Image segmentation is the process of partitioning or dividing an image into a number of sub images, segments, regions or clusters with similar attributes. This is the initial but most important step in the image analysis to gather necessary information. There are number of methods for the segmentation of satellite images such as region growing, threshold based methods, edge detection based methods, fuzzy based methods, neural based methods, genetic based methods etc. For the segmentation and extraction of information from satellite images, various approaches have been proposed. Both soft and non-soft computing methods have been applied on satellite images to obtain meaningful clusters. Even though, many literatures are available for non-soft computing methods, only a limited number of authors have proposed soft computing based segmentation of satellite images. In this work, soft computing based approaches have been discussed and applied on CIELch color space transformed satellite images. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2018.

In recent years, with the impact of climate change and human activities, the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources change significantly. data storage, computing and analysis of water resources data have become increasingly difficult. The traditional data storage and management technology are very difficult to handle current water resources data. In this case, the big data technology is used to tackle this challenging water resources management issue in the social and economic development. This paper, for the first time, addresses three key issues of designing and implementing distributed water resources big data management system. The performance and advantages of water resources big data system are evident in terms of data access, computing and analysis speed.

Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. However, the cancer's region is subtle, variability and irregular. In the traditional diagnostic way, clinicians' diagnosis relies on manual delineations which are time consuming and require rich prior experience. Recently, the deep learning architecture of U-Net and Dual Path Network (DPN) apply well in the biomedical segmentation and nature scene respectively. However, U-Net cannot extract abundance texture information from the data and DPN cannot utilize the information of shallow layer and deep layer closely. Moreover, both of them are applied on the slices of images instead of 3D images directly, which discard the anatomic context in 3D spatial domain. Consequently, this paper proposed a novel 3D convolutional network-Dual Path U-Network (DPU) which integrates U-Net and DPN to segment the cancer's region of NPC automatically. The experiment on the MRI dataset of NPC patients has shown that the DPU is more successful than the corresponding 3D version of U-Net and DPN in the field of 3D biomedical image segmentation automatically.

In this research paper we analyze on the Replica data Segmentation If at any time one master replica is designated to process all the requests, then we are talking about the primary-backup scheme predominant in high-availability servers and their databases. On the other side, if any replica processes a request and then distributes a new state, then this is a multi-primary scheme. Transactional replication is typically used in server-to-server scenarios that require high throughput, including improving scalability and availability data warehousing and reporting integrating data from multiple sites integrating heterogeneous data. Cloud computing security is the set of control-based technologies and policies designed to adhere to regulatory compliance rules and protect information, data applications and infrastructure associated with cloud computing use. The security for current server cloud provider to transferring to another provider should work as shown below figure. We are in under planning to use the algorithm like RSA for security's and also for the pairing and large number operations to implement some of our cryptographic protocols. © 2017 IEEE.

Breast Cancer is one of a major issue that some of the women are facing today. Earlier detection of cancer by performing detailed analysis based on the existing records which may assist the physicians in providing a better treatment to their patients. data to analyze and predict the breast cancer are obtained from UCI Machine Learning Repository (Wisconsin Breast Cancer). The main objective is to classify whether the type of cancer is benign or malignant. Based on the available data set and the patient record, whether the disease is curable or non-curable is predicted. Thus the success rate of classification is 84.14% and the prediction percentage is 88.14%. © 2017 IEEE.

The early prediction of Plant diseases based on learning algorithms is one of promising research areas. Several types of classification techniques can be utilized on such data to early predict the different kinds of wheat diseases. However, the high dimension of the dataset in our case study and how selecting of the best data mining classifiers is one of the challenges. For that, Principle Component Analysis (PCA) technique was carried out for reducing the dimension by combining a set of correlated features as preprocessing step. Then, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier with different multiclass techniques has been applied to predict of wheat diseases. The results have been combined with different voting methods in conjunction with PCA. The proposed system evaluated by several measurements and the classification accuracy reached to 96%. © 2018, Springer international Publishing AG.

Breast Cancer is a harmful disease that has caused millions of women deaths. There are a huge number of publications on breast cancer research which offers a good source of information. Identifying breast cancer biomarkers is not a trivial task. There are many approaches used to identify and extract the needed information more efficiently from structured/unstructured text, uncover relationships and hidden rules from the huge amount of information such as text mining, machine learning and data mining. Cloud computing security issues become increasingly serious. Trust is a trust relationship entity acts in accordance with its past experience and interactions built up, may be direct or indirect interaction through a third party recommended interactions. User behavior trust evaluation using AHP, access to users by collecting historical behavior information behavior trust evidence, according to the characteristics of trust evidence will be divided into different trust property among the recalculation by users through analytic hierarchy process and the relative weight of each trust property behavior trust value. Combined with IPv6 protocol, the use of IPv6 extension headers, will assess the value placed header, transmission and validation, so that the program is practical. © 2018 IEEE.
