Sign language, the vibrant tapestry of hand gestures and facial expressions, is the lifeblood of Deaf and hardof-hearing communities. For millions of signers, American Sign Language (ASL) runs deeper than communication, fundamental to identity, expression, and belonging. And yet an unshakeable communication gap leaves users of ASL frequently marooned away from the hearing world, kept from education, healthcare, or employment, or from basic, everyday transactions. By posing this new unsolved challenge to the power and promise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), this work leads the way towards closing that chasm by real-time recognition and translation of full ASL. Our approach employs a novel variant of Random Forest and utilizes cutting-edge video processing techniques to identify and understand the nuanced, often exquisitely delicate detail of ASL signing, at unprecedented levels of accuracy, and at speed. Another layer of innovation that characterizes our work is our integration of augmented reality (AR). By embedding AR along with our translator of artificial intelligence tech, we intend to completely change the way American Sign Language (ASL) is conveyed by directly engraining our already robust Random Forest model and advanced video processing techniques to project the ASL translation directly into your visual field in real time. The goal to demystify this complex and vivid language and, in doing so, to remove the communication barriers that persist between the Deaf community and the rest of the world, thus, fostering inclusion. © 2024 IEEE.

Prospective 5th (5G) telecommunication has very good expectations for service quality in areas include bandwidth utilization, congestion, power efficiency, and number of nodes. More significantly, IoT is needed for extensive network infrastructure. Short wavelength transmission, light authenticity, optical image transmission, and free storage photonic are all examples of coherent optical communication (OWC) technologies that may be beneficial in easing the widespread adoption of 5G and the Internet of Things. Applications of OWC connections to 5G and IoT solutions are explained in detail in this article. High - speed wireless services like videoconference, mobile devices, greater Internet access, etc. need relatively high upcoming wireless modern communications. Current signal repeaters only handle a measly few thousand megabits per second (Mbps) of data transmission. Recently, large implementations in semiconductor devices lighting technology have fueled renewed interest in optical wired (OW), a potential complimentary solution for RF technology. The objective of this study was to analyze and synthesize key generation in OW communication, with just a focus on the merits that optical wireless systems would provide to the future era of wireless networks. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposes the design and construction method of mobile phone digital creative creation system based on machine learning. In this paper, its architecture, design and implementation are described in detail. The machine learning method based on gradient lifting regression tree is used to obtain the interaction between the communication of each process. Through the statistical analysis of the relevant data, the correlation degree of each digital creative creation is obtained. The analysis of experimental data. Further reduce the technical barriers of mobile terminal digital creativity, and improve the commercial content innovation and service efficiency of mobile terminal digital creativity.

According to World Health Organization, the main and primary reason for a large number of deaths globally is Arrhythmia. To reduce the number of deaths globally due to cardiovascular problems, the proper identification of CVDs is necessary and the patients should be provided with efficient treatment as quickly as possible. In this proposed study, initially input building takes place where the heartbeat is divided into four input layers. Initially, three inputs are convolved and fed to the max pooling layer following which the result in the form of a time series data is fed to the LSTM network. Subsequently, fully connected dense layers are employed and the resulting output is concatenated with RR intervals features, which are the fourth input layer and eventually the result is fed to the last fully connected dense layer where Softmax is employed as the activation function to classify the ECG signal into four types of heartbeats as per the ANSI/AAMI standards. Our deep CNN-LSTM model is used for Patient-specific and Patient-independent classification. For Patient-dependent/Specific classification, accuracy obtained was 91.77% while for patient-independent scheme the accuracy obtained was 94.72%. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

As wheelchair users demand support and assistance from others in order to travel, the study intends to assist physically impaired persons with their mobility, particularly those who have lost their capacity to use their legs due to paralysis, an accident, or old age, as well as those who have feeling issues. The proposed project would provide wheelchair users with location-based services using one-finger control, voice control, and GPS tracking. In comparison to the expensive imported wheelchairs now on the market, the technology will be more affordable and user-friendly. With the support of a user command, the intelligent wheelchair gadgets will be able to maneuver themselves. Users will exert less effort because to the effortless mobility. The project will primarily use an E-bike motor and motor driver, an Arduino, a GPS module, and a solar panel. The voice control signal and manual control utilizing a joystick are used by the motor driver to operate. The Arduino includes a voice-activated device for physically challenged persons who are unable to control their hand motions. Family members will be able to trace the precise position in the case of emergencies due to the usage of GPS. The system will use a solar panel in addition to it to charge the battery. As an additional security measure, an emergency power OFF (EPO) switch is included. This switch is intended to turn the system off in an emergency or when it cannot be switched off normally. Using Porteous, the project simulation is carried out. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposes a transient stability prediction and preventive control system for power systems. Firstly, the functional framework and software module of the system are introduced. Then the transient load of the distribution system is calculated and the data characteristics based on BP neural network are obtained. Using the data overflow control method, the transient load threshold is determined, and the monitoring and warning level is divided. It is found that the transient load monitoring of distribution network based on abnormal data flow established in this project has achieved good results in improving monitoring accuracy and reducing monitoring error rate.

The purpose of the paper is to design a Solar PV Operated E-Power tiller for agriculture use. The design of an electrically driven Solar PV Operated E-Power tiller has three primary purposes, the first of which is to reduce the quantity of fuel used;the second of which is to maintain a pollution-free environment, and the third of which is to avoid a price increase. The results of this study will also help in the development of a prototype for a portable charging station, which will be put to use in order to keep the tractor's battery charged. In order to carry out this project, two brushless DC (BLDC) motors, each of which has 1.34 horsepower, were used. A lithium-ion battery served as the only source of power for the motors. In full running condition, the battery can provide backup for up to 5 hours. The speed of the shaft on the power tiller cultivator is 339.23 rpm. This system is equipped with the necessary brakes, steering controls, and controls for the pace at which the cultivator blades rotate. Both the structural design of this and the simulation of the system were done in MATLAB Simulink. Solidworks was used for the structural design. The system functioned without any issues, and the information that was gathered fell within the parameters of what was considered to be acceptable in relation to the standards that had been established. © 2023 IEEE.
