A data analytics predictive analysis aids to unlock the knowledge of the decision maker in the development of the organization to addressing the malnutrition in implementing government projects in the City of Legazpi, Philippines. Malnutrition is one of the results of poverty in the country mostly the younger age Filipinos. The study aims to apply data Analytics in analyzing the factor that affects its malnutrition. The researchers evaluated the parameters that have significant contribution in deciding malnutrition. The correlation of the parameters in deciding malnutrition and the level of malnutrition per barangay in the city were also determined. The Rural Health Unit of Legazpi City collects the demographic data of the resident per barangay in determining malnutrition in city. A data Analytics tool was used in extracting, classifying, analyzing and evaluating data that may cause malnutrition in the city. In the results, it shows that the attribute location under the coastal area is more significant in determining the malnutrition in the city. From these findings, the correlation analysis of the data shows that the malnutrition in the city of Legazpi has decreased by 0.24% over-all. However, in the coastal area increases by 0.3%. It is also show in the prediction analysis that the coastal area is significant to the malnutrition. The paper will lead to the Local Government Unit in addressing the factor of malnutrition increase and implement programs which are actually needed in solving the problem.

This paper proposes a new robust watermarking algorithm. Application of this algorithm to copyright protection is studied. The new watermarking system is robust against known attacks such as: lossy compression and general signalprocessing operations. This algorithm uses the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) for the watermarking process. It is compared with the well known Spread Spectrum Algorithm which is done by Cox et al [1]. It embeds the watermark in a different way. It is of high data payload and high robustness in comparison to existing ones. The detection phase is blind - which gives it an advantage over most existing algorithms. Experimental study and analysis are introduced at the end of this paper

With the improvement of security regarding mobile phones and applications, incomplete data extraction arose due to utilizing one single method. In addition, there are various authority verification windows that need to be clicked manually, which affects the investigation efficiency. In this paper, a new automatic backup method of Android is proposed using UI-Automator automatic test mode to monitor, identify and click the prompt window of Android terminal intelligently. At the same time, this method utilizes the automatic backup module to simulate backup protocol of various manufacturers, and extract the backup of Android terminal through self-realized protocol.

The Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are able to learn basic and high level features hierarchically with the highlight that it implements an end-to-end learning method. However, lacking in the ability to utilize prior information and domain knowledge has led to the neural networks hard to train. In this paper, a method using prior information is proposed, which is by appending prior feature-maps through a bypass input structure. As an implementation, we evaluate a convolutional neural network integrating with the Self-Quotient Image (SQI) algorithm. Through the bypass, we import the feature-maps from the SQI algorithm and concat them with the output of the first convolution layer. With the help of traditional image processing methods, CNNs can directly improve the accuracy and training stability, while the bypass is exactly a consistent point. Finally, the necessity of this bypass pattern is that it avoids the direct modification of original images. As CNNs are able to focus on far richer features than basic image processing methods, it is advisable for us to expose CNNs to the original data. It is exactly the main design idea that we make the output from synergistic processing algorithm bypass from the side.

Advanced Metering Infrastructures (AMI) play a significant role in remote energy meter reading. A typical Power Line Communication (PLC) metering scheme can suffer from data transfer bottlenecks. On the one hand, the Meter data Management system (MDM) requires costly contracts with wireless providers to acquire data from data Concentrator Units (DCU), on the other hand PLC can become unreliable as a means of communicating energy measurements between Smart Meters (SM), and DCUs. In this article, the authors propose and compare two possible approaches to developing a sparse reporting technique which could enable electrical energy distribution companies to sacrifice some measurement accuracy in order to significantly reduce data volumes that need to be transferred regularly over expensive or precarious networks. A number of forecasting models are described in detail and evaluated in simulation using nine months worth of energy data collected from a sample of five hundred smart meters.

Foot-mounted Inertial Pedestrian Position System ( FIPPS) plays an important role for indoor position application. It can be used in the environment without GNSS such as firefighting and military. However, the accumulating position error produced by the MIMU measurement noise, makes the system for long time position impossible. Zero Velocity Update ( ZUPT) is a proposed algorithm to reduce position error for FIPPS. For ZUPT, Kalman filter is used to estimate and compensate the position error. However, because the heading misalignment angle cannot be observed by ZUPT, part of the position error caused by heading misalignment angle cannot be compensated. According to the problem above, this paper shows the improving FIPPS position algorithms we proposed in recent years, including: a) Adaptive Gradient Descent Fast-Initial Alignment Algorithm for solving the problem of the inaccuracy initial attitude resulting in the position error;b) the FR-data algorithm for solving the stable problem when the pedestrian walking fast;c) Adaptive Inertial/ Magnetometer Positioning Algorithm and Improved Attitude Algorithm for improving the heading misalignment angle observability;d) Dual-foot positioning algorithm based on Adaptive Inequality Constraints Kalman filter for correcting the position error. Finally, performance of the FIPPS improve algorithm is tested using MTi-G710 MIMU.
