Health status assessment is a key procedure for fault prediction and health management for complex systems. To accurately evaluate the health status of complex systems, this paper proposes a health assessment method based on a directed acyclic graph and an improved Mahalanobis- Taguchi system. Firstly, the Mahalanobis distance between samples of different health statuses is calculated by using the Mahalanobis distance system, and the discrimination degree of each sample combination is analyzed and compared. Then, the multi-classification process of equipment health status is constructed by the directed acyclic graph. Next, different feature combinations are formed by the features selected in the orthogonal experiment, and the Mahalanobis- Taguchi system is constructed separately for each combination. After voting, an improved Mahalanobis- Taguchi system used to divide the final health status category is obtained. Finally, the PHM08 data provided by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration of the United States is applied to evaluate the health status of the aero-engine. © 2023 IEEE.

At present, the power electronic controller for real-time, security, reliability and other aspects of the requirements of the increasingly high, digital controller gradually replaced the traditional analog controller., this paper through the micro controller., DSP and FPGA three kinds of controller to explain., which the DSP as the core of the digital controller is the most flexible., but the DSP is a sequential execution method., is not suitable for in the high-frequency and high real-time requirements of the power electronics applications. However., the digital controller with FPGA as the core is based on the characteristics of hardware implementation and has a strong parallel processing capability, so it is suitable for applications with high frequency and high real-time requirements. On this basis., a way based on the combination of Lab Viewand FPGA is proposed., and the controller design adopts Lab Viewsoftware programming, utilizes the advantages of parallel processing of FPGA., and constructs a power electronic controller system with Lab ViewFpga as the core., which lays the foundation for the design of power electronic controllers for a wide range of applications. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents an enhanced control strategy for grid-connected inverter systems using LCL type filters. This strategy integrates a prefilter, full state feedback active damping and a resonance extended state observer, implemented in the a ß coordinate system. A second-order pre-filter is used to attenuate the grid harmonics and extract the sinusoidal component of the grid voltage. This ensures a stable output of high-quality current, especially in the case of unbalanced three-phase grid voltage and excessive grid voltage harmonics. In order to reduce the impact of disturbances (including filter parameter changes, modeling inaccuracies, non-ideal grid conditions and unknown disturbances) on the grid-connected inverter system, the Resonant Extended State Observer (RESO) is introduced. The observer estimates the actual total disturbance and compensates it in real time in the control feedforward loop, which helps to improve the long-term stability and anti-disturbance capability of the system. This strategy further employs full-state feedback active damping to mitigate the impact of LCL resonance on the system. Validation of the presented control strategy is carried out through comprehensive simulation studies using Matlab/Simulink. Demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the control method presented in this article, the simulation results validate the precision of the theoretical analysis. © 2023 IEEE.

The Deflector Jet Servo Valve (DJSV) is often exposed to operating conditions with extreme high-temperature environments. Such as, the DJSV is installed within aero engines, the ambient temperature can reach as high as 250 degrees C, and the maximum temperature of the working oil is 140 degrees C. To ensure optimal performance, the temperature distribution of DJSV under extreme high-temperature conditions is simulated by Fluent simulation software. By combining the simulation results with the actual working conditions, a new self-cooling structure of DJSV is proposed, and the cooling effect of this structure is comparatively analyzed. The results indicate that under extreme hightemperature conditions with ambient temperature conditions of 250 degrees C and working oil temperature of 140 degrees C the DJSV exhibits an overall temperature ranging from 140 degrees C to 233 degrees C. The highest temperature appears at the upper end of the torque motor shell. The temperature of the torque motor component exhibits a temperature gradient in the longitudinal direction, and ranges from143 degrees C to 222 degrees C. The torque motor exhibits a high overall temperature and significantly impacts the performance of the servo valve, which is a temperature-sensitive part. In response, a self-cooling structure is proposed, and the temperature distribution of the modified DJSV is analyzed. The analysis result indicates an overall temperature range reduced to 140 degrees C similar to 182 degrees C, in which the temperature of the torque motor component effectively reduces to 140 degrees C similar to 157 degrees C demonstrating the efficacy of the self-cooling structure. The analysis of the temperature field characteristic of the DJSV under extreme high-temperature conditions provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the DJSV.

In bipolar DC distribution systems, various types of imbalances can lead to unbalanced voltage and current distributions. Unbalanced voltages reduce the power supply quality, while unbalanced currents increase system losses. To address this issue, this paper introduces a control strategy based on the utilization of the DC electric spring (DC-ES) to suppress unbalanced voltages in bipolar DC distribution grids. Firstly, the paper investigates the coupling relationship between positive and negative pole voltages and derives the coupling matrix between the bipolar voltages and the DC-ES output voltage. Furthermore, the small signal model of the bipolar DC distribution grid containing DC-ES is derived, simplifying the control system through decoupling and improving the suppression capability. Finally, a bipolar DC distribution grid system is constructed on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform to validate the effectiveness of the proposed unbalanced voltage suppression strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

As a special I/O channel in the control system, the eTPU (Enhanced Time Processing Unit) cooperates with the host computer to complete the corresponding functions. As the most foundational and important function in the eTPU, which is completed through I/O channel. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the thread entry and the pre-defined channel mode in the process of implementing the I/O function. Through the design of thread entry and the optimal selection of the pre-defined channel mode, the I/O function can be efficiently completed. By adopting clever design ideas and optimization, eTPU can provide more accurate and efficient functions. Especially through the implementation part of this article, the usage method of eTPU is more convenient to master. © 2023 SPIE.

There are problems of initial value and DC bias in the flux observer of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which will lead to errors in the estimated electrical angle. Based on the flux observer combined with high-pass filter (HPF), a new frequency-adaptive phase compensation (FAPC) scheme is proposed in this paper. The cut-off frequency of HPF is dynamically adjusted according to the electric angular frequency of the rotor, so that the required angle compensation of the filtered signal is kept at +45 or -45 degrees, which simplifies the algorithm implementation. Experiments including steady-state test and rotation switching test are performed, which can verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

End-to-end driving behavior decision-making is a research hotspot in the field of driverless driving. This paper studies the end-to-end lane change decision control based on the PPO (Proximal Policy Optimization) deep reinforcement learning algorithm. First, an end-to-end decision control model based on PPO algorithm is established. The model uses the information perceived from the environment as the input state and outputs the control quantity (acceleration, braking, steering). Training and verification in the driving environment under the TORCS (The Open Racing Car Simulator) platform show that the model can achieve end-to-end lane change driving behavior decision-making. Finally, compared with the DDPG (Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient) model, which is also a deep reinforcement learning method, the experimental results show that the PPO lane change decision control model has a faster convergence rate. © 2023 SPIE.

Key nodes in complex networks play an important role in the structure of the entire network. Different nodes in the network often have different degrees, and the node with the highest degree in the network is usually called a key node. However, the heterogeneity of nodes is mostly neglected in the research of malware propagation models by scholars at home and abroad. Therefore, based on the SUIQMR model proposed in the industrial control coupling network and considering the role of key nodes in the network, an improved malware suppression strategy for key nodes in the immune network is obtained. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the improved malware suppression strategy, showing that the immune key nodes can effectively suppress the spread of malware. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the mining high energy density of permanent magnet direct drive all-in-one control performance and anti-interference ability, for the traditional PID control performance efficiency is not high, and the working environment changes, through the traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control control performance, puts forward a smart control method based on fuzzy PID control. The simulation model of the fuzzy PID controller is constructed and the simulation experiment is conducted. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller, compared with the traditional PID controller, has stronger reliability. © 2023 IEEE.
