Injection molding is an economically attractive manufacturingprocess of short and long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (TFRP) parts. In structural applications, the fiber specifications, volume content, length, material and orientation are influencing the characteristics of strength, stiffness and brittleness. Due to a nearly isotropic material behaviour of short TFRP parts, directional long or endless TFRP are suitable for a load path-oriented design with an improved stiffness and strength. this paper deals withthe integration of endless fibers in the injection molding process, focussing on the reinforced interface between metal and thermoplastic parts. the hybridization process and a calculation of the fiber infiltration time are present topics. In this paper the influence of photonic sintering process parameters on the resistance of ink-jet printed structures were examined. the sintering process was performed by delivering to samples an energy in the form of light pulses (1200 J per pulse). there was specified the factors which would have the most significant influence on the results (resistance of sintered structure) such as: distance between lamp and sample, number of pulses, temperature of substrate and substrate material. To evaluate the influence of this factors the design of the experiment technique (DoE) and Analysis of Variance for the results (ANOVA) were used.

From the early development phase up to the production phase, test pattern play a key role for microlithography. the requirement for test pattern is to represent the design well and to cover the space of all process conditions, e.g. to investigate the full process window and all other process parameters. this paper shows that the current state-of-the-art test pattern do not address these requirements sufficiently and makes suggestions for a better selection of test pattern. We present a new methodology to analyze an existing layout (e.g. logic library, test pattern or full chip) for critical layout situations which does not need precise process data. We call this method "process space decomposition", because it is aimed at decomposing the process impact to a layout feature into a sum of single independent contributions, the "dimensions" of the process space. this is a generalization of the classical process window, which examines defocus and exposure dependency of given test pattern, e.o. CD value of dense and isolated lines. In our process space we additionally define the dimensions resist effects, etch effects, mask error and misalignment, which describe the deviation of the printed silicon pattern from its target. We further extend it by the pattern space using a product based layout (library, full chip or synthetic test pattern). the criticality of pattern is defined by their deviation due to aerial image, their sensitivity to the respective dimension or several combinations of these. STEP-NC builds on a previous ten-year effort to develop the STEP standard for CAD to CAD and CAD to CAM data exchange, and uses the modern geometric constructs in that standard to specify device independent tool paths, and CAM independent volume removal features. this paper reviews a series of demonstrations carried out to test and validate the STEP-NC standard. these demonstrations were an international collaboration between industry, academia and research agencies. One important thing of the testing process is test coverage analysis because defects may exist in uncovered parts and emerge when users try to use them. Test coverage analysis is performed to measure the comprehensiveness or thoroughness of testing. It is necessary and can be applied at every level of testing process. Nowadays, the object-oriented software is gaining interest in software industry which the test method differs from the conventional software, so some of available techniques and tools cannot be applied to object-oriented software. this paper proposes design of a tool for checking integration testing coverage of object-oriented software which can check the integration testing coverage of object oriented software and generate additional test cases in case of the existing test cases cannot cover the code.
