Multispectral image fusion is a kind of process of synthesis and processing for multispectral image data. On the basis of optoelectronic imaging technique, the imaging process & feature of low light level(LLL) TV system are analyzed & the principle and processing construction of multispectral LLL TV image fusion are discussed. The proper combination of low light level camera and optical filters is used to implement multispectral image fusion experiment at night for outdoor static scene by the aid of computer. The results of experiment indicate that multispectral low light level image fusion has improved the capability for recognizing targets.

This paper presents a pivotal contribution to multimodal bio-signalprocessing for robotic control applications, leveraging cutting-edge Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology to unlock new frontiers in accuracy, efficiency, and real-time control. The comprehensive hardware implementation strategy is characterized by the strategic utilization of a Fast Fourier Transform/ Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (FFT/IFFT) - based filtering algorithm optimized for Electroencephalography (EEG) signalprocessing. Concurrently, an inventive movement classification methodology powered by Electrooculography (EOG) signals is introduced. The core proposition of the paper revolves around the implementation of an EEG and EOG-driven Multi Input Single Output (MISO) control system, intended for the control of rehabilitation robots. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation in LabVIEW. The algorithm has been seamlessly integrated into the MyRio 1900 hardware platform, leveraging the immense processing power of a Xilinx FPGA.

The in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) branches imbalance leads to mirror subcarrier interference and worsens the performance of zero-intermediate frequency (zero-IF)-based orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. To tackle the signal detection issue of in-phase/quadrature imbalance (IQI) at the transceiver, a deep learning-based approach is proposed by using the convolutional neural network. Specifically, the network model and parameters are well-designed based on the features of the channel impulse response and the mirror interference of IQI. To verify the designed model, it is first trained by simulated data under the off-line training and then used directly to recover the on-line transmitted data. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method shows excellent performance in processing OFDM signals under the case of IQI and it is more robust than traditional methods even without cyclic prefix.

In this paper we propose a gesture perception algorithm using compact one-dimensional representation of spatio-temporal motion-field patches. At the learning stage, motion-field patches are randomly extracted and stored as templates. When generating feature vectors for video sequences, we compare stored templates with video, calculate maximum similarities and save those values as elements of feature vectors. In order to reduce the complexity of patch calculation, we project the spatio-temporal motion data in patches both in space and time spans. Preliminary gesture perception experiments were conducted and promising results are obtained despite its simplified procedures.
