So the peak data rate is becoming the prime focus of contemporary specification. Presented work mainly focuses on the most promising technique to elevate wireless communication channel capacity i.e. Multi Input Multi Output(MIMO) antenna system. The observations are simulated for indoor environment. MIMO system is envisioned to provide the highest data rate and Quality of Service (QoS) as per given specification. This paper describes the performance analysis of 8×8 MIMO system considering Nakagami-m fading channel probabilistic model and Water Filling sub-band power allocation algorithm.
