This paper presents an intelligent test system for printed circuit board of control and protective switching device. The optical isolation circuits and signal conditioning circuits are applied in the system to realize signal conversion. PCI-6133 and PCI-6229 are used for data acquisition. Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench is employed to develop testing software completing dataprocessing, waveform display, calculation and analysis. The operation result indicates that the intelligent test system has high precision, strong anti-interference, high efficiency and good real-time properties.

Measuring noise becomes one of the major factors to influence comparison result precision after correcting each time delay error in GPS Common View (GPS CV) comparison data. So it is the key to filter and smooth measuring noises of GPS CV observed data, which affect the precision for GPS CV comparison results directly. In order to eliminate GPS CV measuring noises, the de-noise mean on wavelet transform was studied. The method of threshold wavelet de-noise is to use wavelet transform technique to decompose and reconstruct signal with noise, and confine the thresholds of wavelet coefficients so as to eliminate the noise from signal. This paper presents an application of the wavelet threshold de-noise to filtering random noise from GPS observed data. The results show that wavelet filtering noise methods are effective and satisfied in filtering GPS CV measuring noises.

The purpose of this paper is to prove the validity of wavelet theory. By comparing with traditional filtering and Fourier Transform Algorithm, we found that the wavelet theory has a good filtering effect, which has a simple mathematical operation, better dataprocessing results and low requirement on data quantity. This method is suitable for online detection of rotor balancing. We find that the wavelet theory has a good filtering effect and demanded less dates, simple mathematical operation, and better dataprocessing results. Wavelet transform is suitable for online detection of the rotor balancing. From the balance tests, we got some representative waveforms and experimental data. It is proved that the signal extraction algorithm is effective and engineering practicable. Much more satisfied results can be gained from wavelet method.
