In order to realize the intelligent storage management ability of epidemic prevention and relief materials, a design scheme of intelligent storage system for epidemic prevention and relief materials based on bar code recognition is proposed. The bar code of the system includes sample bar code, location bar code, warehouse bar code, etc., and the method of “bar code graphics+inventory information+location code” is adopted to realize the time stamp of epidemic prevention and relief materials and the reorganization of the basic data structure of sample PDM. Through the methods of sample quantity management and storage location information management, the information report management of intelligent storage of epidemic prevention and relief materials is realized, the logistics scheduling algorithm design of epidemic prevention and relief materials is realized according to bar code recognition method, the geographical location information and load information of epidemic prevention and relief materials logistics vehicles are collected through the Internet of Things, and the low-cost intelligent storage management and logistics transportation of epidemic prevention and relief materials are realized by combining vehicle network and vehicle scheduling optimization strategy. The test results show that this method can effectively realize the intelligent storage management of epidemic prevention and relief materials, reduce transportation costs, and ensure the timeliness and safety of logistics goods tracking and management.

Location awareness is crucial for emerging services and enhanced resource orchestration in next generation (xG) wireless networks. To provide efficient high-accuracy localization, xG networks require both algorithms for position inference and strategies for resource optimization. While the exploitation of soft information (SI) provides significant gains in localization performance, node activation strategies benefit resource utilization by selecting an adequate set of nodes to perform measurements. This paper develops a data-driven node activation strategy for efficient SI-based localization in xG networks. First, we formulate the node activation problem considering an SI-based position estimator. Then, we propose a data-driven node activation strategy for determining an adequate set of active nodes given only a position estimate. To validate the proposed strategy, we employ xG-Loc, a dataset for location-aware xG networks fully compliant with 3rd generation Partnership Project (3GPP) specifications. Case studies in 3GPP scenarios show the benefits of the proposed node activation strategy.

For the needs of complex terrain aircraft track planning, This paper presents an optimized A * -genetic algorithm to solve the-problem of terrain avoidance track planning based on the aircraft carrier performance of the aircraft itself and environmental threat constraints. First, the performance of the aircraft is constrained and modeling, and the environment of the complex terrain is modeling. Secondly, the traditional genetic algorithm is improved, mainly in the process of crossing and variation, the A * algorithm based on Dubins path improvement is introduced to generate subpaths, and the elite retention strategy is adopted to prevent the loss of excellent individuals of one generation; meanwhile, the weighting function is introduced in the fitness function to realize terrain avoidance. Finally, the simulation confirmed that the optimized A * -genetic algorithm can perform effective terrain avoidance track planning.

It is an inevitable trend that investment promotes supply side structural adjustment and demand side response to achieve bilateral power generation. Investment strategies and development paths in key areas of power grid in the future are the focus of power enterprises. Considering the derivative value of power grid investment, this paper proposes a smart grid investment decision evaluation model based on binomial coefficient and variation coefficient. First, the concept, criteria and methods of grid investment derivative value are summarized;Secondly, the smart grid investment derivative value index system is constructed from three aspects: grid investment benefit, grid operation and maintenance effect, and sustainable development value;Based on binomial coefficient method and variation coefficient method,a combination weighting method of subjective and objective fusion is constructed, and dynamic combination factors are adjusted according to different scene requirements to achieve dynamic balance of multiple objectives, reflecting the complementary advantages of subjective and objective methods. At *** use Curve Comparison Chart and Specific 3D Curve to prove the effectiveness and accuracy of our method. © 2022 IEEE.

This research develops an advanced two-phase pose estimate solution that efficiently addresses 3D reconstruction on large scenes. Unlike existing parallel pose-estimate approaches, our scheme better trade-offs memory consumption and accuracy. In the first stage, we perform a segmentation operation on the input sequence, with intra-block reference frame selection, pose map generation and pose map optimization to obtain the relative pose for each frame. In the second stage, we perform inter-block processing to convert all poses into one world coordinate system by global pose optimization. In particular, we only perform mesh reconstruction and point cloud alignment for the reference chunks in the global optimization phase, which greatly reduces computational resources. In addition, to improve the scalability and robustness of the system, we introduce advanced deep learning schemes to accomplish feature point extraction and matching for different frames. Our experimental results show that the proposed parallel pose estimation solution is feasible in large-scale scene reconstruction. © 2021 IEEE.

