In this paper, the authors conclude systematically the ITU-T Recommendation H series and T series on Audio-graphic and audio-visual multimedia services according to the research works on multimedia communication which our research lab has been doing these years as well as our experience of participating the research and discussion works of ITU-T standard files on image and multimedia communication which was held by the telecommunication department in order to establish our country's own corresponding standards.

A set of FPGA software system for video signalprocessing circuit is designed in this paper. The system uses FPGA as the core logic control and uses high speed serial transceiver chip tlk2711 as the interface of data transmission. This paper describes the main components of the software and the realization method of the modular design of FPGA, and gives the simulation waveforms and debug results of the main modules. The test results show that the data transmission interfaces provided by the system have a data rate of 6.4Gbps, which can meet the testing requirements of the satellite camera video processing functions and greatly improve the data transmission rate and accuracy.

A new partial common-offset common reflection surface (CO CRS) stacking method is developed in this paper to enhance the quality of sparse low fold seismic data. A multiparameter CO CRS traveltime formula is applied to compute partially stacked CRS supergathers, which have improved signal-to-noise ratio compared with the original data and are regularized by filling the gaps in cases of missing traces. These improved prestack data can be used in many conventional processing steps, e.g., velocity analysis or prestack depth migration instead of the original data. Application on model data reveals that comparing with the image section obtained from the original seismic data, the image section by the application of depth migration with the CO CRS supergathers improves not only the signal-to-noise ratio but also the continuity of reflection events, which has better imaging results.

The labor intensity and danger can be reduced by using humanoid manipulator instead of manual operation. For better use of a humanoid manipulator, a design method of tactile sensor of humanoid manipulator is proposed in this paper. The method takes PVDF piezoelectric film as the sensing material of the sensor, and the output pressure signal of PVDF is processed by a signal conditioning circuit to realize piezoelectric conversion, filtering and amplitude adjustment, then different morphological characteristics of the tactile and slip signals are analyzed through dataprocessing. The experimental results show that the tactile sensor designed in this paper can effectively analyze the tactile signal and the slip signal in three-dimensional space.

For ship detection in remote sensing, the labeled synthetic aperture radar (SAR) ship images are far less than optical ship images, which limited the development of SAR ship detection and classification. In this paper, an optical-to-SAR transformation method is proposed to transforming the well labeled optical ship images to SAR ship images. Based on electromagnetic theory, the backscattering and reflection mechanism is analyzed and modeled into the transformation. A background iteration method based on probability theory is also proposed to learn the distribution of SAR ship images. The result shows that the proposed method can transform the optical ship images to SAR ship images with the confidence coefficient of 84.643%.
