapping of the state space by convolutional neural network (CNN), discretize the actions of the agent, and use the Euclidean distance to define the reward function for fine coronary artery registration. The method is used for experiments with clinical CCA and CCTA data sets, and compared with other registration algorithms. The results show that the registration error rate of the proposed method is lower than that of other algorithms, it has strong accuracy and robustness, and can handle the registration problems of complex vascular segments. © 2023 IEEE.

The Wire Cut EDM CNC turntable as an important accessory of the EDM machine tool plays an important role in ensuring the machining accuracy and controlling the surface quality of the parts. The transmission mechanism of Wire Cut EDM turntable has the problem of meshing clearance of gear transmission, which seriously affects the machining accuracy of the workpiece. This paper studies from the angle of generating the meshing clearance of gear transmission, and designs the dislocated gear automatic clearance mechanism to eliminate the meshing clearance of gear transmission. Through the dynamic analysis of the dislocated gear automatic clearance mechanism, the reliability of the force of the dislocated gear automatic clearance mechanism is verified, and the interference problem Whether occur or not in the movement process. At the same time, the limited analysis of ABAQUS software is carried out to verify the rationality of the structure design of the dislocated gear automatic clearance mechanism. Through the above series of analysis and demonstration, it is proved that the dislocated gear automatic clearance mechanism can improve the machining accuracy of the workpiece by improving the transmission accuracy. © 2024 ACM.

Virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control simulates the external characteristics of synchronous generators (SG) so that can provide inertia and frequency support to the grid in the similar behaviors of SGs. The classic VSG control use the fixed control parameters, which, however does not take advantage of the potential of fast-response feature of the power electronics. Basing on the stability features of the power system with high penetrations of inverter-based sources, the paper proposes an adaptive VSG control strategy with the virtual inertia and damping coefficients adaptively varied according to dynamic frequency of the power system. The paper analyses the effect of the proposed adaptive VSG control through the root-loci method and the small-signal stability analysis. The coefficients of the adaptive control can be optimized through the particle swarm algorithm to fulfill the best potential of the control on improving the frequency stability of the power system. A micro-grid model is served to validate the proposed adaptive VSG control and the coefficient optimization method. © 2023 IEEE.

We propose in this paper an ultra high speed buffer-latch divider. The use of a single buffer instead of a D-latch reduces the equivalent capacitance, and hence increases the speed of the divider. The free-running divider frequency is almost twice as that of the conventional DFF divider. Moreover, the new divider consumes almost the same power as the conventional one, realizing a good compromise between power and speed. Analytical expressions of the locking range, amplitude, and frequency are given, and validated using simulations. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the dynamic response and steady-state characteristics of the output voltage of the LLC resonant converter for battery synthesis, an improved linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) method is proposed. Firstly, the forward and reverse voltage gain characteristic curves of the LLC resonant converter are analyzed and a linear self-anti-disturbance controller is designed, secondly. In order to improve the response speed of the system, an improved LADRC controller with variable gain is designed. Finally, by comparing the improved LADRC with the conventional method through numerical simulations under various operating conditions, the results show that the controller proposed in this study has better performance. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the efficiency of system-onchip (SOC) functional testing (FT) and mass production testing and improve the performance of the testing system, this paper designed an SOC FT multi-site testing system based on Chroma 3380D (Tester) and FPGA. This paper is mainly introduced from the overall structure of the system, testing process, hardware and software design of the system, and put forward the innovation points of the system. Finally, some HD video decoding SOCs were tested with this system. According to the test results, the system has reached the stable FT mass production multi-site test requirements and has the ability of mass production test in the factory. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to solve the problems of unknown external interference and limited internal communication in the flight of four-rotor UAV, an attitude control algorithm based on event triggering is proposed. Firstly, a nonlinear interference observer is designed to deal with unknown external interference. Then the controller is designed based on the output of the interference observer and the sliding mode control algorithm. The controller is updated to the actuator only when the event is triggered. Lyapunov function is used to prove the stability of the system, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation. © 2023 IEEE.
