With the growth of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) in cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT), network monitoring of the global infrastructure will continue to expand, as cybersecurity will become of primary importance. Current network monitoring approaches, particularly those that are agent-based, are proprietary, costly, and may not scale. This paper proposes a lightweight, scalable agentless system which can be configured, setup, and begin monitoring network health within minutes. The architecture utilizes a polling script to query Simple Network Monitoring Protocol (SNMP) demon for metrics, Prometheus Time Series database instances for storage, and a Grafana Dashboard for metric presentation and alerting. The system design removes the learning curve necessary for most open source monitoring systems, while still providing similar metrics. The approach demonstrated here shows the ease and security with which specific site network monitoring can be deployed in a cloud configuration. data from the network monitoring can be forwarded to a central analysis site for assessment and correlation. The proposed system is scalable, extensible for use in most cloud hosting environments, and provides network managers with direct control over the monitoring process and dashboard. © 2017 IEEE.

In most of recent Networks-on-Chip (NoCs), a simple 2D mesh structure has been adopted. However, the increasing latency caused by the large number of hops has become a problem especially in a large chip multiprocessor with increasing number of cores. Although using low ASPL networks which can reduce the hop count is a hopeful solution, a number of long wires often limits the operational frequency. Hence, we propose 3D layout of three networks: Spidergon, Flattened Butterfly, and Dragonfly on a chip stack with wireless inductive coupling through chip interface (TCI). By making the use of TCI properties, including flexible stacking and chip pass-through data transfer, the maximum length of wires is much reduced. A large system which uses many chips can easily be implemented without degrading operational frequency.

data query comparison of large data should process a large number of datasets, which is the core for basic research projects. In the selection of analysis factors, how to choose a better way to provide data analysis library can be very helpful for quickly analysis and search comparison. In this study, we try to design and study, improve the speed of data query and comparison in big datasets, and find a similar bleak analysis, construct data fuzzy comparison after the results of modelling analysis. How to filter out relevant quarries and utilise creative elements may be able to mate the results. In the case studies, the proposed method will be carried out through artificial experience analysis and extraction for analysis results, and it will also be further applied to different industry analysis techniques. In this study, we used creative data engineering to reorganise unknown information from the database first. After the data collection, we aim to find possible similar variable factors and combine them with the data structure management. Thirdly, through the intersection of information quickly query, relevant data can be drawn to cross-matching pre-established models. When relevant factors change, we allow different aggregation. Finally, after the selection, our study can analyse and select all the data structure of the original non-relevance of the field data to find out the relevance of the results.

Aiming at the problem of time-consuming and low accuracy in dealing with massive data using traditional collaborative filtering algorithm, this paper analyzes the principle of the Item-Based algorithm and the ALS algorithm and parallelizes the two algorithms based on the Spark platform. And fuse the two algorithms. Considering the parallelization performance of recommended algorithm and recommended quality, the comparison experiment were implemented on the open data set MovieLens. Experimental results show that even on a single node, the running time of each algorithm is far less than the traditional single machine implementation. The fusion of two kinds of collaborative filtering algorithms can further improve the recommendation accuracy on the basis of the existing algorithms. © 2017 IEEE.

Forecasting stock price is a important challenging task in the real world because more and more money is involved and they are affected by many social, economic, political and psychological factors. Numerous machine learning procedures have been used to fore see developments in stock cost. Machine learning classifiers include expanding the past encounters into the future actives. The proposed framework presents another hereditary calculation for forecast of monetary execution with information sets from a known source. The objective is to deliver a GA-based procedure for expectation of securities exchange execution alongside an acquainted principle classifier from an information set. We developed a genetic fuzzy based model with the ability of rule based extraction to predict next day stock price. We evaluate capacity of the proposed approach by applying it to the banking sector stocks and compare the outcome with the previous models.

MapReduce has become increasingly popular as a programming system for distributed processing large-scale data. It is largely used daily around the world as an efficient distributed computation tool for data processing in different research areas. To deploy it as a data processing service, privacy and security of MapReduce computations and data are crucial concerns when the it is executed over hybrid clouds. To this end we must provide necessary security mechanisms to protect MapReduce data processing jobs. Thus authentication of mappers-reducers, client-user, confidentiality and integrity of data-computations and freshness of the outputs are obligatory. Fulfilling these requirements safeguard MapReduce computations and data from various types of attacks. In this paper, we discuss security challenges and requirements to shield the computations and data. Hence we present a new architecture to secure MapReduce computation upon the aforementioned challenges in a hybrid clouds. Because often the distribution is carried on public cloud the user don't have a visibility upon the infrastructure nor what is happening during the processing. In the other hand the cloud provider should secure its infrastructure against malicious users. Thus we propose a novel architecture that takes the best from SecureMR, vTPM and Semrod. The proposed architecture not only overcomes the flaws of the state-of-the-art proposed solutions, but also provides remarkable security guarantees that guard against insider and outsider threats. We also compare and analyze the security overhead and features of our model with the state-of-the-art architectures already present. © 2017 IEEE.

With the development of the integration of global economic and the technology of computer & communication, the ability of data acquisition and transmission in real-time is required in the logistics monitoring system. To reduce the server operating pressure in logistics management as well as the cost, a logistics monitoring terminal is designed based on Nios II soft-core and Beidou/GPS dual-mode module. The control core, FPGA of Intel PSG, of the system is embedded by Nios II whose CPU grade and peripherals can be customized as needed with better performance in low power consumption. The position solution chip of the presented terminal is based on a UM220-III module, which is a large-scale integrate with low power consumption of the Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning module. Nios II soft-core processor receives the NMEA-0183 data through a UART port and extracts the information such as longitude, latitude, velocity and UTC time, etc. The position information is converted locally and sent by the SIM900A module, say, the temperature and humidity monitored by the terminal sensors, to the specified server through GPRS. The useful monitoring data is transmitted directly by the logistics monitoring terminal. It can greatly reduce the amount of data transmission, the amount of data processed by the server, the pressure of logistics management server and the cost of the system;and can also simplify the control operation and improve the transmission efficiency of GPRS. The results indicate that, during the combinative test of the monitoring terminal and the B/S monitoring platform, the operation of the system is stable and the data can be displayed in real-time. It also shows that the monitoring terminal has the advantages of high performance and low power consumption that has an important application prospects.

Cryptography and encryption is a topic that is blurred by its complexity making it difficult for the majority of the public to easily grasp. The focus of our research is based on SSL technology involving CAs, a centralized system that manages and issues certificates to web servers and computers for validation of identity. We first explain how the certificate provides a secure connection creating a trust between two parties looking to communicate with one another over the internet. Then the paper goes into what happens when trust is compromised and how information that is being transmitted could possibly go into the hands of the wrong person. We are proposing a browser plugin, Certificate Authority Rescue Engine (CAre), to serve as an added source of security with simplicity and visibility. In order to see why CAre will be an added benefit to average and technical users of the internet, one must understand what website security entails. Therefore, this paper will dive deep into website security through the use of public key infrastructure and its core components;certificates, certificate authorities, and their relationship with web browsers.

In this paper, the output based sampled data control problem for linear systems is investigated. First, based on the measured output, a closed-loop system with measurement error has been obtained. Then, in order to obtain the maximum upper bound of the sampling interval, a measurement error model has been derived to estimate the measurement error. By using the Gronwall-Lemma and the Lyapunov stability theory, the control gain matrix and the maximum upper bound of the sampling interval has been explicitly given.