Aiming to reduce operating expenses and emissions while satisfying system restrictions, optimal power flow, or OPF, is essential for effective and sustainable power system management. Quasi-Oppositional Based Learning (QOBL) is added to the butterfly optimization algorithm in this research to improve convergence and solution accuracy when solving the OPF issue. When tested on the IEEE 57-bus system, the suggested QOBOA outperforms current optimization methods in terms of transmission loss and voltage profile improvement. Combining renewable energy sources is crucial for efficient electricity generation because fossil fuel sources are becoming more and more improved every day. The suggested solutions integrate renewable energy sources, such as tidal and electric vehicles, to reduce the demand for fossil fuels in the generation of electricity. Furthermore, the suggested approach has a great deal of promise for improving the adaptability and resilience of contemporary power grids, particularly in light of the growing integration of decentralized energy resources (DERs) and renewable energy sources. This strategy can help future smart grid systems operate more effectively, sustainably, and dependably by facilitating quicker decision-making and enhancing the coordination of dispersed assets.

Training a deep learning model with a large dataset requires a large number of computations. While deploying such a system in a real-time scenario that demands rapid training, substantial computational resources may be required. Such resources might be elusive on many occasions. To address this challenge, we propose a strategy to reduce the size of the training dataset utilizing the class labels of the training data without compromising the quality of the training for downstream tasks. Our approach may reduce the demand for computational resources. The smaller version of the training dataset, known as a coreset, ensures a comprehensive representation of all the classes in the dataset. Our algorithm also handles class imbalance utilizing the class labels of the data. We evaluate the algorithm’s performance for the downstream task of multi-label classification of chest x-rays. Rigorous experiments on various publicly available datasets demonstrate our ability to reduce dataset size by almost 1/3rd and address class imbalance while maintaining the classification model’s performance. Optimal placement of distributed generation (DG) in the distribution system can minimize the active power loss and improve bus voltages. However, should the DG be placed in a centralizing location or at multiple locations so that the performance of the distribution network will become better? This paper proposes the optimization placement of single and multiple DG in the radial distribution system (rdS) using the Particle Swarm optimization (PSO) method by sconsidering the objective function of minimizing total active power loss and voltage profile improvement with the constraint of DG penetration level. The range of DG penetration level is set to be 0-60% of the total load. The effectiveness of the proposed method will be implemented and tested on IEEE 33 bus test system for both case studies. It was found that the multi DGs placement of 4 DGs in the system has a better improving rate of voltage and higher loss reduction when compared to without DG, single DG, and 2 DGs placement. The proposed method is useful for grid planning who require simple and fast determination of DG optimal location with various DG penetration level. © 2021 IEEE.

In this study, an advanced Support Vector-based Grey Wolf Optimizer (SVGWO) is proposed for solving the Economic Load Dispatch (ELD) problem in thermal power systems. The ELD problem is inherently complex due to its non-convex and non-linear characteristics, making it a challenge for traditional optimization methods. The primary objective of this research is to minimize the total cost of power generation while ensuring that the load demands are met under operational constraints. The proposed methodology integrates Support Vector Machine (SVM) with the Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) to improve the search process by effectively navigating the solution space and enhancing convergence speed. The performance of the SVGWO is validated using standard test systems, including the IEEE 30-bus and IEEE 14-bus systems, under varying load demands. The results demonstrate the algorithm's ability to achieve significant cost reductions while maintaining a fast convergence rate. Comparative analysis with existing methods, highlights the superior performance of SVGWO in terms of cost minimization and robustness. The findings suggest that the SVGWO is an efficient and reliable tool for addressing complex ELD problems, offering a promising solution for improving economic efficiency in thermal power generation.
