A RRAM has been recently emerged because of its high potential for future semiconductor memory technologies in 4.0 era. This article demonstrates a 16 x 16 crossbar-structured organic RRAM array fabricated from a composite of Au nanoparticle and P3HT polymer matrix and an electrode layer made using a commercial ink-jet printer of Epson T60. Electrical measurements indicated that the memory device can be reversibly switched at a voltage pulse of -5/5 V for 1 mu s. The typical device exhibited highly reliable with the stable retention time characteristics with a large on/off current ratio of 2000 at 0.5 V. In addition, in order to demonstrate practical application of the organic RRAM device in data storage, an encoder system including a socket, readout circuit and a computer program was constructed. The difference in the resistance state of organic RRAM array can be sensed and converted to the binary values of "1" or "0" in ASCII table code thanks to the encoder system. The method described here can be contributed in the progress of study on the emerging memory for smart devices.

in the present study, a signalprocessing unit for a GEM one-dimensional array detector is presented to measure the trajectory of photoelectrons produced by cosmic X-rays. The present GEM array detector system has 16 signal channels. The front-end unit provides timing signals from trigger units and energy signals from charge sensitive amplifies. The prototype of the processing unit is implemented using commercial field programmable gate array circuit boards. The FPGA based system is linked to a personal computer for testing and data analysis. Tests using simulated signals indicated that the FPGA-based signalprocessing unit has a good linearity and is flexible for parameter adjustment for various experimental conditions

The main objective of designing the project is provide good scalability and increase networks lifespan. Sensor networks faces consequences such as insufficient amount of resources and they are susceptible to environmental condition, thus decreasing lifespan of sensor node. To resolve such issues multi user multiple-input/output (MU-MIMO) system is established in that multi cluster heads are implemented in each cluster to facilitate dual data uploading and to balance workload. Wireless sensor networks which works as a sensor nodes senses the data and SenCar collects information from environment. Then data is forwarded to sink node from SenCar via single or multiple hops. WSN is proved to be a effective in fields like medical, military, home etc. But authentication is essential in such fields. To provide authentication sink generates questions based on selection of SenCar node. An intruder might come and collect whole data in each cluster. To avoid such arrival of intruder, sink uploads the answer to SenCar node for multiple cluster head location based questions.

In hyperspectral image analysis, the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is most commonly used dimensionality reduction (DR) technique. This feature extraction method is known as PCA-DR. But PCA suffers from high computational cost and large memory requirement while applying to hyperspectral image. In this paper, the dimensionality reduction is carried out using PCA and its variants such as Segmented-PCA (Seg-PCA), and Folded-PCA (F-PCA).
