In order to realize the background of large-scale data analysis and control of power equipment development based on Internet of Things, a design idea of power equipment management system and large-scale data system analysis is proposed. This paper firstly introduces the design of power industry control and control system application. The open source electronic information service platform includes customer and interactive terminal. Designing an architecture design system. Using mathematic model and analytic method to analyze, analyze and determine the major data of power supply enterprise. From the conclusion of data analysis, with the system management theory and scientific management method, the inherent regularity of enterprise management and management, the operating process and management result are revealed, which widens the evaluation in the area of energy service, and there is plenty of room for improvement. © 2023 SPIE.

This article proposes an adaptive driving control method for integrated circuits based on hierarchical routing algorithm. This method utilizes a layered routing algorithm to optimize the routing of internal circuits in integrated circuits, improving the transmission speed and stability of the circuit. Meanwhile, through adaptive control technology, the driving voltage and current are adjusted based on real-time feedback information, enabling the integrated circuit to achieve optimal performance under different operating conditions. Specifically, this scheme adopts a hierarchical graph model, dividing the circuit into multiple levels and using different wiring methods in each level, thereby reducing signal transmission delay and noise interference. Real time monitoring of circuit operation status and load changes can also be used to adjust driving voltage and current, in order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the circuit. The experimental results show that this scheme can effectively improve the performance of integrated circuits, improve control accuracy, and shorten control time. Therefore, this method has broad application prospects and can be used for adaptive driving control of various integrated circuits. © 2023 IEEE.

In the field of unpatterned wafer inspection, the biggest market share is dark field defect inspection, in which the signal-to-noise ratio limits the detection limit. In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the optical detection method based on the theory of dark-field scattered light. In this paper, the influence of the polarization characteristic of light on the scattering field is studied, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the scattering signal can be improved by controlling the polarization component of light. The results show that modulating the polarized light can achieve a higher signal-to-noise ratio. © 2023 SPIE.

The correctness of the secondary circuit protection plate for the on/off operation is a prerequisite for the correct action of various types of protection. In the context of the intelligence of various power system equipment, the intelligent operation and management of the secondary protection plate in substations is still a blind spot. This article designs an intelligent operation and "dual confirmation" error prevention and control system for the secondary voltage plate in substations based on machine vision artificial intelligence technology, creating a new intelligent operation mode for the secondary system, achieving on-site precise identification, error prevention interlocking, and digital intelligent verification of the on/off status of the secondary hard plate, completely eliminating problems such as false on/off, missed on/off, and effectively improving the verification efficiency of the secondary protection plate in substations to ensure the correctness of the on/off operation. © 2023 SPIE.

This paper presents the interconnection damping assessment-passivity based controller (IDA-PBC) for island microgrid applications with direct-drive wave energy converter (DDWEC) and hybrid energy storage system (HESS). This study utilizes a wave energy converter that oscillates in heave and drives a permanent magnet linear generator (PMLG) as a power take-off (PTO) mechanism. Unlike other control methods, IDA-PBC does not separate the control strategy into outer and inner loops. This allows for a more efficient control strategy to ensure system stability. This controller maintains the DC link voltage at the desired level by generating reference values for the current of the supercapacitor and the battery. HESS is utilized to address the difference in average and instantaneous power between the wave generation system and the DC load. The controller system is simulated by MATLAB/Simulink, and the results demonstrate that the proposed controllers successfully meet the control objectives and effectively perform under diverse operating conditions. © 2023 IEEE.

An asymmetric-square-wave voltage injection method for online inductance identification of PMSM under sensorless control

In this paper, an online inductance identification method for PMSM, which is embedded into the flux-estimation-based sensorless control, is proposed. By injecting a periodic voltage where a larger negative voltage lasts one switching cycle, and a smaller positive voltage lasts several switching cycles, the extra voltage equation is established. Then, the q-axis current can be decomposed to an asymmetric triangular wave component and a low frequency component. Using the triangular wave current and the voltage equation, an inductance identification algorithm is designed. Since the injected positive voltage can be smaller, this method overcomes the difficulty that the symmetric square wave voltage cannot be injected at high-speed range, thus expanding the application of the inductance identification. And since the triangular wave current can be accurately extracted, the interference caused by back-EMF is eliminated. To solve the problem of low accuracy and susceptibility to load disturbance in traditional sensorless control strategies, this paper combines super-twisting sliding mode observer (ST-SMO) and sliding mode load torque observer (SML TO) to improve steady and dynamic performance for sensorless control of PMSM. For the improvement of steady-state performance, the super-twisting sliding mode observer is utilized instead of the traditional sliding mode observer (TSMO) to suppress chattering, thus improving the control accuracy of the PMSM drive system. For the improvement of dynamic performance, SML TO is implemented to estimate load torque quickly and accurately and use it as feedforward compensation to reduce the effect of load disturbances on the dynamic performance of the system. Simulation results demonstrate that the system has a high accuracy of position and speed estimation and strong anti-load disturbance capability. © 2023 IEEE.

For the leader-follower consistency problem for multi-agent system with externally perturbed and actuator faults. Firstly, it designs a finite-time observer for fast evaluation and comparison of external perturbation as well as bias fault presence within the follower. Secondly, an adaptive sliding mode fault tolerant controller is proposed, which effectively increases the response speed and tracing accuracy in system and achieves the system fault tolerant consistency when the system is stored with actuator fault and external perturbation. Meanwhile, the proposed consistent control tracking algorithm is analytically proved to be stable using Lyapunov theory. Finally, the availability of the method is proven by simulation analysis. © 2024 SPIE.

Automatic Voltage control (AVC) of the power system is one of the reactive-voltage control measures. Reasonable arrangement of various control means and selection of feasible control strategies can improve the voltage quality, reduce network loss and stabilize reserve. Firstly, with the system architecture, operation mode, AVC condition, and power flow of the chain-structured hydropower, the paper analyzes the reactive power and voltage operation during AVC and the reactive power pulling problem of reactive power between stations, which is concluded that the difficulty of reactive power and voltage regulation of chain-structured hydropower lies in the multi-level regulation objectives, the coordinated regulation, and the lack of effective regulation strategy guidance. Then, the methods of voltage-reactive power regional control to solve the AVC regulation problem for chain-structured hydropower stations are proposed and discussed based on the Regional Voltage control System (RVCS) model. Finally, a voltage joint regulation model of three-station chain-structured hydropower is established for simulation. The results show that the RVCS strategy has a mitigation and correction effect on the reactive power pull phenomenon and voltage deviation problem during AVC regulation, which is of great significance to ensure the safe and economic operation of the system. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the intelligent and secure management of community access control, a design scheme of face access control system based on SSD and OneNET cloud platform is proposed. The hardware system is mainly composed of the main control module of Raspberry Pi, human infrared detection sensor, RFID card reader, Web server and OneNET cloud platform. Support multiple door opening methods: face door opening, RFID card door opening and web remote door opening. Provide a Web background management system and APP mobile terminal user system for property management and residents. Face detection adopts a simple and convenient SSD framework for training. Select MobileNet-V3 as the backbone network and train a lightweight model suitable for running on mobile devices. All access control devices are connected to the OneNET cloud platform through the Raspberry wireless WiFi module, which is used for device access, device control and unified management of devices. © 2023 SPIE.
