Modeling High Dimensional signal data (HDSD) is challenging due to statistical complexities and an imbalance of noise to signal data, which creates ground truth problems. Likewise, enabling recognition and detection analytics on the information-bearing portion of the noise-obscured HDSD is computationally cost-prohibitive due to the unprecedented size, speed, and scale of HDSD. Consequently, human experts often out-perform Deep Learning (DL) algorithms at HDSD recognition. This is problematic due to the spectrum of applications reliant on accurate HDSD detection. These include multi-sensor and biologic signal detection, virus outbreak surveillance, genetic association identification, image, audio, and sonar processing, source separation for speech identification, astrophysical source detection, financial time series, and satellite payload processing. To solve this problem and facilitate favorable DL outcomes, synthetic data possessing enough positive samples is needed to balance the HDSD dataset. Research reveals an entangled Quantum Generative Adversarial Network (QGAN) utilizing parameterized quantum circuits for the QGAN Generator (QGEN) and Discriminator (QDIS) exhibit an exponential advantage over a classical-GAN when generating highly accurate and cost-effective synthetic data. Using this method, an unsupervised TensorFlow-Quantum QGAN is prepared from Cirq Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) circuits. The QGEN and QDIS create new statistically consistent synthetic HDSD from real data;thereby solving the ground truth problem. Next, TensorFlow-GPU facilitates classical-DL to train the new synthetic HDSD dataset. Once validated, the TensorFlow model is exported to the production Vertica analytics tier for fast and accurate ML inference, where the HDSD is instantly identified and classified at ingest.

Ahstract—The inspiration for this project is to limit and curtail the difficulties and issues related to the Bus transport framework in any organization i.e schools, colleges, and universities. There is no denying the fact that the Transport Division of these organizations faces challenges in certain issues day to day related to transport, and our commitment is to limit the issues identified with it. The fundamental issues are optimization of the number of buses, identifying the entrance of unauthorized individuals, multiple reservations of the seat by one student, and lack of data to minimize the issues. It is a system where the user can maintain his bus reservation system with the process of biometrics which will be placed at the entrance of the bus. To stop multiple reservations in various buses by one individual a network between two or more buses are done by the wireless network so that if one student reserve a seat in one bus and also try to reserve a seat on another bus at a time the system will be shown that already he has reserved a seat in a bus. In this way, the authority can monitor how many seats are booked and how many seats are available. This system can facilitate any transport Division of any educational Institution to manage Transport facilities in a very cost effective and efficient way.

A method integrating rapidly-exploring random tree (RRT) and improved dynamic window approach (DWA) is proposed to realize obstacle avoidance of mobile robots in complex dynamic obstacle environments. Based on the known environment information, the global optimal safe path is generated using the improved RRT algorithm. To address the problem of too many invalid nodes in the expansion of the RRT algorithm, the efficiency of the algorithm is improved by introducing a bidirectional alternating search (BAS) strategy;the forward search tree and the backward search tree alternate searching paths with new nodes as the target nodes until the paths meet;and the redundant nodes in the paths are removed using path node filtering to shorten the path. Secondly, the DWA algorithm is used to track the improved RRT algorithm to plan the path. When unknown obstacles appear in the environment, the weights of the DWA algorithm evaluation function are dynamically adjusted by fuzzy control to avoid the obstacles and return to the original route in time. Finally, the simulation experiments verify that the proposed improved fusion algorithm in complex dynamic environment has short running time, small path cost, and always keeps a safe distance from the obstacles to ensure the optimal path is tracked while safely avoiding the dynamic obstacles. © 2023 SPIE.

Whether it is learning a language or traveling abroad, translation is a skill that must be mastered. Traditional human translation is too slow and expensive. Therefore, in the integration and development of artificial intelligence and translation industry, intelligent translation has become the main direction of scientific research and exploration. On the basis of understanding the current development status of intelligent translation, this paper designs the content of intelligent recognition English translation model based on improved machine translation algorithm and analyzes its application value from the perspective of practical application. In this paper, an intelligent recognition model for English translation is proposed to solve the problem of the low accuracy of the traditional algorithm model. Based on the improved algorithm framework, an intelligent recognition model of automatic search, data acquisition, processing, and output planning is designed to collect and process English signals in a planned way and extract characteristic parameters to realize intelligent recognition of English translation. Experimental analysis shows that the designed English translation recognition model has high accuracy and can meet the needs of English translation work.

Employee churn is a notable nuisance for organizations to maintain a cost-effective position and brand strategy. This research has proposed an integrated approach to overcome this issue systematically. All employees in this study were divided into three categories using a combination of machine learning algorithms and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques. The techniques for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) have been consolidated. The dataset's feature importance was retrieved, and AHP was used to determine the criteria that caused the most turnover. TOPSIS was given the derived criterion weights from AHP to rank every personnel according to their propensity to depart the organization. To estimate staff turnover, seven machine learning algorithms were applied. After comparing the results, the Random Forest algorithm produces the best accuracy for assessing employee churn.

Over the past ten years, technological development has accelerated. It has attained human-like performance in various tasks involving natural language processing. Numerous studies are being undertaken in this area, and natural language programming tools have been developed (which take natural language description and generates source code). By utilizing natural language programming, communicating with machines can be possible without grasping the syntax of each programming language individually. Several tools have been developed with features such as code completion, the generation of brief code samples, and code suggestions. This paper presents a method capable of generating source code from a natural language description. In this work, transformer-based language model is employed and trained it with the PHP dataset collected from multiple platforms. Thus, the model can generate PHP code using natural language. PHP is a common server-side scripting language. PHP is used by 77.4% of all websites, according to a W3Tech research. Moreover, the model has been tested on various problems, and the results are rather encouraging. The model is able to achieve 85% accuracy, while tested on 40 sample problems. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.

Aiming at the problem including insufficient accuracy of the giant-magnetostrictive brake by wire environment perception system in sensing target motion in complex environments and the noise of millimeter-wave radar during data collection, a Kalman filter method is proposed to predict the target distance and speed, and MATLAB simulation has verified its feasibility and effectiveness. The simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of the target through the millimeter-wave radar data can be centimeter level, which improves the perception accuracy of the environment perception system to the target, and it provides a good basis for the date fusion for millimeter-wave radar and other sensors.
