scientific information, such as EHRs, have become increasingly famous because of their comfort and price savings related to their use. On the side of providing an extra efficient manner of storing and reviewing affected person facts, using EHRs allows healthcare companies to study and examine healthcare tendencies and outcomes extra effectively. As the use of EHRs grows, so does the need for brand-new methods to perceive and extract medically helpful facts from the facts. Lately, there has been a growing frame of labor that uses device learning strategies to discover hidden phenotypes in EHRs. These hidden phenotypes are defined as 'information or characteristics that are not conveniently obvious from the raw EHRs information however, may be gleaned through automatic data mining and evaluation.' This newsletter focuses on the various tactics used to pick out hidden phenotypes in EHRs through machine studying, natural language processing (NLP), deep gaining knowledge of, and supervised mastering techniques. It additionally gives an outline of the most promising algorithms and discusses the challenges and possibilities associated with the usage of this era. © 2023 IEEE.

As an analog signal carrying specific information, voice has become an important means of obtaining and disseminating information in people’s social life. The purpose of speech signal processing is to extract effective speech information in complex speech environment. Speech signal has a strong time-varying characteristics. In a short time interval, the characteristics of speech signal can be regarded as basically unchanged, which is an important starting point of speech signal processing. The rate of speech recognition also depends on the accuracy and robustness of Speech signal feature extraction. Therefore, Speech signal feature extraction plays an important role in speech signal processing applications. By comparing the time-frequency resolution of Fourier transform and fractional Fourier transform in noisy background, the unique advantages of fractional Fourier transform to frequency-varying signals are further clarified.

As information technology is constantly developing towards networking, various network embedding methods have emerged to deeply explore the inherent characteristics of network data. There is limited research using network topology information and node attribute information in the N ode2vec algorithm of network structure. This study develops a new sampling method to use the ability of wavelet coefficients to describe structure information, introducing wavelet coefficients sampling to replace traditional sampling methods. The new sampling measurement method combined with spatial neural networks can simultaneously consider topology information and node attributes. This study conduct a series of node classification experiments using samples with different sizes and neighborhoods from publicly available datasets in various fields to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm. The findings of this study suggest that we can effectively improve algorithm performance by using the characteristics of wavelet coefficients to sample nodes and combining it with spatial neural networks as a new sampling method.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) plays an imperative role in the clinical diagnosis of heart disease and heart abnormalities. In order to obtain the original ECG signal morphology, the wavelet threshold technique is usually used for ECG signal de-noising, in which threshold function and thresholds play very important role. In this paper, an improved threshold function with adjustable shape parameter was structured to improve the problems of the constant deviation in soft threshold function and the discontinuousness in hard threshold function. And then, an optimization strategy based on artificial bee colony algorithm with mean square error (MSE) as the objective function is embedded into the process of de-noising to quickly determine the optimal shape parameter and thresholds. Subsequently, a series of the simulation experiment are carried out by using two benchmark signals and real ECG signal with different noise levels. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the MSE after de-noising are used as evaluation index of the proposed method. The evaluation results demonstrate that the improved threshold function shows a better performance than the traditional threshold functions under different noise levels, and the proposed method is effective for the selections of the optimal shape parameter and thresholds in ECG signal de-noising. © VDE VERLAG GMBH - Berlin - Offenbach.

Seismic trace density is an important parameter that plays a key role in determining the quality and resolution of seismic images. While a seismic fold map is calculated for a specific bin size, trace density is defined as the number of traces per square kilometer and therefore is a more reliable measure of the sufficient spatial sampling rate of the seismic wavefield. We have examined the trace density effect on the resolution of seismic gathers and stacks by decimating a densely acquired real 3D seismic survey with various geometries and then using 5D interpolation algorithms to reconstruct the missing seismic records. Using linear-type (zigzag or sinusoidal) geometries can lead to fewer seismic cutlines compared to the conventional orthogonal surveys and hence can substantially reduce the environmental footprints of seismic surveys. However, it is important to increase the trace density of linear-type geometries to equal the trace density of matching orthogonal geometries in order to obtain the desired signal-to noise ratios, particularly for datasets requiring AVO-compliant processing and pre-stack analyses. We will present and compare seismic data interpretability for several geometries with varying trace densities. © 2023 Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Digitization is the inevitable trend of cultural heritage protection and research, and the structural measurement of cultural relics is an important basis for three-dimensional (3D) digitization, and it is also a necessary prerequisite for other digital derivative work. Taking ceramic artifacts as an example, this paper explores the comprehensive, accurate and efficient measurement of the size of cultural relics, and realizes the comprehensive 3D digitization. The 3D data model of cultural relics was obtained by 3D scanner, and the model was processed and measured by Geomagic series software, so as to obtain the one-dimensional size parameters, overall and local area and volume information of cultural relics. The experimental results show that this method was convenient, fast and accurate, which was of great significance for understanding the structure of cultural relics, and provides a reliable basis for the comprehensive digital display and subsequent protection research of cultural relics. © 2023 SPIE.

This article's goals include providing a framework for interpersonal and communication to safeguard welfare services and assess how well the innovation ecosystem is now understood. An essay starts with an overview or description of "urban area"This viewpoint includes neighborhood services, modern amenities, or smart infrastructure. Information and technology, digital operations use, monitoring, and interconnection, amongst other things. The section that follows examines various urban planning concerns, either administration or expansion. Utilizing diverse technologies effectively is made possible by innovative information about towns or an answer to a question concerning high-quality public infrastructure. An innovative method of managing networks is the Software Defined Network (SDN) architecture. Unlike switches in a conventional network computing environment, changes in SDN do not process inbound sachets in the similar means. If no inbound packets are identified after searching the linking tables, they are passed to the control system, the SDN's operating system, for processing. A Spread Denial of Service (DoS) outbreak poses the biggest risk to the cyber security of an SDN *** system or application layers of the disease-ridden devices connected to the system will be the target of the attack. The approach for determining whether incoming packets are contaminated or not is clever machine learning-based, and it is proposed in this paper. In the context of smart cities, the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) has newly drawn more and more attention. The purpose of this study is to perform a works assessment to examine the role of AI in the various parts of smart towns given the relevance of the topic. This study's technique combines a thorough literature evaluation to find the most pertinent papers with reference system investigation to reveal the subtleties of the subject. Obtaining 3D surface information and physical material information of an object from images is an essential research prospect in computer vision and computer graphics. Image-based 3D reconstruction is to extract the 3D depth information of the scene and objects from single or multiple images through specific algorithms to reconstruct the 3D model of objects or locations with robust realism, which has fast reconstruction speed, simple equipment, realistic effect, and minor technical data, which can better realize the virtualization of natural objects.

The rapid increase in demand for freshwater due to population growth and the emergence of different industrial sectors, specifically the agricultural sector, consumes huge quantities of water, while the effects of global warming pose a serious threat to food security and water availability. M2M refers to the use of sensors and intelligence to connect physical assets such as physical assets or consumer devices to the Internet and these things in turn will connect to the Internet through the Internet of Things (IoT) communications. Since the vision and model have existed, the number and types of connected things have grown, along with technologies for capturing, processing, and sharing data. This m2m technology was founded on mesh technology, and the communication protocol is MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport. It is a lightweight messaging protocol developed for constrained devices and networks with high latency, low capacity, or unstable networks. In this paper, it will be constructed with two solar-powered charging stations. There are twoseparate batteries for two charging stations. One is Main charging station and another is supportive charging station. If the voltage of one battery drops, another station will share the voltage from the battery it has. For whatever reason that fails, the battery will be charged from the national grid and supplied to the load. All the data, notification & information will be stored in a local server.
