With the concept of German Industry 4.0, the Chinese manufacturing industry is in a critical period of restructuring and upgrading. With the gradual change of Chinese manufacturing industry from the mass and mass to the niche, personalized stage, the traditional rigid production system couldn't make enough. this paper designed an Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing demonstration system based on Internet of things. the system is based on the background of the model car assembly, which simulates the whole process of the delivery of the consumer from the single to the manufacturer. the vertical seamless integration of network production system is realized by getting through the information communication interface on the device layers between ERP and MES. the system adopts modular manufacturing mode, via WIA-FA and Software defined Control System technology, adjusting the production process dynamically, to achieve the function of scale production of customized products and the predictive maintenance of equipment etc. this system may reduce equipment downtime and improve equipment utilization, which solves the lower flexibility of the traditional rigid production system responding to the changing demands of design the production. It fully embodies the concept of Industry 4.0 in the smart factory.

this research deal with Analytical Model to take the result from group decision for further development, as the integration interoperability of components requires both macro process in business context and semantic metadata, and micro process within service design and physical implementation. Common service and service aggregation are conceptual term with alignment to both business components and physical objects;these can be either functional or non-functional elements. the service aggregation parsing process identifies these two services as candidates for common service;they are validated once the frequency passes the appropriate threshold and their interconnectivity design is seen as feasible.

Medium-density fiberboard (MDF), a widely used wood composite, suffers from limited electrical conductivity, restricting its integration into electronic applications. this study addresses this limitation by analyzing the power demands of an MDF factory. the production process is divided into four operational areas, including stages of preparing wood, fibers, shaping, finishing, pressing, and handling. A consistent approach was applied to determine the required power capacity for each area. this approach involved calculating the common demand for energy for all equipment taking into account peak loads and efficiency losses. the analysis outlines the main electrical requirements for each MDF panel production process, analyzes the energy demand profile, and proposes a detailed design for the electrical system, including energy efficiency and safety considerations. the findings indicate that the following transformer capacities are required: 2500 kVA for wood preparation and energy generation, 1600 kVA for pressing and handling, and 4000 kVA for refining. Shaping and finishing also require a 2500 kVA transformer. By estimating energy needs for each production stage, this study provides valuable insights for improving the electrical infrastructure design and paves the way for cost savings and environmental benefits in MDF manufacturing across various industries.

this paper proposes an Internet of things (IoT) based 5-stage Industry 4.0 architecture to integrate the design and manufacturing systems in a Cyber Physical Environment (CPE). It considers the transfer of design and manufacturing systems data through the Cloud/Web-based (CW) services and discusses an effective way to integrate them. In the 1st stage, a Radio-Frequency IDentification (RFID) technology containing Computer Aided design (CAD) data/models of the product with the ability to design / redesign is scanned and sent to a secure Internet/Cloud Server (CS). Here the CAD models are auto identified and displayed in the Graphical User Interface (GUI) developed for the purpose. From the scanned RFID CAD data/models, the 2nd stage adopts unique machine learning technique(s) and identifies the design & manufacturing features information required for product manufacture. Once identified, the 3rd stage handles the necessary modelling changes as required to manufacture the part by verifying the suitability of process-based product design through user input from the GUI. then, it performs a Computer Aided process Planning (CAPP) sequence in a secure design cloud server designed using web-based scripting language. After this, the 4th stage generates Computer Aided manufacturing (CAM) toolpaths by continuous data retrieval of design and tooling database in the web server by updating the RFID technology with all the information. the various processes involved the 3rd and 4th stages are completed by using 'Agents' (a smart program) which uses various search and find algorithms with the ability to handle the changes to the process plan as required. Finally, the 5th stage, approves the product manufacture instructions by completing the production plan with the approved sheets sent to the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine. Hot Solder Dip (HSD) of electronic components originally manufactured with lead-free solder finishes is seen as a potential solution for making these components available and used in high reliability and critical safety equipment. In this process, also referred as "refinishing", tin and tin-reach alloy coatings on package terminations are replaced with tin-lead solder thus reducing the risk of failures caused by tin whisker growth. Characterising the effect of HSD process on refinished components from thermo-mechanical point of view is critical. this paper details the findings of an integrated experimental and modelling study that aimed at assessing the impact of the thermal shock induced from HSD on several different Quad Flat Package (QFP) variants and in relation to their subsequent long-term reliability.

Global algorithm for systematic retrofit of tubular process furnaces

Tubular process furnaces are widely used especially in the chemical and petrochemical process plants and refineries. Retrofit of a furnace is usually recommended for increasing plant capacity or improvement of the furnace (and/or plant) energy efficiency. Many different constraints of existing furnace design and operation are the reasons for which the retrofit of a furnace is a very difficult task. Main operational and geometrical constraints are taken into account infurnace retrofit integration approach created earlier. this approach was developed primarily for improvement of the furnace energy efficiency. When furnace retrofit for increasing the plant capacity is performed additional criteria have to be considered. then fluid hydrodynamic behaviour plays an important role and influences the retrofit strategy. this problem is discussed in the paper and results in suggestion of the global conceptual algorithm for furnace retrofit strategy. Practical case studies demonstrate applicability of the proposed global furnace retrofit algorithm. 0 2003 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

this paper proposed a construction method of the adaptable dynamic design platform based on CAX / PDM system. the method includes three main stages: the establishment of adaptable design service platform, trace dynamic design, variable design and optimization. In addition, a PDM server should be erected as the ties of the whole platform. the platform can be applied to other manufacture industries and reduce the waste of resources. this method can accumulate the experience of redesigning and manufacturing. the seamless integration of data transformation, product designing, analysis, simulation and manufacturing is available. the ultimate goal is the optimization and deformation acceleration of target product.

Advanced manufacturing Technology has become an important technical support for accelerating high new technical development. Because of lacking scientific accumulation in experiences of missile design for long, there is a longer cycle of missile design and manufacturing, and efficiency is low. the process of product conceptual design is very complicated, including inheritance, integration, reuse, innovation and management of knowledge. When the design method based knowledge is leaded into, experiences and knowledge of experts in different fields can be shared, and it can make design much more creativity and predictability, moreover, due to consistency of field knowledge in a product lifecycle, successful rate of rapidly developing products can be assured, the cycle of developing products can be greatly shortened. Based on several advanced theoretical backgrounds the structure and function of the product conceptual design system based on knowledge is given in detail. We systematically integrate TRIZ and design axiomatic in a rational way to support conceptual design through creativity approach. the prototype system implement by the infrared guiding system project design software system, and infrared guiding system project design has made the good result. thereby, the design pattern is progressing along self-adaptive direction of "design-analysis-optimization", and a leap from experiential design to scientific design can be made.

the desire for reduced product flowtime has fueled efforts by companies to implement concurrent engineering within their product development process. While many reductions have been obtained through the production of downstream manufacturing data by upstream design processes, much improvement could be made through the introduction of detailed manufacturing data requirements into the engineering phase. In particular, the geometric representation requirements of a product can be significantly different between the engineering and the manufacturing phases thus requiting either post-processing of the engineering data or different geometry construction techniques. the engineering drawing likewise must be constructed to be useful for both engineering and yet reflect the realities of part manufacture. these issues are discussed and related to an example intelligent design system implemented at the Boeing Company.
