A touching test system of self-made double shields with platinum sensors was constructed to test original weak electrical signals in the jasmine. Tested data of electrical signals denoised by the wavelet soft threshold firstly and then using Gaussian radial base function (RBF) as time series at a delayed input window chosen at 50. An intelligent RBF forecasting system was set up to forecast the signal in plants. Testing result shows that the spectrum of signals of the jasmine was <4.0 Hz. The signal of the jasmine is a sort of weak, low frequency and un-placidity signals. The de-noised method for processing the weak electric signal of plants is effectively and it is feasible to forecast the plant electrical signals for a short period. The forecast data can be used as an important preference for the intelligent control system based on the adaptive characteristic of plants to achieve the energy saving on agricultural production both the greenhouse and/or the plastic lookum. It is not only an important calculating parameter, but also provides a novel content and method in microelectronics and bioinformatics respectively.

Based on the motivation by computational challenges in microarray data analysis, we propose a fuzzy hyper-cluster analysis as a new framework for pattern classification using such type of data. This approach uses hyperplanes to represent the cluster centers in the fuzzy c-means algorithm. We present in this position paper the formulation of a hyperplane-based fuzzy objective function and suggest possible solutions. Fuzzy hyper-clustering approach appears to have potential as a novel alternative to analyze microarray gene expression data. Furthermore, the proposed hyper-clustering algorithm is not only confined to microarray data analysis but can be used as a general approach for classifying closely related features.

This paper introduces a DSP optimization model based on data structure transformation and memory schedule for real-time image process. This model implements 4 critical methods: image block, image dimension reduction, DMA transfer and ping-pong cache, which makes use of DSP hardware feature and optimizes the data schedule among the external and internal memory and CPU, while processing 2D digital signal such as images and video frames. This model provides a common strategy which can be used in the most of linear image process circumstances. In this paper, we present a novel multi-ensemble technique for decision fusion of bimodal information. Exploiting the dichotomic property of 2D emotion model, various ensembles are built from given bimodal dataset containing multichannel physiological measures and speech. Through synergistic combination of the ensembles we investigated parametric schemes of decision-level fusion. Up to 18% of improved recognition accuracies are achieved compared to the results from unimodal classification.

The data have been cleaned from noise and disturbances and has been dimensionally reduced using Principal Component Analysis. In this work we describes the design and engineering of a floating-point (FP) data-acquisition system for 16-channel electrochemical (EC) measurement. The system has both automatic gain and peak detection feature. The gain is set automatically dependent on the input amplitude so that at least 13-bit conversion resolution is maintained for the EC signal in the wide range from 48nA to 16mA. Peak detectors (PD) are used to acquire the peak signal accurately and automatically to avoid missing important information in the multi-channel EC detection. The system consists of 16 uniform automatic gain control (AGC) subsystems that operate in parallel. Compared with most of the other AGC systems, the mixed analog/digital implementation presented here operates without ADC sampling and software processing, so that the gain-setting time is minimized to 20ns. For the simple but efficient control mechanism, all digital circuits of the system can be integrated into a small-scale FPGA chip. Compared with commercial EC instrument, these characters make this FP data-acquisition system ideal for in situ or field multi-channel EC measurements.
