In order to improve the efficiency and safety of airport unmanned tower scheduling system, genetic algorithm is used to design and optimize the intelligent scheduling system, integrating advanced sensors and data processing technology to achieve efficient management of airport ground traffic. the results show that the system can effectively reduce the total scheduling time and conflict rate, improve the execution efficiency of scheduling strategies, and demonstrate excellent environmental adaptability and reliability. © 2025 SPIE.

A novel communication-centric integrated sensing and communication waveform design method is proposed. the sensing mutual information is introduced as a metric to evaluate system sensing performance. By combining the established mathematical system model, the crosstalk between communication and sensing is theoretically minimized, while the mutual information carried by the sensing signal regarding the sensing target is theoretically maximized. the sensing signal spectrum distribution is designed based on the optimization results, ultimately forming the water-filling-based integrated waveform design method. this approach maximizes overall system performance, enabling a high-performance integrated sensing and communication system. Using the proposed waveform design method, the frequency-division ISAC-OF system simultaneously achieves 25-Gbit/s data transmission and meter-level localization of fiber fault points over a 20-km single-mode fiber link. Simulation experiments verify that the proposed integrated waveform design method achieves the combination of high-speed optical fiber communication with high-precision optical fiber sensing. © 2025 SPIE.

Focused light field imaging technology based on micro lens array has become a hot research topic in the field of light field imagining due to its high image resolution advantage. In order to improve the imaging quality of focused light field imaging systems, an optical design method is proposed to combine the optical mirror and micro lens to optimize the ophthalmology. the optical lens uses the image-oriented telepath design, effectively reducing the system dimorphism and improving image quality. In the optimization process, the pupil position is controlled to overlap with one image surface, and the porous aperture is set to square and square microlens units to improve pixel utilization and energy utilization. Using 11 lenses of 5 materials, a circular field of view of 40 & deg;F number 4, spatial resolution 2048 & times;Resolution in bearing 4 the optical system for the light field camera was designed and the system tolerances were analysed to guide the system tuning. the results show that the modulation transfer function (MTF) is better than 0.4 at 91 pl/mm, and the diameter of the dispersion spot is less than one pixel. the design results show that all indicators meet the requirements. © 2025 SPIE.

Trusted Computing technology represents a significant element of cyber security systems, serving to guarantee the integrity and accessibility of data and systems. the incorporation of Trusted Computing introduces a series of security detection and verification mechanisms to the host system, consequently impacting the performance of host system startup and application operation. In this paper, following an analysis of the verification mechanisms of Trusted Computing, a parallel verification mechanism is proposed. the objective is to facilitate the parallel operation of the host system program and the TPM-based file verification process, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of the trusted computing system. through the configurable and micro-intervention design scheme, flexible expansion and configuration within the existing Trusted Computing technology framework can be achieved. © 2025 SPIE.

the management and control of the intersection at the junction of cities and towns is more difficult because of its complex flow of people and vehicles. through the effective analysis of intersection traffic and the continuous optimization of signal timing, it is an important means to ensure the orderly passage of suburban intersections. Taking the typical Zijin intersection in the south of Hefei City as an example, the video surveillance system of the intersection carried out traffic investigation and data analysis on vehicle speed, vehicle density, delay, etc., designed a more reasonable signal timing scheme for the intersection, and planned to effectively improve the traffic efficiency of the intersection during peak hours. this research method and design scheme can promote similar urban intersection traffic research, and has certain reference significance for alleviating urban road traffic congestion. © 2025 SPIE.

Most Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithms (MOEAs) face significant challenges in many-objective optimization. MOEAs have random elements in the selection and crossover operators which endow them with global convergence properties. the key contribution of this paper is to integrate discrete probability distributions instead of just randomization in the design of the algorithm. this allows us to use the Wasserstein distance to drive the selection operator, instead of the Euclidean distance. Achieving balance between convergence and diversity is a key issue in evolutionary multi-objective optimization. the use of the Wasserstein distance constitutes a novel approach to the diversity management mechanism. this approach can be applied to the two main strategies: Pareto sampling, as in NSGA-II, and decomposition, as in MOEA/D, resulting in new algorithms NSGA-II/W and MOEA/D/W. the performance of the proposed algorithms is validated on a number of unconstrained and constrained benchmark problems with up to 10 objectives. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

According to the different characteristics of space photoelectric imaging system in time domain and frequency domain, a digital model of photoelectric imaging system based on modulation transfer function (MTF) is adopted in this paper. According to the analysis of MTF digital model of optical system, detector system and electronics system in space camera imaging system, the total MTF of imaging system is calculated by simulation. the full chain simulation of the space camera imaging system was completed, and the comparison and analysis of the laboratory test results showed that the error between the simulation results and the measured MTF results was within a reasonable range of 5%, which verified the rationality and accuracy of this simulation method, and provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent design, performance optimization and evaluation of the space camera imaging system. © 2025 SPIE.

With the growing popularity of the Internet and digital technology, network security threats are increasing, and people's demand for advanced security defense means is rising. To address the challenge of setting traffic signs on parallel divided road sections with ten or more lanes, and to enhance the safety of driving on super-multi-lane parallel divided road sections, an example is taken from the Guangao Expressway South China Sea to Zhuhai section reconstruction and expansion project. A signage layout scheme suitable for parallel divided road sections is designed, and a ten-lane road section model is constructed. Simulated driving experiments are conducted to validate and analyze the design scheme. Comprehensive analysis and evaluation are performed on vehicle speed, lateral deviation, and driver physiological characteristics. the results indicate that the addition of advance signs for parallel divided sections can effectively reduce driver reaction time, enabling smooth reception of information about parallel divided sections, leading to relatively stable vehicle operation and enhancing driving safety. However, through simulated driving experiments, it is found that the designed advance signs for parallel divided sections are prone to misleading drivers and carry a high information load, imposing a certain cognitive burden on drivers. therefore, optimization is conducted based on the original design scheme, simplifying sign information, ensuring a high degree of alignment with the actual road alignment, and improving driving safety on parallel divided sections for drivers. © 2025 SPIE.

A low-complexity scheme based on Gurobi is proposed to address the problem of high complexity of waveform design solution algorithms in dual-functional radar-communication (DFRC) systems. Firstly, a DFRC system is constructed, and the objective function for minimizing downlink multi-user interference (MUI) energy is designed. Subsequently, the aforementioned non-convex quadratic constrained programming problem is addressed using Gurobi, a global solver for large-scale optimization. Finally, the results of the simulation experiments demonstrate that, under identical signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) conditions, the proposed scheme achieves a higher total transmission rate and significantly reduced complexity compared to the benchmark algorithms. Additionally, it effectively performs radar target detection concurrently with data communication within the DFRC system. © 2025 SPIE.
